Ive been casually visiting Meadow Farm/ Crump Park since childhood. Although it has changed slightly over the years, the history is still there. More so, the reenactments and festivals are wonderful. The spirit of the place really can bring about the best in some folks.

Enjoyed walking the shaded trails and the petting zoo. Plenty of space to give others space to walk. The staff were really nice, and told us about how the donkeys were rescues.

We love coming here to walk, pokemon hunt, or have a picnic before sunset. Great place, lots of room to get out and about. Beautiful decor in place for Independence Day.

Meadow Farm/Krump Park is a great example of why Henrico is such a great county. The grounds are beautiful with trails, animals, and a historic home to tour. Our tour guide, Sandy, was absolutely incredible and really made us feel welcome. I think what they do at Meadow Farm Museum is incredibly important, and a must see! Great job Henrico!

Meadow Farm is the crown jewel of Glen Allen. A wonderful historical farm, a park with playgrounds, and plenty of places to play Pokemon Go. What more could you ask for? What, you need to get in a ten mile long run? Meadow Farm has got you covered. Need a place to go to fun community events? Also Meadow Farm. Its the best.

Cant go wrong with a walk at Crump. Theyve got livestock and the museum if youre there with your kids, and have a fair bit of easily walkable trail system through the woods and around the pond if youre there with your pup. All in all a fair way to spend a couple hours in a quieter setting.

An amazing farm and 200+ year old house which you can view all for free! The house tour was very enjoyable. Every 30 minutes on most afternoons you can enter the house for guided tour. The tour guide was great and very knowledge, and the house is a fantastic period piece filled with antiques. The farm has cows, sheep, horses, and more, and is fun to explore. Lots of great older buildings surround the farm. And everything is totally free. Quite amazing!

I have been a fan of this place for many years. The history that this place shows its almost as if you can envision the past. Great place for history demos and reenactments . Ive taken hundreds of children there to run and play and feed ducks and talk about the family that lived here. Nice playgrounds too! Love love love meadow farm forever...ALWAYS, MS. I starting going there 25 years ago when my kids were less than 5 years old. We would go 2 to 4 times per week. We loved it. Have been going back for different programs and its better than ever. Highly recommend for all ages.

Great little park, but some trail maintenance is required. The pine Forrest is a fun and relaxing spot.Dogs are required to be on leash, and there isnt any dog park fenced in area.Good spot for some kite flying, just look out for the power lines.

This is another of Richmonds almost hidden gems! There are grand open areas, playgrounds and picnic areas, walking trails, Richmond and Glen Allen history and natural beauty of the land we call home. I was simply looking for a place to do some walking for exercise but found something far more.

The family who were the original owners put great thought into donating this beautiful place to Henrico. Not commonly known, its a must see. Such nice animals are also well provided for. Henrico must have functioned as a county should in stewardship of its residents & resources. Impressive, unlike Chesterfield County. Trust was visibly well placed by the owner. Phenomenal window on a simpler life 100 years ago. Very grateful its there & the animals too.

Nice heirloom species of farm animals from the 1850s on display. The tight quarters in the smaller buildings really give you an impression of what it was like to live back then. If you go on the house tour, notice that theres no bathroom!
