I am a freestyle trampoliner who really enjoyed coming here! The setup was nice, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and helpful! The park features a layout of trampolines (personally, they werent too bouncy or impressive, but still fun). The eurotramp was lit! The park features slacklines into a pit and enormous ledges for cliff jumping skills!

I just had my sons early 9th birthday party here and it was a blast! I ordered a 10 kid bday party package from groupon and it included socks for the jumpers and adults, a shirt for my son, an hour jump session, party room that had paper products and our jump crew host was AMAZING! Clifton(our party host) really interacted with the kids and adults and made it fun! He was a perfect match! I would definitely recommend this to friends/family or do this again for a party!! Staff members were friendly and helpful. My 2 year old arrived pumped and left even more pumped. Once we left he just kept saying Go back? Go back?. Fun for the kids and a great workout for parents all wrapped in one. Definitely recommend.

Normally i would rate 5 stars but since Covid they have removed all the seating for parents except a few benches. There is no seating for parents who are not jumping not even socially distant chairs. Needless to say i wont be back anytime soon

I was here Saturday February 22, 2020. We celebrated my daughters 9th birthday here. Out party host AyeMon was AMAZING! He decorated the party room just how I like and was so fun. My daughter and the rest of the kids enjoyed it there. The whole staff was very friendly. Thank you!

Trampoline arena is good but lil dangerous for lil toddlers . An adult must accompany with the child always. 3 stars because of hectic restrooms. They are not at all maintained.

Went on the Defy website they stated that they are going off the CDC recommendations, but when we arrived they did not check customers temperatures, no hand sanitizing stations were available. No thorough cleaning after jumps. A lot of customers was walking around without masks on. My family will not be visiting again.

Sunday i took my grandkids to jumpology myself and one of the parents had a few words on our way out the door one of the workers said to the other i dont care what they do they can kill each other in the parking lot as far as Im concerned. I thought that was very unprofessional it was disrespectful and hurtful considering the money I spent because he didnt want to give me his name or the 800 number i called a lawyer first thing morning and I want you to see the picture of the person who caused this

Not to be trusted! Bought tickets for a 9:30am jump. We were asked to be there at 9:00am. Would have been great if the place was actually open during the times when it sells tickets. Toddler is disappointed and now mom gets to waste more time trying to get our money back.You all should provide a refund and let us come back free for our wasted time.

If i could tell you how many crying kids and ambulances ive seen there

Very unpleasant experience!!! We were refused to use a Groupon after 9 pm this Saturday, while when we bought that Groupon it didn’t state clearly the time restriction. We drove 30 min and when we arrived it was 8:40 pm. The staff was playing his phone and not interested in helping us. The only solution the staff provided is either jump for 20 min only or go back home and come back again.

Kids enjoyed the time. For the ticket price, extensive “you can’t sue me even if it’s due to my negligence waiver”, and added cost to purchase “their socks”, I would have hoped that all jumping venues were open. Two of the areas were closed due to lack of staff present. This place caters to toddlers and less demanding parents.

Pretty good place to let little ones burn off some energy. For all ages though some jumps are obviously age restricted. Seating for parents not exactly plush but ok. You have to buy their socks which you can keep and they now have 1 hour minimum instead of 30 minutes which was disappointing. Everything was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful.

Have jumped here many times and it’s always nice and clean! Held my sons 4th birthday here and they had a BLAST!!! Our host was awesome in helping set up he helped with getting the kids together and in the room, with the food, drinks, cake and presents and cleaned it up for us! The kids LOVED the staff and it was a super easy stress free party! They also had EVERYTHING from tablecloth to forks and knives and candles. Lighters, cake cutter plates, napkins anything I’d usually forget

It’s a nice place and all but they should repeat what you get because we had asked for an hour and A HALF. Then we got an hour and we had to leave early. I really enjoyed it but I didn’t want to have to go back and forth to get more time. That’s why I wanted to buy it all at once. Besides that the lights, music, and obstacles they have are great.

Had a great birthday party for our 3-year old! Clifton was our party host, and he did an amazing job. He was very hands on and enthusiastic with the kids and adults. I would highly recommend Clifton and Jumpology for any parents planning parties in the future!

Love coming here! They are constantly changing things up to keep it interesting! My only wish is for a toddler play area! I would definitely come more often if there was a toddler area!

We have been coming since my son was about 16 -18 months old. Since then, we were able to pretty much whatever we have wanted. As he got older, he was able to jump on the big air mattress looking thing. We went the other day and he can no longer jump on to it. He is now 27 months old. What is the purpose of us signing a waiver if you restrict certain things? Just like with the high jump trampoline, what is wrong if little kids (under the age of 6) take turns and jump on it? Its not like they know how to jump high and go higher then needed. If you allow toddler jump, then please add more options or allow our toddler to jump onto both things or at least the air mattress. Do you know how hard it is to keep toddlers off of that when they are used to jumping on it?I gave you 3 stars only because its still a decent place to jump. I would have given 1 maybe 2 stars. Your flight staff is not that friendly. They act like it hurt them to get up that early and come to work. Most of them keep their hoodies on their head, walk around all mopey and keep their heads down. Not really a friendly staff.

We had a great time there on New Years Eve. The customer service was excellent especially from Clifton. He took his time making sure my child felt safe on her jump and cheered for her when she did it. Thank you!

Honestly, I did not like my experience at all. I feel like the cost of jumping per hour is not even worth it. It was super overcrowded so we didn’t get to experience all of the attractions and it smelled so bad and it looked so unclean. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. My husband and I only paid for 1 hour and we didn’t even stay for the whole hour. It was just terrible. I will however say that some of the staff was really nice.

Our son’s 5th birthday party was wonderful! All of the employees are very nice and extremely helpful and the party host was immensely kind and was most helpful with everything. My son and his friends/cousins had a blast!!

Had taken my kids here couple of times for friend’s birthday parties before hosting one for my kid. Awesome experience with great help from the staff at the front desk & the assigned party helper- Gage was incredible, polite & very professional but at the same time very helpful in making the party a success. Surprise gift for the birthday girl - year round free entry pass was unbelievable.Would recommend this place to host a Bday party in a heartbeat. Special shout out to Gage for being so helpful!!!

Large facility with different areas to play. The first time we went the staff was very helpful. On our second trip, the staff wasnt as attentive and didnt man the stations as expected. I was told I couldnt hold my two-year olds hand to jump- that she had to jump by herself. However, I was required to pay to jump with her because of her age.

This was a fun experience we got to do a lot of stuff but a employee was a little sassy this was a fun time I would go here rather than sky zone

Fine for jumping for a small party. I booked my daughters 5th a few months ago and this was Definetely the most unorganized party we’ve ever done or been to.They don’t do kids parties well. Unprofessional and extremely unorganized.

Took our daughter to a small birthday get together last weekend and we cant wait to go back! Extremely reasonable prices! Staff was attentive and courteous. Our daughter fell and an employee came straight to us, assessed the injury and gave her an ice pack. I was surprised he noticed the fall seeing as it was pretty busy. But this goes to show their attentiveness and quality of employees! We had a blast, despite the small fall (she never used the ice pack and was back playing in less than 2 mins!). Love love love this place! Make sure to ad your email when signing the waiver. They send GREAT coupons!

My three year old son had a blast. Almost had as much fun as I did!

My toddlers were unable to jump because their grandmother wasnt their legal guardian, therefore she couldnt fill out their waiver. She was turned away because she told the truth.

I truly enjoyed the trampoline park today. The only thing I was disappointed about was the permission slip. My group had a lot of trouble with it. I was also disappointed about the cleanliness of the men’s bathroom. Overall 4/5

The website pictures and wording make the place look like an adult friendly place. Well, from 9a.m. to 9p.m......ITS NOT. I came with my young adult brother and teen brother. There was wall to wall of toddlers. There were no adults using the trampolines. Just the toddlers parents on the sidelines. It would have looked ridiculous for us few young adults to be hopping on the trampolines with toddlers.The available options were much more limited than detailed on the website. No rock climbing wall. I was so disappointeded that I asked for a refund. I was then told that at 9p.m. to 11p.m. the age group changes to a age 15 minimum. Maybe Ill come at 9p.m. next time.

The place is fun and the prices are fair, however the customer service is horrendous. It’s just a bunch of teenagers under 18 who go around flirting with every girl that shows up. Saw a guy and a girl who both worked there who wouldn’t stop being all over each other and making out. Thought they were supposed to be watching us and making sure we didn’t hurt ourselves?

There should be a policy about kids not going in and out of the bathroom with their socks on especially when theres pee all over the bathroom floor... For the male restroom I havent been in the female restroom. also theres a little hole in the middle of one of the trampolines that I recorded last weekend which hasnt been changed.. adults jump here too and I weigh 260 lbs ... I avoid that square because I dont want to be in any viral Facebook videos... Kids love it though... I did just edit my review though.. I just paid $50 for me and my two kids to jump for an hour .. wanted to upgrade to the hour and a half .. which is never been a problem but apparently today since its a weekend I had to pay $30 for us to get an extra half-hour so now Im at $100 including jump socks for me and my two kids to jump on the trampoline for an hour and a half... Not really impressed I think next weekend well try boomerang... Theres also sky zone for us to try instead of spending money here every 2 weeks ...

We loved this place . My son is 4 and it was his very first time at a trampoline park . They were very friendly . The only thing I didn’t like was how they just sent us on to the trampolines and didn’t tell us the rules about when to know your time is up from jumping and what was on and off limits , but all in all - this is an amazing place .

Went on a weekday afternoon because my son is only 2 so I didnt want it to be too busy. The staff was super nice and even came over to play with us. The facility was clean too. Will be back!

I have taken my 3 sons there for years and they have always had the best time. Its always been a safe, fun environment. It just happens that my middle son Chase now works there and he loves it. 5 stars from me.

Love this place! Come here with my kids every time we pass through Richmond. Read some of the comments about kids/toddlers and was irritated... Watch your own kids people this is a trampoline establishment...not a day care or babysitting service. Seriously. We have found the staff courteous, accommodating, and safety conscious. This is a well run establishment. Highly recommend.

My grandson and I love Jumpology. He is 4 yrs old and we go from 9-10 am on either Monday or Wednesday. Sometimes we are the only ones there and would love for more kids to come. I am 63 and love the exercise. It is great for the bodys lymphatic and immune systems.

Really enjoyed my experience with my four year old twins. If you have little kids, I recommend calling ahead to gauge the crowd.

Jumpology is an awesome place for kids and adults both to have fun! They have a wide variety of activities there besides jumping - dodge ball, basketball, a foam pit, and a new ninja course that Im not familiar with. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well for what they offer. The employees are all very friendly and alert to the people around them. Its a great place to go to if you like to jump around and have fun, I definitely recommend them!

I really wish there was a way to rate in half star increments.My girlfriend and I went on a Friday night using the Groupon we purchased. The staff seemed to be disoriented and new, but helpful.We received our glow on the dark wrist bands and jumped on in! See what I did there?Our session started at around 9:00 and we had a blast! The trampolines are sized perfect for one adult, maybe a couple of children. The assortment of trampoline styles is above par. They have a dodgeball court, that has lanes similar to a bowling alley. They also have a Ninja style course that can be timed or done for fun.Overall the facility was clean, the equipment seemed to be working in great condition, the staff was friendly and helpful despite not being process oriented.I hope you find my review helpful! I took my family there yesterday and we had a blast! We went right when they opened and were the only ones in the entire gym. My 2 and a half year old had enough room for his own trampoline and loved it. I could see how if it was busier it may get pretty crazy in there. But awesome place! It looks like were planning to go back today!

My kids had fun and were tired out, but I really don’t feel this place is safe. There was no effort to go over safety rules with the kids before entering, just a little slideshow on a tv waaaayyyy over their heads that no one even seemed to notice. I saw half of the kids break multiple rules within 10 seconds of entering. A bunch of older kids were showing off doing back flips and such on the open trampolines- No one tried to stop them, even with a ton of younger kids bouncing right in and out of the same area! The staff just wandered around and occasionally blew a half hearted trill on their whistle. There’s even a dedicated trick trampoline that’s set up, it would have been easy for staff to redirect them over there but they just overlooked it instead. Seriously unsafe.

I’m pleased! I’ve brought my kids to jumpology for the 1st time a few weeks ago and a young lady named India was very helpful and nice! Need more people like her, very fun , positive attitude about her job!!! Thumbs up !!!

Taken my brother here multiple times never been asked about me being his parent. So I take him today and my cousin and they ask if Im the parent to which Im not so they wont let them jump. I get the rule but been going here for years why not ask the question till now. And why let me fill out all the waiver stuff THEN ask me afterwards? Get it together.To Managements reply.I may not have been caught? That makes it sound like I was doing something mischievous... thats poor phrasing. GET IT TOGETHER! But I will up it to 3 stars for the response even though it seemed a bit snarky and because staff is generally nice and because I wrote the review in anger because the associate didnt say sorry for the misunderstanding of communication on before visits. That would of made all the difference.

Great for kidsBut in the past 2 years they ruined the entire facility for anyone older than 10. Used to love this place, now it has limited jump space And a sea of toddlers. Grip socks are mandatory for safety and “sanitation” however these people can wear these socks anywhere such as the bathroom and then walk right back on to the trampolines, cant use the supertramp with grip socks either. Its more dangerous and it is not anymore sanitary than children wearing socks their “jumpology” socks at home or into public bathrooms. Wont be coming back any longer as it is too dangerous to even do anything without a toddler runnning into you. So much wasted space on obstacles no one uses, such as an airbag landing pad. Dont go if you dont have a child.

Great place for the kids. I have a 2 year old and a 5 year old and they have a blast. I have no concerns for their safety, but I go in the mornings during kids jump so there arent as many people there. It is also a great place to get some exercise myself. I just wish it was a little cheaper!

My kids and their cousin loved it (kids ages 11, 9 & 6)...we are visiting the Richmond area for Thanksgiving...they had a blast!!!! My only complaint is the sock policy...why do the kids need to wear jumpology socks instead of their own???? For sanitary reasons no child should play in bare feet! For this reason I am giving it 3 stars instead of 4.

Disorganized. Snotty staff at front desk. Tried to overcharge us by putting wrong ages into the system. Water fountain was broken. This place was no better than the other places, so why would you go here? Avoid!

I took my daughter there and the flight crew member Tristen was so polite and outgoing with my daughter. She is 10 and can be very shy and after leaving our visit she was laughing and loud! Love the experience and thank you to Tristen, the nice young man who made this experience very memorable.

If theres a manager on duty 3/2/19 at 3:10pmthey dont care about their staff. Lack of computer assistance and front desk. The line is wrapped with currently 4 people at counter. It seems like the team works alone but as one to pick up what they dont have. I blame Management.
