An amazing experience being here. My kids and I usually dropped by here if we had spare time. They were very happy playing in this playroom. The kids play freely and safely. One thing that I loved in this playroom they lots of educational toys. The staff and the owner were both attentive upon watching the kids playing.
Great place to bring kids, let them run around and wear themselves out. Definitely cool they have a mechanical bull and an obstacle course kids can race on. I would mention the birthday party packages are fairly priced compared to other similar businesses in the valley. A few cons regarding the party package though; Pizza that was delivered was aweful, tasted like carboard and felt as hard too. Cake tasted amazing but it had to be kept frozen so our plastic utensils didnt really help us to eat our slices.
Brought my boys here because online it said it was open. Got here and that was a Big, NOPE.
Ive basically always had great experiences here and any time I had an unpleasant experience it wasnt jumpstreets fault such as a child being mean to my child. I watched them literally sanitize everything every 30 minutes or if someone touched it. I accidentally touched the railing and someone came over and cleaned it like 5 seconds later. My girls love to come here.
This is a great place to bring the kids. We have a 3 year old, and he loves to jump in the toddler area, use the slide, the bounce house, and the basketball courts. So much fun, and a great, safe place, to let him run around and get that energy out. Thanks so much!
We had a birthday party for my son at Jump Street this past weekend. It was a great entertainment venue for 5-6 year olds! The staff was very friendly, super-organized, and very helpful! The whole process was seamless, except the waiver form changed between the time I signed up for the party and the day the party actually happened so some parents had to fill out the waiver again. It was pretty expensive, but I am so relieved that the party package could accommodate the extra headcount. I wish we could have had a little more room to spread out the kids and stuff in the open table area. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Wasnt so bad when my kid was under 5. Now its $15 an hour and they dont have enough staff to attend the attractions. Literally half the activities were closed, what the hell am I paying for?
My children had a wonderful time here and its good inexpensive fun on a rainy day or even better during the summer! We will be returning again, and more than likely having their birthday parties here.
Great prices, color coded wrist bands for time consumption, and a great experience for kids. I definitely recommend bringing your kids here for a little bit of fun, while you can either play with them or relax. The only reason I give 4 stars is because most of the air soft guns do not even work, and for my 6 year old daughter that was a huge deal. These things matter. ;)

We just had my daughters 10th birthday party at jumpstreet. The whole experience was fantastic. Great service from the staff, clean environment and very helpful. We will definitely be back.
My son loves it so they have to be doing something okay there.
We have done a ton of parties and different places and this was probably the least satisfying one we have done-yet by far most expensive. Honestly spending $500 at Peter Piper seems more rewarding.
We were invited to a birthday party at Jumpstreet & it was our first time there. I liked that the area for kids 48 inches and under were separate. They had a dodgeball area for older kids which looked pretty fun. The birthday parties are given 2 hours which goes fast. The first hour is for play & the second hour for food, cake & gifts if you choose to open them there. We were able to squeeze in about 10 more minutes of play after gifts were open. My daughter had a great time. Id definitely consider this place for a birthday party.

My son had his 14th birthday party here! It was a great time and we came on a weekday, which was nice because it wasnt crowded. Our party hostess Joset was super attentive and helped run the party smoothly :) I appreciate her and all the staff that took care of us. The pizza was yummy and theres lots of fun things for kids and adults to do while jumping!

My daughter and her uncle had a lot of fun. It was $50 for an 11 yr old and adult to jump for 2 hours- seemed kind of pricey. You cant bring outside food which makes you purchase their overpriced stuff. It was $2.25 for a soda and $1.50 for a bottle of water, the have snacks and pizza too but dont remember the price. I recommend hydrating before and grab lunch after. Theres trampolines, a rockwall, dodgeball area, a jump point onto a big cushion, and a area for little kids (under 48), theres also a very small arcade area with a handful of games. I only saw 5-6 employees the whole time, usually one in each section. Seems like they are just there to supervise and kids and parents are responsible for dealing with anything else.
Who else can beat $15 for an ALL DAY wrist band for any child under the age of 5 and both parents!! I was pretty impressed!
They have a section for little ones but you are not allowed to play on the equipment with your children. My little guy is two and was definitely hesitant to do anything with me having to just sit on the side. Nice place but I wont be back with my toddler.
It was a very fun time but we were going to get kicked out for not wearing the jumpstreet socks

The teenage staff lets the teenage participants bully and hurt the littler kids without consequence. We reported it to the manager on duty who seemed to care but offered no help. We spent most of our time there watching kids cry.
Great prices ($5 for the whole day on Saturday, Sundays and holidays for kids under 4) but it would be nice if there were more things for the younger kids to do, as in 2 and under. The 4 year olds are just a bit bigger for 1 year olds to jump together. Birthdays looked awesome and every age group was having a blast! We look forward to going back.

What a joke! They make you buy THEIR $3 SOCKS on top of their already REDICULOUS prices. Took my 4 year old to jump for ONE HOUR. It was empty. They wouldnt budge. Will never go back.
What a bunch of turds running this place, theres non stop rules, the bored carnies that work her look for anything they can to try and remove your kids from whatever theyre having fun on. Dont recommend. Dont come here. Save your money for pump it up or ANY other spot besides this one. You just lost a family of 6 not counting any of the adults. Way. To. Go.
My grandson had his birthday party here. I was a little concerned about the access to the outside through the front door with all those kids in their. The place had a little bit of a funny odor. The person that was helping us with our package party seem to be annoyed at times. But I think she was doing too many things at 1 time possibly not her faults. The Sardellas pizza was just so so and cold.
Looks like a lot of fun. However I was unable to participate. The staff was top notch

This is a fabulous place for kiddos to expend their energy, particularly if it is too hot outside. They offer multiple areas for jumping and bouncing, as well as a mechanical bull. They also have a separate area for dodgeball and slam dunk. They offer a storage zone for smaller and younger children coined, The Earthquake Zone, which has bouncing and jumping which allows them to participate without getting injured by the larger/older jumpers.An all day pass is approximately $25. Comparatively, in my own subjective experience, this is a bit more expensive.They do not offer a deli although they do have vending machines.They also host birthday parties.
Fun place for kids to go run and jump around. Great deals on Tues and Thursdays makes it worth it to get out for a little bit. The little ones always sleep soundly after a visit here. They have activities for all ages and all skill levels. We will definitely be going back soon!

Well first off this place is huge almost to big for little kids,several kids got lost. It is cool for bigger kids wall to wall trampolines, obstacle courses and inflatable houses and a mechanical bull. They do not serve alcohol.
A great place to burn off energy for the kiddos! Prices could be better. Also bring your own hydration for the kiddos not cheap there. Also dont forget socks or more money to shell out for that too and not cheap! There is a dollar store near by better deal if you need water-snacks-socks before you go!

You should be able to jump along with your four and 3 year old kids. And there is nothing stopping your younger kids from walking right out of the front entrance. They should at least have it gated off so that we know our kids cant just run out the entrance. It would Save some us some piece of mind.
14.99 for me and my son to play all day is ridiculously awesome. Its always clean here too.

Seems to be a great place if your a kid. I like the fact that its wide open and not all crammed. Lots of running room. Its pretty basic inside... Lots of trampolines, some with be basketball hoops. Theres on obstacle course and a whole separate area for smaller kids. You cant bring ANYTHING in as far as snacks or water. And to purchase inside is not cheap... $2.25 for a bottle of water. Be prepared! Still a good place to wear out the youngens.
This is the best Trampoline park we have visited, especially for younger kids 5 and under. The staff was very helpful and well be back again soon!

So we attended a Birthday party for a friend of my sons and overall had a great time jumping, bouncing etc. The problem I encountered was while at the party table (our tables were in the farthest corner from the entrance, budded up against the wall that separates the main trampolines from the party area). While sitting and enjoying pizza, cupcakes and conversations dust started raining down. Like tons of dust, not just dust that you see in the sunlight floating around TONS of dust. Apparently someone had climbed to the top nets of the trampoline area and inadvertently rained probably a years worth of dust down on our food, cupcakes etc. This was BEYOND DISGUSTING. So gross, vacuum your nets even every other month so something like this doesnt happen to someone else. Everything else was great and we were there early enough that it wasnt crowded of messy but this ruined the whole party (even tho it was pretty much over) it was so off putting. On top of that when the Birthday boys mom informed the manager she apparently just said ,oh sorry, and walked away. Who does that! I would seriously think twice before having a party here just for that reason alone.

Good place to bring the kids and tire them out. Got bored watching my kid and decided to partake as well. Had a blast then being 40 caught up with me an hour after we left. Being young is in the heart. Being old is in the knees. Will be returning.
Checked out Jumpstreet with my 2yo and 4yo, and they had a great time! We had never been to a trampoline park before, and this was a fun, inexpensive way for the kids to burn off some energy inside during the heat of summer.I like that they have a separate area for little kids, my only wish being that they would gate it off to prevent little kids from leaving without an adult. The little kids area has a large inflatable slide, a cowboy-themed inflatable bouncer, and a trampoline jumping area, all of which were totally fun and watched over by staff to keep everyone safe.I probably wouldn’t take babies or kids under 2 here, because parents aren’t able to bounce with kids, and kids this little might have a hard time bouncing with other kids around.Overall, a good time, and we will definitely come back to bounce again!

Had my grandsons bday party there. Kids had a blast. They have a great area for toddlers. My 2yr old granddaughter just loved it!
Awesome play date with the kids! We loved that it was very inclusive for most ages (not so fun with an infant). Different attractions each time weve gone and seemed pretty clean.
Id say this place is great for kids ages 5-10. Younger than 5 there is only a very small non impressive area where my daughter age 4 is bored with within 10 minutes or so of being there. Id say younger kiddos will be ready to leave after no more then an hour. Flipside prices are fair especially if you are a rewards member and get discounted prices. I do wish they would do some updating of the inflatables!

This is definitely a place the kids can spend hours at. Plenty of seating for parents to watch the kids running around having fun. I also like to jump with the kids from time to time. Very fun place for all.

Horrible, just horrible, my daughter was being watched and I had to get a refund because my daughter was upset that she couldn’t go jump with her sister. Also that young man from the basketball area was so rude I only had 40 minutes there and I was asked that my time was up. Spend your money else where.
My daughter really enjoys coming here, Im not so fond of having to sit in the car while she plays though (by choice) There are maybe 8 padded chairs in the whole place and theyre usually full. The parent waiting area/party zone is plastic picnic tables there are a few metal benches with rubber coating, and I dont want to forget the Super comfortable
The place is huge, lots of areas to jump in. My only problem was the unprofessional staff handling the birthday party we had come there for. After an hour and 20 mins, there was no sign of pizza for the kids to eat. I wasnt even in charge of the party, but I took it upon myself to ask the girl at the party counter in front when we were supposed to be getting pizza? She said at 2:00 they would start eating. I informed her it was already 2:20, and she didnt even look like she had any intention of telling them to start bringing our food out to us at that point. Glad I said something. I personally Wouldnt ever use them for any help with party planning thats for sure.
I was extremely disappointed today. I have been here one other time and it was not like today. It was busy for a Monday especially when kids are going back to school. I had to leave after 45min. An employee washed the carpets of the toddler area including the stairs the children use to get to the trampolines. My socks and my childrens socks were socking wet with water and carpet cleaner. I went up to the employee and asked, Why are you cleaning the carpet in the busiest area? He said,I am not in charge go up front. Please keep in mind nothing was visible on the carpet and he was not spot cleaning but using a machine and a bucket of dirty water to clean the carpets. I brought both of my toddlers back up front to report that the employee was washing the carpets. The manager said,Sorry I didnt know he was still doing that. Still? The majority of the children took their socks off because they were soaked. After a little while I just grabbed my kids and left with our shoes on without socks feeling disgusting.
Lots of fun, a good amount of things to do, but not enough to stay for more than an hour or two. Can be packed, and tends to be really hot. But still fun.
I’ve always loved Jumpstreet but as I’m getting older (probably to old) I’m noticing it’s targeted heavily to young kids.
