I had a great experience here. I was visiting from Oregon for the month of September and rented two kayaks for most of the month. The people here were friendly and helpful and we had great time with the kayaks. The have a large selection and the prices are very reasonable.

Rude staff and poor communication on requirements for obtaining a hunt/fish permit. Made 4 trips and each time someone gives me only part of the items needed or rejects documents that they told me to bring. The website links are either broken or outdated as well.

Big recreational aid for military, retirees, and DOD personnel. Camping equipment, campers, coolers etc. Also have tickets for most theme parks, movies, and local events.

I was able to buy tickets for the South Carolina Aquarium for $8 cheaper than if I would have bought them at the aquarium. They have a lot of other deals that will save you money. I recommend checking it out.

The experience my husband recieved today from the workers was 100% unprofessional. Never have we ever been treated with such disgust. You would be better off taking your business elsewhere. We will be in contact with the general manger.

I guess it is a good place for military and dependants to get reduce ticket prices, but for anything else, I would avoid them. I found the manager to be rude and unprofessional. She guaranteed that the new military personnel I was with would not use the services provided. It is a shame, as the OAC was a huge benefit to me as a junior sailor away from home. Hope they replace the manager soon.

Hours are lacking and customer service is only adequate.
