I’ve been working out 4-5 days per week since high school and have tried 20+ different gyms and workout styles. Hands down Catalyst Fitness is the best small group circuit training in Denver! All of the trainers are super knowledgeable, listen to your individual needs and push you to achieve your workout goals. I was in a skiing accident and coach Corey helped me rehab my knee injury with custom movements and minor adjustments. This place feels like family! Highly recommend!!!

Catalyst Sports is a hidden gem. After working out in several different gyms in the area, this high intensity fitness class is the best around. All of the instructors are knowledgeable and provide a motivating environment to keep you pushing throughout the entire workout. Each class is different which keeps things fresh and you always get a full body workout. They are extremely adaptable to injuries and age ranges from 5 year olds to people in their 60s. After working out here for over a year, Ive never heard anyone complain, everyone loves it, and that speaks volume. If youre thinking about trying out a fitness class, I highly recommend going in!

The team at Catalyst is fantastic with children. Great instruction centered on sound fundamentals but delivered with an understanding of how to communicate with young people.

We didnt know you had to make an sppointment, but they let us hit a few balls anyways. Facilities are great, staff were very nice and professional, and the trainers seemed to be really good.

Been going here 2 years, great trainers, and wonderful people to workout with.
