This place is amazing. So much information and help. I was really nervous about going inside the first time since I am a guy but the energy and vibes inside are awesome and so is the customer service. Now when I go in im comfortable and exited. I was really interested in one specific product and they didnt carry it so they actually order it in for me. Since this place is so amazingly and helpful i have been back a few time and will definitely be going back again and with the points reward system there is no reason to go any where else. thank you guys so much.

I was shopping yesterday for blood increase flow enhancement. Amanda recommended a pill called rhinox10. I’ll be honest is was not really effective on me yesterday. I came back into today with hopes of having better luck and indeed I did. Spoke with Amanda again explained my situation being extremely large 14 inches in a certain area and she gave me some amazing information and advice on several products I look to trying in the future. Wonderful place excellent customer service will be my go to spot for now on!

Owner was very nice over the phone as well as very helpful. Both times I was in the store I was impressed with both salespeople Amanda and Maggie. They are both very personable, nice and helpful. I have found several toys that were exactly what I was looking for but wasn’t sure about them until I got explanations from both Amanda and Maggie on the products. They both were very helpful with making the right choices for me. I would give this store 100 stars if that was a rating possiblity. Customer service is OUTSTANDING there!!!

I came in to get a toy for my wife to enjoy, and was met my not 1 but 2 extremely hopefully employees. They were able to answer all of my questions and even gave me some suggestions for some tricks to try at home. Thank you Maggie and Katie for all your help. First time experience to this store and Sara was extremely helpful! Any question I had, she made sure she could answer and to the best of her ability. I showed her a picture of a toy I was interested in, which was not available and she took a picture to show her manager and told me to hold off on buying it because there’s a chance you guys could get it. With that being said, Sara was very knowledgeable on the products all the way around. She was funny, easy going and beyond helpful between having two sets of customers. Thank you Sara! Hello! i came in so lost and didn’t know what direction to go in and amanda came over and helped me find a toy to fit my needs and all the sorts!! Came to this store for the first time Sunday evening. My husband was very shy and nervous and we were unsure of products he should try. Sara was very helpful and got us to buy a toy we would have never thought about. My sister was with me and only came to look and ended up buying 2 toys. Sara was very patient with us and turned something we were unsure about into something fun. I wish we didnt live an hour away but we will come back soon!

I really love this store and the employee Sam is amazing! Came in a few days ago with my girlfriend based solely on reviews of this place. We liked the products alot but we couldnt stay looking around long because it was awfully hot inside. Also we were asking a ton of questions about lube and the young girl was very nice but answered often with an I dont know. We assumed maybe she was new but unfortunately we left without making a purchase.Aside from those 2 things we liked what we did see and will return to look somemore perhaps when its not so hot outside.

This place is truly amazing! Not only does the owner have such a great selection of toys and products in general but the fact that she knows so much about the products and has her employees learn and take special classes to gain all the knowledge to be a Sexual Health Resourses. I mean from allergies to latex or silcone to how each product should be used and what its intended for, not to mention the different things that can help you health wise.... I love this place and the fact you can open up freely and ask as many questions as you can and get an answer for each one is simply the best! i am confident and so muuch more educated and will recommend this place 1,000 times! Grest job ladies!

This place has amazing educated girls who help you with out any judgement or criticism. They are sweet and kind. I love it. The wide variety is superb and the prices are fantastically reasonable.

My sister bought something here, she couldnt try it on because there are no fitting rooms and of course it ended up not fitting. Cant return and they offer no store credit. Plus the hooks broke on the item as soon as it came out of the package. $20 for something we cant use and we have no options to even get an exchange.

Edit: we obviously see how the owner reacts to reviews that are not 5 stars labeling them spam or going off on the person leaving reviews.
