Great place for kids! Make sure if they are younger you wear athletic clothes because you will be going into these bounce houses after/with them. Also it can get a little crazy and sometimes kids bump heads or run into each other, be ready for that and be understanding that the kids are just trying to play. They are a pretty secure place, you and your children get issued a wristband with a number. Then when you go to leave they have to match your number with your childrens before they let you leave. We will be taking our kids back!

Kids had an amazing time New Years day we went in and were the only family there for awhile! That was nice! Lol but its awesome and the kids love it.I would suggest that all the openings of the houses face the middle. That would be awesome.

The playground is great, our son loves coming here and playing with other kids, but most adults do not take their shoes off and kids ages 2 and under crawl on the floor and lay down. It would be cleaner and safer for kids if everyone took their shoes off.

Pretty good couple of hours on a Saturday afternoon for our granddaughters birthday party (3). Several kids from 2 yrs to 8 yrs old. Party room was clean and very handy to have as kids ran to and from to bouncies. I would probably change the couch in the front room, but overall, everything went pretty well. Price was not cheap, but not terrible either.

Prices are high! Would come more often but the cost for three kids is outrageous. Used to be affordable. Kids love this place!

We were here a week ago. My kids absolutely loved this place. So based on the fun provided it is a 5 Star place. The reason why I am rating Jumping Country with 2 Stars (should be 1 Star) is because 2 out of the 3 fire exits are completely blocked off. You have to squeeze past the bounce houses to get to them and also the narrow paths to the fire exits are blocked off by orange cones, benches, and shelves. I took lots of pictures too. I brought up my concern of this huge SAFETY VIOLATION to the person at the front desk and she said that the fire exits were blocked off on purpose so people could not get to them and open the door. She then explained if that the doors yave alarms on them just in case a person opened the door. UMMMMM! IS THAT NOT THE POINT!!!! I then explained that if there was an emergency people in general are going to see those doors blocked off and head towards the same way they came into the building making it even more unsafe for all to exit the building. The front desk individual then stated that in that case they would instruct the people to move the items blocking those doors so that they can make it to the fire doors. I then responded that in the case of an emergency that that would not work. She then responded her brother works for the fire department so because of that she understands my concern. Clearly she does not understand for this is a HUGE SAFETY VIOLATION. If my family and I get the chance to come back and those doors are still blocked off I WILL BE CALLING the Fire Department, the City, and OSHA. In fact I am deeply considering doing that now.

My daughter really enjoyed the birthday party she attended here. It was a very clean nice facility.

This business has really gone down hill. Used to be clean and well run. (6 years ago). This is the first time we’ve been back in a long time and I feel really disappointed in this place. The bathrooms were filthy and they had no hand soap. The carpets are dirty, need vacuuming. The staff are rude and unhelpful. Prices have gone up but service and quality has really gone down.

Awesome place for a place to go with your kids. Basically giant bounce houses indoors with other toys. 1+ Id say for an age. Wish there was one in sheboygan.

The woman at the front desk was not friendly or welcoming whatsoever. Fun and clean for my 2 year old. She had a great time. Drove from Sheboygan specifically to go here. Will probably not go again. I have worked in customer service for many years and that is not how you treat customers.

My son and I came into Jumping Country for the first time today. He is 4 years old and loved it! We will defiantly be back! The jumpers were clean and well kept. Next time we hope to find more kids for a play date!

My kids love it here. Overall its a nice place and the kids have a lot if fun. Lots of different jumping houses and wrist bands to get in and out for safety. I do think its a little expensive so we dont come as much as we would if it was a little cheaper. I have 2 kids and it was $27 to get in. My kids are 3&5 so they only last about 2 hours here. I would love to see a second kid discount or loyalty card for returning families. Also, we brought food but we were told we could not use the empty party room to eat. Kids burn a lot of energy jumping around and a little eating nook for non party families would be appreciated. Moral if the story bring easy snacks for your kids or eat before you come.

Firstly, I would like to point out that I noticed they have employees patrolling all of the areas. They walk around at all times, around all of the inflatables, every corner, and seem very aware of the children and what is going on. I think this is a fantastic move, and helped put my mind at ease. I am glad there is a place like this reasonably priced where I can take my five year old to get some exercise in the winter months. While I would not go on a busy weekend anyway, Friday night was not too bad. Friday & Saturday nights they turn on the black lights, which although scary at first when you have little ones, is fun for them. I would say they should be at least 5 or able to hold their own if you go on a Friday or Saturday night, because there are a lot more older children, and it is darker. Just be sure to dress them in white and theyll glow. Also, I was very nervous letting go because I normally do not let my daughter out of my sight, it was very difficult to follow her around. However, once I sat, I could see her coming & going and knew the general area she was in. It also helps if they have or make friends there to run around with, kinda like the buddy system. You are also allowed to bring in your own food & drink, and leave and come back within the same day, so that saves money. I think they do have concessions, but I could not find them, so that could be better. If you have little ones, I recommend going during the daytime, during the week. You are also allowed to go into the inflatables with them.

Good variety of bouncers. But nothing else at all. And be prepared to overpay bigtime for what it is.

Great facility. Lots of bouncy houses. Brought 4 kids today and wanted to use a $2 off coupon I know I saw on a website. I asked the staff if I could use it. They said sure as long as they had the code off the coupon because they had to enter the code for the discount. I wasnt sure what website it was on, and asked if they knew where it was, and they said no. (Not helpful at all) When I finally found the coupon, it said $2 off per kid. I asked if this was correct, and the staff member Rudely said No, its $2 off total. Also, they didnt take ANY code off of the coupon either. They simply wanted to make the extra $2. I thought that was rude in itself. PLEASE train your staff to have better manners! I spent a lot of money today to come here from Sheboygan and didnt appreciate the rudeness over a stupid $2!!!Like I said, great facility but RUDE staff.

Really fun for kids and adults! My grandson is 4 and he couldnt get enough! Bouncing around and keeping up with him was quite the experience. Loved it! We were there on a Saturday morning and it wasnt too packed. Great time.

The very first time with our 2.5 year old grandson on a weekday, so it wasnt too crowded.It was pretty hot outside and it didnt feel like its well air conditioned.That aside, we had a blast.

$27 for a 3 + 5 year old seems quite high, especially considering It’s run by disinterested, phone obsessed high schoolers and often smells like a locker room. I’ve been here every few months over the last couple years, it’s gone downhill, I will not return.

I have been to Jumping Country many times and my 3 kids always have fun! Last weekend we had my sons 5th birthday party and it was perfect! They did everything from set up to cutting the cake. I feel like the facility is always clean and the staff is helpful.

Great my kids loved it

Jumping Countrys team provided an unforgettable birthday party experience for my 7 year old daughter. They were very attentive with drinks and provided a fun party coordinator for all related party services. Lastly, they did an outstanding job with the birthday party reserved room, decorations and inflatable giant throne, which was great for pictures.Thanks again for a wonderful day!

I brought my son, 2 of his friends, and my 2 year old son on a Sunday. I will say the facility is clean and well kept, but the owners wife ruined it. It was 90 degrees outside and 80 degrees inside due to her refusing to turn up the air conditioning because its very expensive. There was no supervision of the patrons, so the kids were running wild. The feel was that once you give them your money, they dont care.

Nice little place to take the kid/s to. Its a hot air filled jumping balloons lol, what kid/s dont like those lol. Have a place for a parent/s to seat and watch the kids.. So overall a pretty laid back place and not really packed with kids and craziness going lol. So if youre looking for a laid back place for your kid/s to enjoy and wear them out. This will be the place lol

Inflatables jump houses for the kids. Very hot inside. Terrible management. We ordered pizza and chicken strips for a birthday party. The pizza came, but the chicken didnt. By the time the chicken got there the pizza was cold. Very poorly run.

5-6 large bouncy structures, lots of fun for the kids; as good as a chain place like Monkey Joes. Come on a Wednesday afternoon when prices are lower and its not at all busy.

It was our first time here. Drove from Milwaukee to check it out. Got there at 5:30 thinking there was food served, but that was not the case. I assumed they were open for a few more hours, so I told the lady at the desk we were gonna run and get food and be back. When we got back at 6, she told us they closed at 6:30. My cousin met me there with her two kids and the lady made us pay full price for all 3 kids for a half hour of time! It wouldve been nice if she wouldve told me they closed in an hour when we first got there, I wouldnt have gone to eat until after they closed. And we shouldnt have had to pay full price for a half hour. Very disappointed with the customer service.

Very busy on saturdays! Not a great place for kids 3 and under, but pretty clean. Employees are friendly & obstacle courses are fun for older kids.

Indoor bouncy houses and a hockey table. Kids not disappointed in the least. Cheap exercise and the youngins jump and tumble for hours whilst grammy reads and keeps the coins commin for constant hydration.Grandsons would come here every weekend. Such a simple and successful concept.

Kids have been here a few times. They love it. I love that its secure (even though you cant see children at all times, the entrance/exit is secure, being monitored by staff at every moment. Parents should feel encouraged to jump into the fun with their kids on the jumping equipment. Great way to show your kids that you know how to play hardy, too.Staff is incredibly friendly, energetic, and are good with the kids.Only reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 is that today, when we had come back in the afternoon (had to go have lunch and naps), about 1/3 of the bouncing equipment was deflated an hour before they were to close for the day. I felt like it was a bit of a gyp, and could be very dangerous (suffocation hazard if child climbed under or got trapped).

Great place for kids. Affordable for kids and free for parents. You can go in and out during the day.

My kids want to come back soon. They loved how many bouncy houses there were. At 6ish pm the black lights were turned on so their white clothes became glowy and kids loved seeing themesleves glow. They were wipped out at the end of their play!Well be back.

Jump, run, flee away! This place has a very happy face owner who greets you at the door. Then you pay for your children to enter an unsupervised and very difficult area to watch your children. My daughter and I went her on a Saturday morning. They have shelving for your shoes to go on. By the time we left, someone had stolen my daughters $50 Cinderella shoes from Stride Right. The owner did not give us a credit or free entrance fee to come back. Very poor customer service with theft and vandelism. No support for parents to obtain their belongings or care. They really just want to take your money. Once you pay, you pay the devil, enter at your own risk and carry your belongings with you at all times. Also, there are no cameras in the ceiling help supervise any unwanted behaviors. This place is begging for for a lawsuit. There are a lot of dark corners in the inflatable playgrounds that something bad or bad people or perverted people could do something to our children. I followed my child everywhere, not letting them out of my sight for a moment. My mother in law is a social worker for the county and she has told me of many instances of children inappropriately touching little children or sick human being getting hold of children. This place is a place where something bad could happen. Do not come here, run and flee. Go somewhere else where your belongings will be safe and there are a lot of staff and cameras that will help keep our child SAFE..
