Thats very cool when cold outside, and warm inside :) Kids had a lot of fun with water and arcade section too. Oh, they didnt only play arcade, but achieved some prizes too ! Small problems with lockers is not a big deal, but more like nice to fix, and a lot of arcade machines were closed, we want to play more. But overall experience beyond expectations. Definitely will visit at the winter few more times. BTW all personnel use masks, that very good in such time. Meal is awesome too.

By far the most amazing experience for my 2 year old. She loves it! Sad she wasnt tall enough to go with me on any slide but this place is awesome. Also spoke to two staff members before coming and they were extremely helpful!!

Counter Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the young lady that assisted me when I came in to use my Groupon. We celebrated my sons birthday and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back!

We loved it! Great place to take the kids and for the adults as well. The lazy river is relaxing(although there werent enough tubes). They have a pool with basketball hoops which was fun. Very relaxing and they offer a great weekend family plan for $99 for 4 which includes a pizza, drinks and 2 $10 cards for the arcade. It even has a bar for the adults. The only thing that wasnt opened was the wave pool outside. We wwre disappointed about that but we will definitely be back.

Large greenhouse, once in the water felt like I cooled off some. Lines moved fast and the place seemed pretty crowded despite covid . No social distancing at all. Nice lazy river and good rides for 2 and singly. Wave pool outside, and surf section too. Games and food and drinks available as well.

It was very fun. Was shocked that there were so many REALLY GOOD slides for a small water park. Not that many people which was nice. Also no lines for slides WHAT SO EVER. It was a wonderful birthday experience. We also got free passes to come back which is awesome.

We had a great day at Epic Waters today. So glad they offer homeschoolers specials on Fridays. We got there right after 2 pm. It was clean and not busy at all. Our kids had no waiting lines at the slides. It got busier after 5, but not to the point where its too much.

Great park with plenty to do. Good friendly service. Park is only allowing people who have purchased tickets before hand into the park. Food is still being served. If you place an order they will being it to your table.They do have 6 ft guidelines in place throughout park but Still had a great time. The park was not crowded at all due to limited passes being sold.

Since moving to the Grand Prairie area, I wasnt sure about what kind of impact covid-19 would have on amusement and entertainment. I decided to take a risk and venture to your water park and felt like a kid again. Not only was it fun it was well organized and structured, from the staff to the maintenance/cleaning crews.I am happier as a new resident to know that this is a place I can come year round to enjoy myself.

Our family normally LOVES spending the day here. Today was good - not as great as its been in the past. Way less tubes than normal and the staff was t as friendly today. I dont believe any of these things were due to Covid as we have been since the Covid issues and had a much better time.

This place is a excellent place for children. Its clean, great atmosphere, and good customer service everywhere. The cheeseburger are delicious. This place is worth visiting at least once and you will want to come back. There is lifeguards so your children will be safe. This place i can come and allow the kids to have fun while i relax. This is an awesome must check out for all ages go to place. My boyfriend and I took his daughter she loved it. He went on the slides with her. She tried the surfing. The lazy river was fast and I wish it was deeper but it was still fun.

This is now my favorite water park in the area! Lots of variety & plenty to do. It gets hot in there, but not as hot as it is outside, its relatively shaded inside the open air facility. I liked that its not chilly from air conditioning like at Great Wolf Lodge.

Seriously had a blast. In the mist of a pandemic was and is awesome to have a place to take kids to enjoy. They have plenty of seating, ability for private booth, arcade, plenty of life guards on duty to ensure safety plus more. Id definitely recommend this location and will be going back.

Epic Waters has safety down to an art. My family was at another water park earlier in the day and I questioned their procedures regarding capacity limits and sanitation guidelines. The management there refused to give me that information in person. As a paying customer and a nurse I was very concerned that things were very covert and it seemed like there were way too many guests at the park at one time. We decided to leave and went to Epic Waters instead. What an amazing place this is. The management was able to tell me all the information I needed for my family to feel safe and enjoy ourselves. They had staff that was consistently cleaning and there were hand sanitizing stations and handwash reminders everywhere. There was plenty of space for social distancing. We were screened at the door and asked for our name when we left so an accurate count of guests could be kept in real time. Also we ate dinner there and it was fantastic. I would highly recommend Epic Waters to anyone looking for a safe water park to take their families especially during this time when parks need to stay vigilant, but also provide a super fun way to beat the heat.

Overpriced for rude employees. The food is good price. However skip the pizza unless you like thin, cardboard box pizza. I remember when they were fairly new their pizza was great. The margaritas run out fast but they have other good drinks. They harass you about wearing a mask, but don’t require them unless you’re in their presence ordering something. Other than that they don’t care about jeopardizing their guests health. I had one employee be very disrespectful. I spoke with a manager but it got the typical lying “I’ ll take care of it.” Ignoring a complaint doesn’t take care of anything.

I love Epic Waters. This was my second time here and I enjoyed it more the second time. We went during the winter break from 10AM-3PM and it wasnt crowded. Perfect time for parents with toddlers. The staff was very helpful. Prices are affordable and bathrooms/locker rooms are clean.

There bday party was great and there pizza was good u stayed safe and lifeguards were always there

This is my new favorite water park! The staff here are amazing! Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The whole site was very clean and well maintained. There was hand sanitizer everywhere and the staff were constantly cleaning tables and door handles and things we touch. Plus the flow instructors were patient with my kids, very helpful, and fun. Special shout out to Christopher W. for his above-and-beyond service. 10/10 well be back soon!

Wow! Nothing but great experiences here!! Very easy location to access, parking lot is large enough for everybody. Purchasing tickets was an easy process, there was a line so it was not really quick for my family and I, but that is understandable. We got items from the gift shop (pair of sandals for a young girl) for under $10, which is astounding for any water park gift shop I have ever been in! When we were buying our tickets we were told that there was a special on for that day, so we saved nearly $50 off the regular admission prices. There is a great selection of thrills and fun here! I personally was not a fan of the two highest slides, but I can see how they would be fun for a wide range of thrill seekers (too much for me!). Both of my children had a blast here! The food we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced, as well as the lockers. Great place to come and play!

It was a good place their staff was good and i have a few lifeguard friends there to and they have a flowrider there also that i practice on when its time for my tournament i have i would recommend this place to anybody just trying to get out and have fun when they have nothing to do. Expensive but so worth it! If youre female, wear secure clothing if you plan on doing the bodyboarding. No waiver required for the bodybuilding, but sign a waiver when you check in if you want the wristband to do stand up boarding. Also, it helps to have a long shirt on if you do the tunnel slides. I didnt like the feeling of the seams of the tunnel on my spine.Get your caffeine fix before you go in if possible. We got our coffee from The Hungry Wave. Imagine brewing coffee in an old tractor tire, from rancid pond water and expired instant coffee. Yeah. Thats what its tastes like there. No amount of sugar can fix their coffee...We went as part of our 12 year anniversary with our three kids aged 3, 6 and 9, and they all had a great time. My older two were tall enough to go on slides and the bodyboard. The toddler was happy on the lazy river and the water playground.Well be back!

Not great for social distancing. They say that they respect guidelines, but it feels even more crowded than usual. Save this fun occasion for after the pandemic.

3 weeks was my first time I went, let me tell you this place is very good of you have kids. The food was not so tasty. But over all I loved the place.

The waterpark itself is in a great location. It is mainly clean and lots of fun things to do. I think my only complaint would be how rude the workers are to the children. I understand they are having to enforce rules, but show some compassion. If you hate children, maybe choose a different job.

My daughter Guest & I , had so much fun for my daughter’s Birthday here, some of my family are still mentioning all the fun we had here last month, I had a overall Awesome experience from booking over the phone getting information each time I called, my servers for my cabana rental was so nice they made our experience fantastic with their smiles and patience with each of us , we also felt safe the whole time while our children were playing in the water and everything was kept Clean , their food has improved from the past two years ago, I’m so glad I chose epic for my daughter’s event and I will most definitely encourage everyone I know to book epic waters for their special occasion! The water park is genuinely fun and I played in the decent sized arcade they had. My parents and I tried the Texas Poutine and it was genuinely good for a decent price and was enough to feed us 3. Most places are either skimpy, suspicious, expensive or unsanitary with food, but that was genuinely good. Had a great experience. Only complaint is that the top level of the rides is very hot because the sun is beaming right on it and I dont think were allowed to bring shoes on that ride so your feet will be burning as you wait if theres a long line.

I wanted to check out this indoor water park as I saw it was the largest in the state. The site advertised a deal for $20 on Sun. from 4pm-8pm. I arrived with no prior knowledge that this special was only applicable to those on a wait list. I then provided my number and never received a text confirmation or one altering me of my time to enter. Sadly, after an hour I departed and only paid to travel to see the building. Furthermore, no details about the wait list was made available online and this offer could not be purchased.

We really loved this very first visit. Clean, affordable, lots of options, great staff, lots of lifeguards and fun!We went on a Monday morning at 11am, barely anyone there which gave us exclusivity for all rides!Most rides have two lifeguards!Started off with the two scariest/thrilling rides: A+Then went for the two tube rides, the yellow jacket was more fun:A+, the other one is OK:B. Then I went for the racing one with mats, A. Then I did all the speed ones:A.I went on each ride 10x, and the yellow jacket tube ride 21x.Food was decent, prices were ok.Restrooms/changing rooms were good!I am likely to purchase a yearly pass!

1st time here, so much fun for the whole family. Small water park but lots of fun.

Epic waters is a great indoor and outdoor environment. It has a large kids play area as well as other areas for us big kids! The arcade is lots of fun with skeet ball and plenty of video games where you get tickets to exchange for candy and prizes. The arcade does cost extra. Food variety is standard pizza, chicken fingers, fries, salad, nachos and mini dots ice cream. Alcoholic drinks are available, too. Cabanas are nice to rent if you have a large group so you have deluxe seating and private space to leave gear and hang out. Food is served in the cabanas and charged to your bill. Even a TV in the cabanas if you dont want to be in the water.

Due to coronavirus they only allowed 50% capacity, which is great for my family with younger children. I definitely recommend this park, it has something for all ages! Best part, we were there for 8 hours and no sunburns!

I think that place was overbooked or over capacity. There was NO room for anyone to do anything really. The floors are really slippery. We got there at 10am. All I know is after 12 I thought it was a concert with all those people. I really don’t think it’s safe and people were blocking the entrance way to get inside the kiddie area. Whew Lord it was just too much for me. Nice indoor park but too much.

We had fun, our daughters loved the wave pool. They also had tons of fun in kids play area and lazy river. We did stay from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. because it is kind of pricey adding up food and all.

I absolutely love this place. My family came from out of town this weekend for Fathers Day and this was one of our events. We had a blast and we will be going back.

Epic indeed! We took our granddaughter for Spring Break. It was the perfect answer to a rainy day. The staff is excellent, friendly and competent.The only caution is that a trip to Epic does require planning. We booked a cabana in Jan for our Mar trip. This allows for reserved seating and a server to avoid the exceedingly long lines at the snack bar.This is an amusement park so expect long lines but it is well worth it. The slides are great! The flow rider was a blast.( Our granddaughters favorite.) And the lazy river is always great for a relaxing change.

Over all its ok place for a few hrs. Right now they are limited to occupancy, so their is a waiting list. Outdoor wave pool is ok. Food is a little pricey and not the healthiest selection. Arcade is over priced for the small rewards.With that being said, again in a time that we are in now a little fun for a few hrs is great. Water park being indoors is a plus but you are limited to space. Kids had a blast for about 2hrs tops.

This place is awesome for kids of all ages! They are only letting a certain number of guests in, and to me it still seemed crowded in the kiddie area. Would hate to see it on a normal day! Bigger kids were pushing around and sliding down on top of smaller kids (mine is 4). I think there should be an age limit so the little ones can really enjoy that attraction. There were two life guards in the kiddie area but I never saw them blow the whistle for that reason which was annoying. Eventually we decided to go to the other areas which probably were less enjoyable for my little one, but other than that it was really fun. Food and drinks were definitely overpriced but tastier than I expected. Overall a pretty good experience! We will probably return but during the week to try to beat the crowd.

Theres something for the whole family. Theres a walking trail behind Epic Waters thats very nice. Its safe to go anytime because its well lit. And has ponds that you can fish in. Plus the trail is connected to the Summit.

The fact that you get a day pass is definitely a plus. You dont need to leave because they have food as well. Only thing that I couldnt understand is why the multiple tubes werent being utilized for the water slides.

It was nice, but I feel like there were too many people there all close together. During these times with Coronavirus, I think they should have spaced people out more.

Ive been here before and the slides are still fun. I do plan on returning again eventually when things have died down but for now, I have to give a lowered rating for a few reasons:Supposedly the amount of people into the park was being restricted. However, even at opening there were a lot of people there and the number increased greatly by early afternoon. There were quite a few large groups there and tables were slightly spaced out but still grouped together in a way that made avoiding others difficult. My friend and I ended up leaving early because the crowd made us feel uncomfortable.The stairs leading up to the slides need more grip. I almost slipped and fell multiple times because of how slippery they were. The steps being wet is expected in a water park but these I wouldnt consider to be safe.Finally, to comment on the one area I wasnt able to go to last time: the wave pool was a lot smaller than I was expecting and the waves were tiny. It was still alright (and being able to chill outside was nice) but if you go into it expecting a wave pool similar to the one at Hurricane Harbor, youll be disappointed.

All you can want in a waterpark in one building. Really fun slides, wavepool and kids area and the lazy river is a pretty good length. Plus theres a bar! Place was super clean, staff was nice and food was pretty good for a reasonable price. I also learned from another guest that if you live in Grand Prairie you can get in for just $10.

This place is amazing and the staff is constantly cleaning stuff....we had an amazing time. The food was a little gross but over all it was a good time.

We had a great experience here! The facility is clean, the staff is extraordinarily friendly, and there’s enough entertainment for kids of all ages. The Flow Rider surf machine was a favorite, along with the yellow tube slide. It’s a spendy day @ $44 pp — but worth every penny. Highly recommend.

Found out about Epic Waters by a kids birthday invite in December 2019. This place is cool! Not only do they have slides, but a lazy river and wave rider place to knee board or possibly surf! It was clean, and we also played in the arcade! I strongly recommend taking your kiddos!

Nice place overall. Indoor slides and flow rider lines move relatively quick. The employees on flow rider were excellent with the kids. Outdoor wave pool was ok so you can sit outside in the sun. They also have an arcade. Free parking is also a nice touch. I will say it got a bit busy so get there early if you want a table.My biggest complaint is we were given passes to visit the waterpark from a representative while at IKEA across the freeway. We got the passes on a Friday and it was implied they were good since the representative said we could go that day. We tried to go on a Saturday and were told they are only good M-Th. I asked where it says this and the ticket taker said it says there are blackout dates. The ticket does say that but I have never been to a place were blackout dates are all weekends. Blackout dates are usually bust times like 4th of July. Why not just write on the tickets only good M-Th? Other than forking out $300 of unexpected costs, had a nice visit.

Awesome! Very clean, does not burn your eyes with chlorine like some other indoor water parks. Bathroom and showers were also very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly, one young boy lifeguard helped my kids to get past their fear of the slides, and after that, they were going down all of the slides all day! They really enjoyed it. Food is pretty good too, lots to choose from and they even have a bar area for us adults to get a little something so we can make it through the craziness lol!! The only thing missing is a Starbucks The place is big enough for lots of fun, but not so big that you can let your older kids roam around on their own. There is a lot of staff and life guards everywhere, so I felt safe letting my older kids go on their own a bit. Very impressed and we will definitely return! Keep up the good work Epic!
