Fun place for a kids birthday party! The staff is friendly and everyone had a good time! Pricing was reasonable and there were plenty of areas set aside to accommodate all ages.

It is an indoor trampoline park. Good amount of separate jump space. Wish it was more affordable per hour for larger families.

I took my Grandsons and Daughters here last week and they had lots of fun jumping, playing basketball and riding the Mechanical Bull! ️️️️️️️️️The only negative thing is that you cant bring your own water or soda there and they have no cafeteria to buy food! You have to order from Jets Pizza somewhere across the street! Maybe one day they will expand and provide some other types of food there. But otherwise the kiddos had fun!

Have been here twice. Recommend it to all parents. The staff are friendly. Plenty of space to jump. I especially love the earthquake area for young kids and special pricing for kids under 4. This is a great indoor activity that’s perfect for kids to use up their energy!

Efficient, friendly and fun! I was extremely nervous about bringing a group of kids here to jump, because of how expensive I thought it would be. I also had kids of mixed ages, and just knew they would be split up into different areas. While the cashiers look young they are very friendly, and got us checked in extremely fast. My kids were able to play together with their new upgrade feature, which my kiddos loved. Well worth the money! Will be back very soon.

Had my daughters 11th birthday party here. The kids had a great time, the party host was the BEST, and specifically enjoyed that they let you pay for exactly how many kids come to the party, not pay for 10 even if only 2 show up, like the other trampoline places I looked into. We brought our own stranger Things Cake and decorations.however if youre having a private party there, they do supply everything from invitations to decorations.

My son always has fun here. He loves to try to play dodgeball with the big kids and weve never had any problems with bullying. He also loves to jump off onto the big pillow bag. We stayed for 1.5 hours and it normally costs 18.99, but Jumpstreet also has coupons that we receive and I was able to get it half-off. All around good place with friendly employees that take care to watch out for the little ones, too.

Grandkids loved it. We got the 2 hour arm bands and they used every minute of it.

First time here, for my sons birthday party this year. Overall it was satisfactory, one suggestion though, have a more trained employee handling birthday parties. Definitely could use at least one to two extra employess for some of the jump areas that require supervision by employees. Otherwise we had a pretty good time.

Good place to have my son run off energy. I dont like that there are 2 entrances, one out to the parking lot and one to the mall with no attendants. It is a big place so you cant leave your kids to run free because you cant see them at all times from any one area.

This place is wonderful. I babysit a kid with special needs and once a month they have an hour just for them. They work very well with the kids and even play with them. It’s a good deal for the place also. Would recommend to people with kids looking for something to do especially in the winter.

Took my grandson and had a great time! Building is clean and equipment is well-maintained. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Huge props to Tucker and my vote for employee of the year. Will definitely be back.

This is a great family friendly fun environment for kids. It has an area for parties and even a separate area for toddlers. It serves ages from toddlers to adults. It is not very espensive however weekdays are cheaper than weekends by far.

Took my wife and kids for the special needs event that was yesterday and we had an absolutely incredible experience. We showed up half an hour late while there was a school trip being held there. The staff told me that the other kids were told to be patient and kind till the special needs children were able to leave. My son Gavin is autistic and gets nervous when there are too many other kids around and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my son. They even gave us a free hour for him to come back and play when there arent so many other kids. Wonderful place, wonderful people, incredible experience and time he will never forget for my son. Our family will be visiting often.

Love that a child 5 and under can jump all day for around 5 dollars. Granted they have a smaller section but its definitely worth the money. I also like that you dont need special socks to be able to jump. Also you can leave and come back in the same day if needed.

The place is clean and safe for kids. The employees dont interact much with the customers but they are where they need to be so the kids are doing the activities safe and within the rules. My kids love going to jump street!

My 2 year old loves it here. Its pretty affordable to take him here too. My only complaint is that there was a blinking light that was going on and off in the kids zone. I have epilepsy and I couldnt get anyone to turn off the light. It made the stay very unpleasant for me, as I had to look at the floor with my eyes covered for a majority of the time to avoid having a seizure.

Can’t accompany a one year old on tramponline while the employee who scolded you for holding said one year old on it is playing away on the trampolines herself, in the Earthquake section nonetheless that’s 4 and under. Good business. Not. Not exactly family friendly and encouraging for another future visit.

If i could give 0 stars i would. For $40 my 3 kids and i were spoken to rudely and policed like we were in jail. We were the only people in there this particular day, so I guess the workers were irritable and bored. Way over priced for what you get. The teenagers working there stand awkwardly close to you watching while you jump. If you change areas they follow. As we were leaving one of the guys they at works there was sitting at the tables arguing with what looked like a significant other. One of the guys told my son it was his time for us to go before they did the announcing on the speakers. I’d rather light my money on fire and watch it burn than spend another hour in there.

Great Place. Clean, Great Customer Service, Reasonable Prices. I love how they separate the smaller kids from the bigger kids. Love it!

30 minutes in, kids were bored. Not a lot of variety for them. The bull ride was fun, the line to do the basketball was Soo long, they just skipped it, they spent most of the time just running back and forth on the bouncy walls, but were quickly ready to go.

It was ok. 2 birthday partys going on so way to many little kids jumping around.

Friendly staff, very organized for our 10 year olds birthday party. The kids had a blast and its not too crazy an atmosphere to hang out. An area for adults to hang out with TVs, especially during football season, would get this place five stars.

Equipment is in good shape and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They seem to work well with kids. I do think its over priced.

Had my daughters 10th birthday party there because it was close to home. Jumpstreet staff are nice but the party prices are little high especially since you have to buy their waters($1.00 a bottle only when you purchase more than 12) & coke ($2.00 per 20oz. bottle) and the pizza from Jets.The reason I bring this is up is because SkyHigh in Nashvillle charges a $20-25 fee and you can bring in outside food, pizzas and drinks.Overall the party was great as always your on a time limit so everybody must arrive on time and the eating and cake has to be on time.

So much fun! You dont even need to bring a kid, you can act like a kid yourself! A little pricey though.

You ask to many questions on the sign up forms for one thing and seems like we are always having to sign them up.I dont know why you have to even have my age Im the grandfather furthermore dont understand why you even have to go thru that process just for kids to jump around. Prices are also a little highI wouldnt even be there if it were not for my grand kids .cut back on all the questions on the sign up forms

We had our youngest daughters 16th birthday party here. So much fun that we went again and took our grandchildren. Lots of fun jumping. Prices pretty reasonable.

The attendant in the young childrens area did not enforce the rules during our visit today so be sure to keep a close eye on your kids. There were adults and older kids in the bounce area throwing balls at small kids and making it difficult for them to jump around freely. Very frustrating.

Great place take the kids they will love it. Buy the band with the extras after they start playing dodge ball they will want to ride the bull our do basketball. They do birthday parties.

A little bit on the pricey side but well worth it my 7 year old was exhausted when we left and my 18 month old had so much fun in their little kid area he was exhausted too they slept the entire way home and they slept great that night

Great addition to Rivergate Mall! Very clean and staff was friendly. They have a separate area for younger children (under 7), although kids above 4 years of age can go on into the larger trampoline areas when accompanied by an adult.

This place is ran by teenagers or young adults and you can tell. Another pure example of you get what you paid for. All I can say is yes your children will be entertained so I guess thats something.

I use to bring my kids and their 5 cousins to this place and the youngest was 4years old, necer had any problems. Now today all of a sudden my 4year old who turns 5 next month cant jump in the main jump area because of some kinda update??? Really stupid to change the rules after weve spent over a thousand bucks with these people over the months just to tell my son he cant jump with the other kids. Kids very upset and i am too really dumb pop up rules

Though it is clean and staff is friendly, this is the most over priced facility to attend on a weekend. $32 on a Saturday for two kids an hour each. For that price I would expect at least 4 hours each or unlimited. Could have done Circus World no coupon for $40 unlimited for two kids. Lesson learned.
