They do all the framing for my Diamond Paintings. Mike is the best! His work is impeccable! Ive had at least 25 pieces framed there.

They had everything my wife was looking for and more....5 stars all the way!! They have a wide variety of name brand card stock tools and materials as well as everything else for crafting.

So helpful in the framing dept. Checkout was so helpful about letting me know about coupons.

Michael’s has a great selection of crafts and frames but they seem to be like any other store today with little to no assistance in the store.

One of my favorite places to shop. Theres always someone there to help you find what youre looking for. Online coupons are very easy to use from my android phone. Very neat and clean. Grateful for restrooms since I stay a while when I go.

Its more than ok if you want to find stuff for crafts. They have a lot of variety, and they cover basically any art and craft technique.If you are an amateur is perfect to see all the possibilities and maybe have some suggestions.Employees are very very nice and extremely helpful. I have always found a very good costumer service.If you are a professional artist, though, you could find difficulties.They often have only the basic items, you wont find the best quality for professional art supplies.Also, IMPORTANT, prices are way higher than they should, but I still gave 4 stars because on their website you can find discounts up to 75% off everyday on 1 item per day.So its worth it if you cant wait to find a best price or you need something quickly and you cant wait the shipping time buying it online.My advice is to always use the coupons because I have noticed that most of the items can be bought on Amazon for 1/2 or 1/3 of the price.

Love, love, love that I found this Michaels in Goldsboro! Came in for some craft items that I needed and found three Christmas presents that I could mark off my list! They have unique educational toys for all age groups!

The store is clean and very organized. It is stock ok. I went a week before Christmas so, I expected some items to be missing. I used coupons from my phone and the cashier used a coupon. The cashier was very nice and patient with my daughter as she counted her money to give to her. I had a good experience when when we went there.

Oh baby! Love love their selection of diamond art. I happened upon this particular store while actually looking for a different craft store. The prices are competitive and friendly staff. Its a distance drive from my house but worth it.

The staff here was very nice and quite helpful. They answered my questions and gave me helpful suggestions regarding my projects. Additionally, several employees came up and opened new registers when the line got too long!

I can count on Meagan, Custom Framing department to guide me through the making a satisfying selection. Her knowledge and insight, patience and support is something I count on.

Michaels has a great selection of supplies for various needs. Their prices seem a bit more expensive than necessary and slightly more than Hobby Lobby for some things. The store could be laid out a bit better and they seem kind of understaffed. However, their selection is nice and their employees are helpful and kind. I never have a bad experience with their employees when I come in to shop.

OMG! I love this place! Always do some Christmas shopping here for the grandchildrens art supplies. Theyre usually having really good sales on a lot of things. Merry Christmas everyone and thanks Michaels!!!

I love Michaels! Very clean store and well put together. I found exactly what I was looking for except for the letterpress drawer but the lady was nice to look up the item number for me on the website so that I could order it and have it sent to my house or sent the store for free. Very helpful.

Favorite place to get baking supplies and craft kits / supplies , its also a great home decor and seasonal decoration destination for all of you decor maniacs when it comes to fall , Halloween, Christmas, winter or even Thanksgiving any holiday you name it theyve got the decor for it , they also sell foax flowers and foam to make bouquets as well as so many more beautiful crafts !!

This is a great store I really love coming in there, and seeing all the great things they have.

The employees were very helpful when I couldnt find the items I was looking for. Mind you this was right after Christmas so they may have been a tad bit short on some items but they had already reordered everything and were expecting their truck the following morning. I asked two different employees for help and not only did they verbally tell me where my item was she gladly walked me to the item and showed me the different varieties of what I was needing and advised me which was the best product for what I needed. As I was leaving I realized I forgot to buy the crochet hook I needed to use with the particular yarn I had chosen. The cashier who checked me out with the yarn left her position at her register and went and got the correct needle for me. I

Great,But went I got there they did not have what they told me they had over the phone,but I did buy something that I didnt go there get.

Inventory and prices are not as good as Hobby Lobby. You cant stack coupons like you can at Joannes. So if either Hobby Lobby or Joannes is open I go there first and Michaels as a last resort.

Sandy a Certified Custom Frame Designer and another worker (never got her name), were greatly helpful in assisting me on a couple of very large poster frames today. For some reason Ive received 3 transactions in the middle of the night for $1 dollar.These guys are thieves.

The selection for yarn and wool has diminished greatly and the button selection has dwindled to a single section where there used to be rows. Its very disheartening for me because I prefer knitting to paper craft.

A little overpriced. I got a large poster board for $3 that’s cheaper elsewhere, and I wanted a small poster board as well and the only one I found was $7.50... how does that make sense? They seem kind of understaffed but when we did finally find someone she was polite. But there’s definitely a large selection of arts and crafts!

Michaels is another store that I love to shop at for baking items, candle and soap supplies and many more. I love the different classes they offer.

Great place to shop for all your project needs

I went to check out silk flowers and to buy ribbon for making my own vases for my reception. I am recycling glass bottles and decorating them to upcycle into vases for silk flowers to go on the reception tables!! I hot glue the ribbon around the bottles. I also bought glue sticks and hot glue guns from Michaels. Plus they had a Buy One Get One sale on ceratain silk flower stems. I bought blue ones and some silver glittery ones for my arrangements. I am also making my bridesmaids bouquets from silk flowers!!

This Michaels store is really the only one Ive ever had dealings with so for me its a 5/5. Its kept very clean, organized and very helpful staff. I enjoy the displays they have and ideas with them. They always have a sale on something and the cashiers will get you a coupon if you dont have one! They have a large selection on everything! I love going to this store!

Nice, clean, organized store. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I havent never shopped here and experienced a time when, if I needed help, a staff member didnt drop what they were doing to help me locate something. Goldsboro is getting a lot of different options force hobby and project stuff, but I still like shopping here. They also have a nice rewards program and treat teachers very well.
