This is such a beautiful park. Wide open spaces with plenty of room to roam around, take in the beauty of nature or let your dog run free (dog park)Pokémon Go hot spot! Clean restrooms. Geocaches. Catch a ball game or soccer game or a “back yard” basketball game. This parks walking track is long & some parts shaded with sounds of the rushing water in the creek.

One of my favorite places to walk. I love that the trail goes from tree-lined to open throughout the first part of the walk. I love the water flowing beside the trail. I appreciate the options for different distances and that nice hill toward the end. Recently, little gnomes were placed along the way. A cute addition to an already lovely trail!

Great place for all activities and ages, only downside, the main walking trail with no cars does not allow dogs, but there are plenty of other safe options to make up for it. Check out their website they do a lot with kid and adult sports leagues as well as masker fort. Not just a summer spot, fun, different, interesting activities all season from yulefest in December to gardening classes spring and summer, to arts/crafts in the colder months.

We have been on the road for 2 days headed up north. This tired family loved the respite this great park had to offer. One of the first days of spring, the birds singing and trees budding was such a delight! We loved the huge creative play ground and wide open spaces. The elder trees were my personal favorite.

Fantastic place to go on a walk on a sunny day. I love that there is a little bit of everything going on in this park: baseball, walkers, runners, exercisers. Lovely trail near the creek. Nice exercise equipment. Plenty of parking. Just park anywhere and find a trail. Also, it has several historical buildings to explore. Really nice Nashville park.

The oasis of Goodlettsville. I love my daily 4 mile walks around the trail. People are sooooo friendly. I honestly forget what crazy world we live in when Im there. Everyone abides by the 6 ft rule on the trails, anywhere else..may the odds forever be in you favor. I take a lot of pictures of the park. Follow me on IG @melanatedpsyche

Really a good place. Had our family reunion in one of the shelters. Everyone brought a covered dish, has electric this is a plus. Great play ground for the children. The only thing I found was other people coming into the shelter that were strangers and were sitting down to eat. It is big, but folks have some respect. We paid for this you were rude. You were in the way of us trying to take pictures. If you were hungry we would have feed you, but, you brought your own. I would highly recommend this park to anyone. Take the time to explore the other areas, the historical sites connected.

Good place to take a walk or bike ride, they have very nice, manicured pathways. Very popular in the neighborhood. Plenty of ball fields for organized games. They also have a dog park which is really nice because its split up into two sides; the big dog side & the small dog side. They also have fountains of fresh water for your pup at the push of a button. Great place to take a dog you need to exercise & run, big or small.

Loved this place. Being from Clarksville it was quite hard to find it. Well the football field that is. Had to ask a few people to find out that its up down around and in the far back corner of this park lol. But, had 2 very well maintained and manicured football fields that our teams got to enjoy. Would reccomend anyone to go check it out.

So, I didnt get a chance to explore the entire park, so my rating may change in the future. I was at the park during the Goodlettsville 4th of July celebration, which was pretty awesome. But from what I can tell, the park is pretty nice. It has some ball fields to play on, and some open areas to play in. I know it has a playground, but we didnt visit that this time. This park has plenty of room for any activity you can think of. There are pavilions with grills to help. I will definitely be exploring the park more the next time I am in the area.
