While the facility is great and my kids loved it there I will NEVER go back. The customer service is HORRIBLE and we spent a lot of money there for my sons birthday. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude to all my guest that attended the party and we had a TERRIBLE experience at Circus Playhouse.

This place needs inspection. Only one side of the big blow up slide lets you slide down smoothly. It needs to be fixed. There is an old advertisement for the movie Home that is broken and looks horrible. There are 2 long swings in the middle of the play area that doesnt make sense because someone can get hurt. I came around 10:30am and I can tell the floors werent cleaned or vacuumed. There really isnt much to do here for $10. I gave 2 stars because it kept my kids busy for 1.5 hrs.

Pretty awful place. Although the staff was courteous, I guess they didnt have much to do because they just sat around looking at their phones the entire time. The mats and floors were dirty, the walls were stained and peeling, and the play-areas were unkept. The place was generally disheveled. PLUS, it was really hot and humid inside. The whole point of an indoor playground during the summer is to be able to play in an cool and dry environment. It wasnt worth the 10$ entrance fee, at least not at this point.

Turns out this place was closed today even when it said it should have been opened... Should prob fix that so I wouldnt be wasting my time again ..

Has potential to be great unfortunately the staff or owner does not care.. its dirty, smells and hot.. everything seems to be falling apart. A lot of the attractions are out of order (no discounted admission). All in all its a pretty big waste of space

Didnt like the place at all we had a six year olds birthday party there today and the place was disgusting the workers walked around with their head phones in and on there phones the whole time acted like they hated there jobs the floors in the party rooms had food left all over the place and the tables and chairs were nasty the playing areas were not clean at all management and workers need to learn how to clean and do their jobs instead of sitting on their phones all day and it will probably be a great place to have kids birthday party and also if you want to do a them for their birthday dont rely on them setting it up for you we requested and paid for a theme and we got there the room had nothing set up and they said oh well the themes you request arent garunteed I will not be coming back. pump it up will be getting my business from now on

Had 6 kids with me and there was plenty to do! They loved the long laser tag, the bouncey houses, etc. The Icees were a great way to quench thirst! Will definitely go back...it is a great indoor activity for these hot summer days.

I didnt like anything about it!They dont have air.All they do is sit at the front desk. Its like an adult daycare. I asked for a broom and dustpan to clean my area at 12pm they told me that they have a cleaning lady that comes at NIGHT! Unsanitary for a play area.I asked for a cup of ice water they said they didnt have any cups nor ice.

Place need proper maintenance and needs to be sanitary nice play needs tlc some one who care enough for kid healthy an safety if i worked there it would be an amazing place to go because i would put some tlc into it ask ur self would u hang out in dirty germy place lysol disinfectant spay some one need to inspect that place it a shame.

So many injuries

Every time I bring my kids here they are CLOSED!! This is the 4th time I have driven an hour out here and they are closed for repair. Pretty sad
