I thought this place was GONNA be my for ever home the management was so very nice ! But the maitness is a JOKE they never fix anything they patch it up ! My home is falling apart ! They promised to match all the knobs on my cabinets when I 1st moved in , that was a year ago! They never came to do it , my air works when it wants! It floods around the whole house ! My neighbors are the worst ! !!!!!!!!!!!!

I been here since February 2019 Mrs.Shelia, Mrs. Yolanda, office and maintenance staff is 100% amazing people. They take care of you and treat you like family I wouldn’t trade them for the world. One thing I love as soon as you make a maintenance report they are on it ASAP. The community is very amazing and the Goose Creek police department patrol through here and it is a very safe place to live and Birch Hollow provide a free summer came for the kids and it helped me out tremendously. I will encourage anyone to move here to live you would never go wrong making the decision. I appreciate the dedication they give on and everyday basis.

Management is caring and maintenance is always there big or small. A friendly place to live and raise a small family.

Everyone was very nice. I came looking to rent. The option to buy is all that was really available at the time... But the community is very very nice and I am definitely considering living here when I can buy. Thank you for being so nice!

Lovely neighbors price is pretty good and the pool is a big plus

Their mobile home rentals are very over priced. I can rent an entire two story house with large front and back yards for the same amount as their 2 bedroom mobile homes.

Its decent for what it is, but kids are forced to face people speeding down streets with no regard for anyone else and lack of speed bumps is a big reason they can, another negative as is the rent! I should be in a nice 2 story house on property of my own with what rent is here and the way they do the contract added fees 200 more than we thought we would be paying. Pros are the pool and park areas are good for children to play and be safe at and staff does seem very helpful as well. But I would not recommend living here with a family based on money and child safety issues.

The staff seems very nice upon first move, but they say one thing and do another. we’ve been living here 3 months and already can’t wait for our lease to end. we have a neighbors shed in the middle of our already small yard. we were promised it’d be moved 3 months ago, but still nothing. they always park trailers in the middle of the road making it hard to even back out of a driveway. we were told they have breed restrictions and we could not bring our pit , however every time we turn a corner we see neighbors with a pit. we have tree branches that scrape our window constantly if it’s windy that they said they would cut down, still haven’t done that. once you move in, they do not care about you. save yourself the trouble and move somewhere else ! this place is not worth the money they charge.

Update 01/24/2019. I got my approval phone from Yes communities and something just told me get in the car from NEW JERSEY and race down there which i did on Tuesday night 01/22/2019 then got there and thanked God because I literally was played and lied to and everything. The staff literally doesnt know anything. And no1 knows the real truth. The best was being told first come first serve and a home gets sold after you agreed thats the one you wanted to rent and that cash talks hahah really? Then to cover it up was told we have another same model ok END. I wanted the one i told you. Its the principal of that face it was sold ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE that happened.Do not rent or buy at all from these people.I am trying to relocate from another state and have been all over their site and in contact with the office because I found a few homes I like and get told a totally different story and price which is wrong. You should pay what you see its not our fault the prices or website is updated.

As a former employee here I can tell you first hand, this is the most sneaky, conniving place to be. Seeing just how low management can be is horrible which is why I quit in the first place. There former manager, (who will remain unnamed) is all about scamming you into moving in so she would make her numbers for her bonus. Once you moved in your just another resident, of course unless you are a good butt kisser and please management. Anyone who complains about an issue no matter big or small will be taken tabs on and are unsatisfiable if your down on your luck for any reason dont count on birch hollow for help as they are the type to kick you when your down. Hours and pay were constantly docked so the management bonus was attainable. The former maintenance man is now management and was trained by the same person in her wrong ways. No issues with Yes! Communities. This particular community is horrible. Take my word and stay away. Id give this place a -5 if I could.

We bought our modular here about 6 months ago. Management here is a bit hard to work with but really not that bad when you consider the size of the neighborhood is. Jamika and the maintenance crew are very present and only allowed to do what the manager allows. If you pay your bills and communicate with them they have no problem doing what they can to help you.

Parks demands sometimes are a little crazy, when they mesure your grass the measure the tallest weeds, no fences which is by far the worst one

Hate it. The neighbors are stuck up and the managers at the office are rude. The neighbors made me feel less welcome because Im Mexican and the white lady that stays next to me calls me racial slurs. If you want to move in just dont move into the front of the trailer park next the first trailer at the entrance. The lady gets drunk and acts like she owns Birch Hollow.

Management does not care. Rent is consistently raised without reason or advance notification. Constantly performing service checks without proper notification. They came in when I was in the shower once! Just not worth the money. Horrible neighborhood.

I currently live in Birch Hollow a YES COMMUNITY. This has been the worse and most money hungry establishment i have ever had the dishonor of living in. I live in a mobile home and any/everyway they can intrude in your personal life and result money the do. Signs are posted if your grass isnt cut every week they will charge you 75.00 added to rent. They have no guidelines on what tall or short grass is so you will actually spend more paying someone to cut your grass unless you have a lawnmower. The catch to that is, you cant have anything on your porches so they force you into buyinh a shed to house the lawnmower. The yards are very very small and they stay 8submerged in water. I have been here a little over a year and they have auto renewed my lease and i havent signed anything, yet they add an additional 28 dollars to my monthly bill w/o notice. The trailor is a 2014 trailor but it is falling apart, i have to constantly call and have something fixed. If i knew what i know now i would have NEVER moved into this neighborhood, and like most people i know I WILL BE MOVING OUT ASAP

Jamica is great, quiet neighborhood, out with the good and in with the hood, lot rent increases every year, will price is out soon, always smell the ganja every evening from nearby trailers, speed bumps are murderous problem is there arent enough of them, some people seem to floor it once they get over them just to get the next one faster.

Not very impressed by management, there could be more done as far as community upkeep and better customer service for the amount of lot rent; very expensive
