I drove from Gilbert to try this one out and this is definitely the best one in the valley that Ive been to. Great environment and the service was even better. I recommend anyone to try it out.

This is the best hookah lounge I have been too, great service, music and atmosphere and great quality hookah. Tim and Tom are awesome, helped me get my own mouth tip to use. I come almost everyday and tell all my friends about this place!

Unique experience. The music isnt too loud, the place is kept VERY clean. Couches are comfortable, lights are relaxing. The hookah comes out smooth and smokes nice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. This will be my new spot!

Tim and Thomas are fantastic. Great atmosphere. Good music. The hookah is amazing. A bowl can easily last a single person an hour or two. Im usually there every week for about 5 hours and I only need 1 refill.

The hospitality and care of the employees made the experience wonderful. I was greeted when walking in. I was helped right away and set up quickly. The seating is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The set up is very modern and classy. The owners know what they are doing with the flavors and not mixing hoses. I definitely will be bringing all my friend to this place.

Trilogy hookah lounge is by far the best hookah lounge for people living in Phoenix, Glendale and Scottsdale area. I have been to this lounge for 3 weeks on my visit to Glendale and their environment is awesome. Let me tell you about their mini hookahs, dont judge the size of it, they are great and smoke much better than Starbuzz hookahs. Their couches and tables are very comfortable. Its a great way to meet new people and socialize here. Their hookahs are flavorful and long lasting. Tim and Thomas, who are owners and work there, are very friendly, accommodating and always take care of your charcoals and they politely change your bowls if you dont like it per your satisfaction. Music is always on point and is never loud. They ask customers for their choice of music and movies they play. Come and support this new business. They will not let you down.

Been coming to this place for a year now and This is now THE SPOT TO GO TOO. I come here everyday to study on my laptop and to enjoy the nice vibes they have. The owner specifically asked me what kind of flavors I smoke and I told him lemon mint Fumari. The next day, he brought in lemon mint Fumari and to show appreciation to his customers. I’m officially a regular here and let me tell you, I’ve been to mostly all the hookahs in Arizona and by far this place has to be the most CLEANEST and best Quality hookah I’ve ever had. Props for them for giving the best customer service and caring for their customers!

Hands down, the best hookah lounge Ive been to in the Phoenix area. Customer service is though the roof, even going as far as supplying chilled beverages to customers. Tim, the owner, took his time greeting each guest and getting to know them personally. I would HIGHLY recommend Trilogy, and look forward to going back!

The atmosphere and friendly service is the best I’ve ever come across in a hookah lounge. I can’t recommend this place enough. The seating is comfortable and the flavors are fantastic as well and the staff is always ready to recommend new flavors.

When walking in you notice a classy setup along with comfortable seating. They have a variety of flavors to choose from and mix to your liking. Tim recommended Orange and Vanilla shisha mix. By far my favorite to smoke! Definitely check out this hookah lounge.

Ive been to this lounge 3 times all the way from Gilbert AZ and I keep coming back for a couple of reasons. The pricing is more than fair, the variety of flavors, the attention to detail, comfortable seating, entertainment (TVs and Music), refreshments, but mainly cuz the people who run this operation make me feel more than welcome.
