I have lived in Siesta Manor for 16 years, I have experienced good and what were they thinking managers. Over the years I have learn the best way is communication, I have been wrote up for letting my lawn or property getting crazy looking and if I can’t take care of it in the amount of time giving I just call down to the office and explain what is going on and they always are willing to work with you. Key here is communication, they can’t read our minds and they don’t know everything going on in our lives. Since Kathy has been our manager I have noticed a big change in the community she has taken this place and turned it around. I was one who had let my yard and porch go due to life and when I received my notice and cleaned up everything I felt better and was proud again. Siesta Manor is a great place to live! Great people live in here. I’m really loving the new homes they are bringing in instead of seeing empty pads lots. Thanks again Kathy for being a amazing manager!

I have noticed that since Kathy the new manager took over the park is very clean and there are no vehicles just sitting in park. And junk and trash is being removed. Very good people a great place to live. My family loves it. I notice all the changes just visiting the community. Great job Kathy keep up the good work.

I would like to say this park i live in the last 4 years hasnt been bad I mean pool and a park and everyone has background checks so feel safe. Complaints I have are as follows. Rent for what we get especially this year with no pool because of covid 19 is over priced if I could move my trailer for cheap I would theres a park down the road thats only close to 300 a month. 2nd thing is speed bumps the park wont get rid of them even though they destroy are suspension have both vehicles repaired and aligned every year. And the ambulance and fire trucks have to slow down when they drive threw witch seems to me a safety issue. Also for the cost idk why we dont have cameras at park entrance or gates cause we have had break ins the last year. But the new trailer park manager is a plus she has been getting park cleaned up and got rid of a homeless problem in creek behind park finally when 2 other managers never did. We have became more of a community it seems since she has been over the park by doing events and other things. She always answers the phone or calls back and works with us on violation corrections. At first I didnt like her but once we have talked and understood each other and found out shes trying to fix and clean up the park I started understanding I have referred 2 ppl in last year if it was a bad park I wouldnt of done that. So in total glad I live in the community and also glad the manager is now a actually manager. I will edit this review if they improve things like speed bumps wish they had speed humps instead or nothing.

Ive lived here three years and I just purchased my own trailer. Management is great the park has improved in a short time Kathy performs her job very well, always happy and chearful!!!!

Siesta Manor Fenton Mo.Tim Huntley here, not only did she have my vehicle towed. She had it towed from a company on the other side of St. Louis city.Like there was not a tow company in Fenton where we live. Your manager Kathy Dunn has done nothing but harass me since she took over this property. She has threatened to fine me if I didn’t cut the grass on the empty lot next door. She changes her mind almost daily on how many cars I can have. When I moved in here almost 3 years ago. I explained to Larry Nunn that I owned a window cleaning company and had personal as well as work vehicles. I was told that was not a problem. I have never had one issue with management or neighbors until Kathy came on scene. She sits up the street in her car and waits for me to get home from work and when my workers get in their car and leave she rolls past my house slowly staring at me.I believe this is a personal issue as she knows people from my past. I pay my rent on time every time, my area is kept clean and grass cut. There is no other reason to be stalking me other than personal vendetta. Quite honestly it is somewhat creepy to be stalked by a landlord that is abusing her power to the fullest extent. I have considered speaking with counsel about this matter. Hopefully you will do a little more than brush me off as you did yesterday when I attempted to make contact using a proper chain. This tow is going to cost me $380.00 during these hard times for many, and right at holiday season. I believe this was planned out strategically by her to drain my bank account to damage my handicap sons holiday. I work hard for a living my son will not suffer because of your managements evil tendencies. Do what you feel is the right thing. Although I believe I saw just what to expect yesterday when I spoke to you.Thank you,Hopefully you will deal with this issue and not allow the harassment to continueTerrible place to live since new management

Parkland venture has some of the greatest cimmunities and managers. Siesta Manor has a new manger Kathy and let me tell you this place has changed. She goes around picking up trash. helping tenants who need help,and just doung what needs to be done. She goes far and beyond when it comes to taking care of our community. If you wantto live in a great community then I recommend one of their communities. You will be impressed

Hello we moved in to siesta manor about almost a month ago...cathey got us in to a beautiful home....we love it here...management (Kathyy) is doing a great job...my daughter and her family live here as well as her mother0in-law and brother-in law.....5 stars to Kathy.........thanks

Parkland only Thinks about MONEY! They dont make anyone clean up their yards hell they dont even mow their own yards until its so high you can lose your kid in it. The dont take care of fallen trees. They can even pull weeds. Their office isnt even HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE!. We have been here a total of 20yrs and the old owners at least keep the place CLEAN. I love my home and the neighbors. But the owners of this place SUCK!

Water is off AGAIN. They say 9:30 to 1:00, but cut it off 10 minutes early and 2 hours AFTER WATEr to be back on, ... NO WATER STILL. This organization is so poorly run. They randomly enforce the rules and refuse to fairly treat people who follow them. Its a shame because theyve ended up with parks run by liars and crooks, lacking rules that are applied consistently to everyone and a place where thieves and drug addicts have moved in and taken over. Its not safe for the kids to play outside and if you happen to own anything of value, PREPARE TO HAVE IT STOLEN.

Management would rather not spend money to fix trailers properly, doesnt pay contract employees on time, and will put bad marks on your credit score even if you paid on time.....in other words, SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES and CROOKS. Stay away from ParkLand Ventures Inc!

Some of the wrose people to try to do business with I got s home from them and it has mold it the bathroom and the roof messed up kitchen wiring is messed up and I have only been here for 5 months this place is a joke dont move in if you love your family

Living in a parkland community is terrible.Its like living in north Korea.They worry you about the slightest thing.

After moving out of the one of their trailer parks they wanted me to pay for the demolition of my trailer after they have accepted the title $2,000 to destroy a trailer I signed the trailer over to them and they accepted it so how is that my problem that is their problem they just want to destroy it and get somebody else to pay for it
