Its in a flood plan. Experienced two of the worst foods in my lifetime.It has sentimental value for me, but I do not recommend moving out in that area, because the guys who control the dams up in wake county sometimes dont release the rain water early enough. Thats the reason Mar Mac is a shadow of its past self.My father hasnt lived in his own home since hurricane Matthew.

I called the man and he had a very nasty attitude with me about the trailer and lash out and said he have plenty of people to give the trailer too he should not wasted nobody time or gas at all if he wasnt gonna give a hard working man the trailer I hope everything he worked hard for be taken away from him n I hope people take advantage of him to the fullest

Good place to live. It is just a little voring and dirty.

I rented a very nice mobile home in edwardsfrom mr haywood .the mobile home park was a very safe place for the kids. I had good neighbors and the place was always up kept .anytime i needed something repair mr haywood was always on it nice quite place to live.
