If you need yarn this is the place! Lots to choose from, and my main goal this trip. Super friendly and helpful staff. They had a sanitation station at the front of the store and staff were all wearing masks and being cautious. That goes a long way with me right now! Thanks!

Out of most of the Michaels stores Ive been too the cake decorating section is definitely the smallest. They need to organize a lot of the seasonal items and I didnt seem to find any section for baby shower, wedding etc. Which meant no supply of cake decorating items for that section. The store employees were super nice though!

Customer service friendly. Found a great deal on year around seasonal door wreaths. Unbelievable!! Wow. Just what i was looking for. Now my front door will look so beautiful. Now i will be getting a front door mat to match the colors in the wreath. I am so excited. I hope you guys have some front door mats. Ill be back.

I can always find what I need at Michaels. Friendly staff who approach you asking if they can help you find things. Great customer service.

Haha I love this place. Nothing could ever change how I feel about the employees. They are always so amazing and so considerate. Especially during these times, they have been amazing. I love this place and wont go to any other Michaels.

The store is having a lot of sales right now. It is well stocked, neat & clean. Except for the restrooms. Both toilets were clogged. However I do not blame this on the employees. I blame the customers! I work at a store where public restrooms are available & have witnessed what the public does in public restroom, people are nasty & that is saying it politely. The line to check out was long due to social distancing. However, the cashiers did a fabulous job. They were nice, friendly, moved quickly & efficiently. It took no time at all to be served, checked out & on my way. It was relaxing to escape the troubles we are all facing today for at least a couple minutes.

Lena provided phenomenal customer service! She was friendly, funny (had an awesome sense of humor), and cool. She deserves a raise, a promotion, and to be in management. Thank you Lena for being a fantastic associate! She makes me want to come back to Michaels and I will thanks to Lena.

This might be my go to craft store now that A.C. Moore closed. A lot of beautiful paint colors to choose from. Cute Halloween and autumn decor out now.

It was simple and quick! Social distancing was maintained and it made shopping very easy and smooth.

Organizing items needs a little work. Stock a bit low. What was available was nice.

Nice little arts and crafts store with pretty much anything you can think of and a store layout that takes a bit of getting used to. Big bonus is that even though the coupon system here is kind of annoying it nearly always guarantees never paying full price for anything.

Some of the people dont like to show you where things are. They will tell you where they think it is. Not cool.

Just picked up some beautiful picture frames. Its great they had 12×12s inch frames. I thought it was going to be hard finding this size but they had them in multiple styles.

I made a order pick up like 2 hours ago and they said my order wasn’t ready this is bad customer service I only had one item so what was the hold up so I canceled my order.

I was happy with the convenience of buy online and pick up in the store. However, be sure to check your package. Mine was incorrect but they fixed it immediately. Great customer service.

They no longer have sale bills with coupons at the front door or have them at the register.So I went somewhere else and got what I needed.

LOve this place for ALL of your crafting needs! If you use the coupon system, the prices all equal out to finding an item cheaper from another store, but enables you to find everything in one place for about the same amount of money. Love my crafts!

Had an item marked clearance, but full price. They would not even give us sale price.

Just about any crafting materials you could need are here. Big like a department store. Shopping carts and hand basket, with plenty of staff to help you find things, or answer questions.

Very slow service! Besides that, they usually have everything you would need for your arts and craft stuff

Had Everything I needed for soap making and packaging. Has everything else for your craft needs also. I could fill up carts all day with cool stuff. Id just need someone to buy it all for me.

Laura in the Framing Dpt was one of the most friendliest, kindest and helpful employees Ive ever met. She took care of my work order efficiently and was so nice. It is rare to find employees like that who give excellent customer service and treat you with such respect, especially in retail. She is truly one of a kind! Give her a raise!

Michaels is always a great place to go when your imagination is running. :) I always enjoy losing myself in there for an hour... Maybe 2! They help with having materials for my students gifts and projects.

They carry a large assortment of items for art and crafts but they stopped carrying adult paint by number kits which really makes me upset. Over priced on a lot of things but they have lots of coupons

Love this place and making tons of crafts at the awesome kid and adult crafting events.

Its micheals you know what your walking into. An hour trip with your wife or SO where you weigh the pros and cons of a new hobby or some new craft stuff for the kids. They did hook us up with some good coupons and were friendly. If Im stuck at a craft store this is one of the better ones.

It has all the crafting things you never knew you needed and the ones you do need.

Always have what i need

I went here for beading supplies. It was two days before Christmas so there were several items they were out of. They had most of what I was looking for. I will definitely be returning. Prices were good.

I primarily buy yarn at Michaels since I knit over 250 hats/ year for the homeless, the needy, and cancer patients. The store has the normal plain colors & they also have a lot of variegated colors which make interesting hats. I love their silver, sparkly yarns that come in small skeins. They have a large variety thicknesses as well that helps when combining yarns together. In addition they have one bin where you can get large quantities for very little. Couple that with a coupon and you have deals not to be passed up. All in all their yarn selection allows me to make unique one of a kind knitted hats.

Always where i go for Halloween decor.

Great craft store of course. I also like the fact that the do weekend activities we can take our kids to.They really enjoyed making slime!

The variety of items is a good reason to shop here. The sales are nice too. It can be a little expensive, but the fact that you can find things here thats hard to get at other places kinda makes it worth the trip. Staff are also helpful and friendly.

I went in to visit the frame shop with two medium sized, framed, glass plated wall art to see if they could change the small hanging brackets and Ms. Sally fixed them on the spot! She recommended a more secured hanging accessory due to the weight of the pictures and did her magic! The framing section is awesome!!!

Love this store! Its even better they take competition coupons because the craft stores have been taking turns each week with 20-25% off total price purchase sale items included. The only problem I ever have here, which seems to happen every single time I go in no matter if its day, night weekend, weekday, they never ever have enough registers open! The employees ringing customers up are working hard they just need way more of them especially in the holiday season.
