We went out to Michaels to purchase our Christmas decorations for our new home. Though it was clearly in the middle of a sale, the store was organized and the experience was positive. I have no complaints about this Michaels based on my 2 previous experiences at this location.

Great store, I just wish I can find a RHSS Ombre Deep Teal. No one has in stock not even online. Stupid COVIDI did pick up some new tips for my pyrography and some wood, while my crochet is on hold I will be burning

Really youre on your own at Michaels its not like it used to be wind up black lady quit at the flower section I went downhill for a lot of us we liked her help her her personality was awesome but they dont have service there. Theyre not like oh can we help you they wont go see if they do have extra they look through I dont know some kind of computer on their hand or their pants pocket and claim there isnt any more in the back room but who knows but their attitude I dont believe them

Very nice location. I wanted to see the leather section here its a lot better than most. I used a online coupon code and saved 50% off some pens I bought. There have a whole bunch aisle dedicated to 50%

Super crowded, and the people didnt seem to have any consciousness, or awareness of what 6 feet apart was, even though there are stickers on the ground. Seemed a bit dark in there too.The employee that helped me was great though and helpful.

Found the item needed quickly. Took forever to checkout however. Waited in line 4 nearly 10 minutes for a single checkout, that was still on the same customer the whole time, and she only had 5-6 items.

Wasnt too bad, alot of restocking going on so it was a bit messy. Only the cashier spoke with us and she was very nice... I like the coupons they offer and it was semi easy to find products. Overall, decent place and would most likely return. We bought 2 oil based sharpies and a notebook.

I was on a important phone that just came in when I was next. She new my needs and took care of it while on the phone. Thank you very much!

I Love Michaels. So many hard to find crafting and art supplies at great prices. Watch prices and check tags as very often they will put items on a display that arent marked. Today they had a $65 art set where they had other items marked for $17. They are careful to make sure the sign tells you what is on sale, but the extra item wont have a listing anywhere. Very frustrating when you have to get item price checked. This is a standard issue, or I would have given 5 stars.

I always spend way too much money here. Lol Great place and very organized and clean. My only complaint is you can hardly find anyone on the floor for help if you need it.

Not bad for arts and craft supplies. Prices can be pretty steep depending on what it is youre looking for. Isles are compact so just hope youre the only one pushing a cart. Cleanliness was close to non existent and seemed like a playland for children without supervision especially when I was trying to go down the isle with markers/paint/pens. Kids were literally drawing on the floor, display, and merchandise but that habit was probably picked from the parent on the other side of the isle who was also sampling markers by drawing on herself rather than watching her kids.

Michaels is one of my favorite places to shop. So many things to look at! If you like to craft or sew or make things, you will love it there.It also gives you lots of creative ideas!!! There wasnt a lot of people working there today so trying to find things was a challenge, but thats to be expected. They closed at 7:00 p.m., as most stores do. So if your board and looking for a new project its the place to go!!! BTW lots of clearance deals going on.

Came here because the person I was with was looking for something to fix her cloak. I ended up making a few impulse buys which I was highly content with. The service received was exceptional and the selection was more than I could have asked for. Will happily return when I have any celebratory impulse needs or crafting needs int he future!

Why are they so expensive?

I used to love Michaels until I the last 2 years when I picked up art as not just a hobby but means of income and even with the constant coupons available for every purchase they still are over priced as opposed cheaper companies like Blick Studios or even Amazon with covid driving everyone to stay home and shop online

Not a fan of this location. Even before Covid it wasnt stocked well. Also noticed a bias against Halloween. A lot of Fall and Xmas stuff incredibly but not a lot for Halloween. There was half a row of Halloween. Now with Covid...sales are not as good and coupons are sparse.

Normally I enjoy going in to Michaels. Today however was not one of those times.I had placed an order online and came in to pick it up. We are in the midst of a pandemic so I figured curbside would be a good option. Well, there really was no designated curbside parking available at this location. Maybe I was supposed to pull up in front of the store and just block the driving area? So, I went inside the store to pick up my item. I pressed the button alerting someone that I was there. But, nobody came to help me. One associate just walked right past without looking or acknowledging me. I pressed the button again, still no one. Eventually a tall gentleman came walking towards me but was also going to walk right past without acknowledging I was there. I stopped him and asked if anyone was working the online pick up area. He then proceeded to stand within my 6ft bubble of space and explain to me he was the area manager, would go talk to store manager and find an associate for me. An associate did come assist me after this interaction, but I was highly disappointed in the process.

If you need something craft related its likely they have it. Be sure to check for coupons before you go.

We were looking for fall cardstock. Limited supply and not in the paper aisle. It was hiding on the aisle where you get in line to pay.

Had a return with no problems. Cashier was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

They didn’t let me return an unopened cricut maker! They told me I have to return it to cricut! I called different stores and they told me I was able to return it. I drive 30 min to go to a different store and return it with no problems at all. I will never return to this location they didn’t even care about return policy because I showed it to them and they keep saying I can’t return cricut items!

Love coming here when i need supplies for my shadow boxes! Always great affordable prices for my family. Love the grab bags they have!

Its OK. I rarely see staff on the floor for help, theyre all at the registers. I tried to book the birthday room for my daughter and they referred me to another store much further away, all because they use the room for storage. At least the employee on the phone was honest and she did give the name of who to call at the Surprise store.

Michaels has a great selection of yarn. I wish their selection of natural fibers was a bit more extensive but its not terrible. They have some kits that Ive noticed other stores dont and its always easy to get some good coupons

The store is large! Employees are very knowledgable and can provide good recommendations on whatever the craft-need may be. Unfortunately, the products are at the higher end of the price-spectrum, but they defi itely make up for that in the quality and diversity of the products.

Christmas items were 50% off-great deals. I was able to use my educators discount plus coupons.

Found just the frames I needed!

My favorite place to take my daughter, they have art classes and it’s affordable! Clean and friendly staff. They staff is great with children, and the classes are fun to have family time! It’s a great place for birthdays and holiday events!

This is one of my favorite stores. For some items, the tag easily fall off. When that happens, the manager will overcharge you. They did reimburse my money because I went looking for the tag.

I wanted to make a Halloween wreath but everyone best me to it. Wiped out. But I found other great deals.

I team is very helpful. My favorite manager is Hannah G. Professional, courteous and she knows the business.

Great service just a bit......messy and can be overwhelming. A lot of boxes are always out. Aisles are narrow enough. This is just recently, it pretty much all the time. A lot of half way done jobs in the store. Feels crowded when theres no people overcrowding.

The customer service rep was nice but I placed an online order for pickup and when I got to the store they didnt have the itemsI never got notice if the order being cancelled. Normally this store is pretty good about that stuff.

I stopped in there the other day looking for some stencils but they were all out, probably because of the holiday season! Next time maybe I should shop a little sooner.
