Basically a day care facility. Cant use the gym, pool or racquetball court half the time. You pay for stuff you dont even get to use because there are rug rats everywhere.

They try to make you wear masks. But it’s just the flu. If you are vulnerable stay home.

Love this place. Great staff very clean and the members are great.. No where else Id rather go workout at..

We are used to using the Grand Rapids area Y’s (Downtown, Wolverine, Mary Free Bed). We checked this Grand Haven Y out before going to the beach one day. We laughed it was so bad. The free weights look like they are from the 70’s. The track is a lap around the weight room, seriously. We were then told to move out of the free weight area because 4 people had a scheduled cross fit workout to do. I have never been told at any other Y to move out for a cross fit group. They earn their 3 star rating.

Not a bad place, i love to workout and play basketball here. My only complaint is the awful vibes you get in the weight room, it is way to dark in there. Wish there were some more lights

Honestly...CrossFit kills the experience for me. They have a contract with the Y and dominate all the free weight area during those hours, making it hard to get a decent workout in many hours of the day. Considering the ticket price of the membership here, its not worth the price paid if you are only coming to workout here as a serious lifter. Unless you do CrossFit.

In the most recent review the company left a condescending response to the reviewer, so obviously they have A1 management.I went to this location and the weights are garbage, their so called cross fit class is unstructured and the trainers here have BS certs and shouldnt be considered CPTs.Upgrade your facility.

The facility is nice and there are plenty of free weights and machines. the main reason i rated three stars is because of the limited hours of this location.

Best gym in the area for families. Lots of programs for kids like swimming, basketball, skiing and gymnastics. It also has good childcare while youre working out.

They change their parking so the people that pay a member ship dosent have a place to park when there busy very poor planning I have pictures of the parking lot half empty

Not the cleanest gym all the time but it has tons of events and leagues.
