The neighborhood is amazing, the small community is superb. Management and maintenance are exceptional. Community rules and standards provide an excellent example of who you want as neighbors. Highly recommended!

Visited this mobile home community, it is VERY well kept and the staff and maintenance guys were extremely welcoming! Highly recommend this park and definitely the best looking mobile community in Grand Forks!

I think someone is padding these ratings to make it seem better.. The good ones say very little and the bad ones go into detail. Is management horrible here? We are looking for a bigger place and perhaps buying. Rent seems high for as closely packed.

Easy to find where you need to go.

I would have given it 0 stars if I could have. We lived on a corner lot and had no help whatsoever. Kids would play on our bushes and best the hell out of each other waiting for the bus. The property manager was horrible and did nothing to help with anything. She was however around when she thought WE were doing something wrong. NEVER EVER LIVE HERE!!! At least until the replace the manager with someone who actually has a soul.

Too high of a lot rent better off renting an apartment

I am trying to buy a home in this community for myself and two high school kids i paid 45 for background check then waited and waited no call. I called them they had no answers called them again and i was rejected . 6 yrs ago i got a dui but how many people living there have had one of those. I have great rental history and same job for 14 yrs. Feeling discriminated against. My lawyer is loving it.

Theres a lot of great trailers. However I feel like they are way too close together in places. Lot rent is a fair price though.

Very close trailor park...very over- priced....some old,some new...not real impressed for what people pay to live there!

Management is absolutely horrible and definitely likes to almost openly play favoritism to certain tenants. The only thing worse than the management is the lazy staff and the atrocious rent(that goes up EVERY year) even though the trailer court lays out more and mite rules/regulations and takes more and more away from any amenities.

Rent keeps going up for lease, contract owners cant fight a wrongful eviction and dont bother contacting that relations department just basically yes community backing the land owner manager or whatever honestly one day yeah community sill lose all their customers and if and when they do they will probably nist blame the manager anyways
