Never answer the phones when you show up always close not pictures of the business hours on google ,I come in rainy day with all the paperwork and my child I wish it was a way for no stars at all

Irresponsible was to register my daughter to the office when I asked when they sent me the schedule and training place my daughter is not in the system I had to send the receipt a photograph for them to find but now the problem is that the coach does not have my daughters name is her list of all children .. Parents be careful be sure to keep your receipts first and last year that I register my daughter in the sticker only interested in taking your money and I will not give my money

This review is only for the Strikers/United U15 girls team and my experience with the coaching staff. My daughter moved here late summer and was looking for an aggressive travel team to play for as she has played travel up north for over 7 years and Rec pretty much since she could walk. We were put in touch with Aaron Brunner and his U15 girls team. I had 3 glowing letters of recommendation from her previous coaches I forwarded him thru email. I doubt he even read them. She was invited to come practice with them to see if she would be a good fit. Mr. Brunner was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming to her. He came across extremely arrogant and condescending. He never introduced himself to her nor did he introduce her to the team. He threw her into running formations with a team she had never practiced with. He took no time to ask her what position she usually plays or where she struggles... if he had read the letters from the coaches he would have known, actually he really didnt even pay her much attention at all. One girl one the entire team introduced herself to my daughter. Everyone else was frustrated she wasnt familiar with the formations and actually snapping at her. This is suppose to be a team??? My daughter actually said it was THE WORST experience shes ever had as a player and shes had cleats on her feet since age 3. He took no time to really speak with me and basically threw her down to a level lower team. She had such a bad experience she said she had no interest in playing for any Kickers organization ever. This coming from an extremely aggressive player who has been know to fight until the end and never give up was heart breaking as a parent. My honest opinion is Mr. Brunner had no intention of actually placing my daughter on the team but was probably told to give her a look by upper management but he was going to do what he wanted anyway. Just wish he wouldnt have wasted our time

Great club with good staff

Disorganized, not great field conditions (west creek), poor and aloof coaching, (if the coaches were even present), my 7 year old learned absolutely nothing. We will be trying the YMCA next year
