A truly stunning and beautiful property. This is my favorite Arnold Palmer design course I have ever played and the layout is just so interesting with massive bunker complexes, elevation changes, water hazards, it really has it all. The conditioning is fantastic; bunkers are wonderfully maintained, greens are quick and true, and the fairways are just perfect. The clubhouse area is expansive and has delicious food. Big thumbs up, the Federal Club is doing it RIGHT.

An excellent and challenging course in perfect condition.

Course is challenging, but fair. Greens can be tricky but were in great shape. Not a big fan of bent grass fairways, especially this time of year. They were a little stressed due to lack of rain, but overall a very nice facility.

Course conditions were excellent. Fairways, tees, and greens where well-manicured and consistent. Course was challenging but fun for this high handicapper. I played the course twice over the last month.

Amazing course and service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular with wide open views of the sky and gold course, but there are still plenty of trees. Food is perfect for Richmond because it features a unique twist on each well known dishes recipe that is both comforting and exciting at the same time.

Simply one of the best courses in the Virginia. Great conditions and a challenging layout. The bunkers are being renovated and I think it is the last piece to make this course perfect. Currently building a clubhouse that will make the whole experience truly exceptional. If you love golf...you will love The Federal Club.

Great course, fabulous staff. The management changes have made a huge difference for the better.

Probably the most stuck up, elitist place I have ever been... I thought one of the private residences was the main clubhouse (because it had a pool with ~16 umbrellas - gross). TFC is just another way for classist white people to nurture their overblown senses of false superiority. Do not support this place; they have way too much money already, believe me..
