Love the friendships and sisterhoods created in this program! The coaches and teammate have always pushed me to my best even when I give up. Traveling is so much fun with everyone and getting to experience great things. This program doesn’t just make us a good athlete but also a overall good and well rounded person!

I have been an athlete here going on 5 years. I love this program because it is more than being a cheerleader or a dancer. The girls in this program become your family and the coaches helps you become a better athlete, a better person, and push you to your fullest potential in and out of the studio. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend my time. The love and support at this studio is never ending.

This program is such an amazing environment i can always come in and depend on a good and motivating practice. The friendships built on a team is something so special. It challenges you to make sure you’re prepared to be the best athlete you can be as well as a person.

This program is absolutely amazing if you like to be challenged and pushed to be your best not only as an athlete but as a person. We learn good morals and how to respect one another. Dance/cheer are amazing sports and express Allstars is the best place to learn and grow.

I have been in this program for 4 years and it has taught me more than just cheer and dance skills. I have learned how to be a better person. I love the family that I have gotten to build on. All the girls in this program are amazing and I love being here.

I have been in the Express Allstars program for about 4 years. This program helped me with making new friendships that will last forever! I love the traveling competitions. This has helped shaped me to the person I am today by being responsible, having good communication skills, and respecting others.

This program is amazing cause not only does it teach you how to be a better cheerleader or dancer but it teaches you respect and patience and the coach’s there are very motivating and always pushing you to do your best :))

Ive been doing express since I was 5 and I stay with it because the cheer and dance is great and super fun and when you join you get your own family the coaches become like other parents and the girls become your sisters

I have been doing Express for 8 years and I love it!I love the bonds that I have created and the experience that I get to have.We not only learn how to dance and cheer but we learn how to be a lady!

I have gained live long best friends! i’ve learned so much and the coaches pushed me to be the best version of my self! i’ve learned how to become not only an athlete but i’ve learned how to become a young lady!

My daughter has learned so much. More than just dance, she learned teamwork, respect and positivity!
