Cherie and lulu are awesome! I wasnt quite sure what to expect from a bed and breakfast, but this blew my expectations out of the water. I almost felt as if I had taken a trip through time and ended up in the 1800s with the decor. I really believe that it added quite a bit of charm to this gem. When I first walked in, I was greeted by lulu who lets you know that shes there. Shes a very gentle dog who lets you in her own special way know that youve made a great decision by staying in her home. Then Cherie does everything to make your stay feel like your staying at home. This includes an awesome breakfast in the morning! When I visit Glasgow again, Ill be sure to stay at this hidden gem.

My wife and I had an great time staying at the Main Street Bed And Breakfast. We loved our accommodation and enjoyed Lulu greeting us every morning for breakfast with a friendly bark. Just a good location as we visited Mammoth Cave National Park and the Glasgow area.

Thoughtful host who makes delectable baked goods, like boysenberry cobbler, to accompany the scrumptious breakfasts provided. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, with plenty of extra pillows to prop oneself up while reading. Lovely property within walking distance of several Glasgow attractions, including the South Central Kentucky Cultural Center, which has delightful details about different populations that have lived in the area at different times. Of course, is also within an easy drive of several other Barren County attractions, such as the caves. Overall, would recommend.

Cheri is an excellent hostess. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. The house is very homey and unique. We usually stay in hotels but we will probably consider a B&B as our 1st option for now on while traveling. We will definitely consider staying again if we are in the area. Thanks Cheri!

Excellent place to stay. I was only there for two nights to see Mammoth Cave and then to move on to my final destination, but I could have stayed for another week - just for the breakfast alone! Cherie is more than just a cook (and owner of the inn), shes truly a chef. Breakfast is a real treat! And what a delightful lady, as well! Also, dont miss Yanceys, the local brewhouse. The beer is good, and varied, and their menu is diverse - try the pulled pork tacos! Be prepared for a rustic setting. I toured the countryside on the way over to Mammoth Cave and back, and it was classic Kentucky - just beautiful! Main Street Bed and Breakfast is Highly Recommended!!!

I love old homes and this was really unique. The host was really nice and all the furnishings are antiques. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great...you can walk to the square from the B & B. We were really comfortable and would certainly return. The only thing I would say is if youre looking for modern then this may not be the place for you.

Cherie & Lulu gave us a wonderful tour. The place gives you a feeling of stepping back in time but with all the modern amenities. If I was to live out of the area and needed a place to stay the week, I would definitely stay there. It is within walking distance to everything downtown. Cherie makes delcious food!

This B&B is located in a house that is over 200 years old, so the wonderful wood floors creak.-- but that is what makes it so very special! We loved that the old architectural features (such as giant pocket doors and tall, tall doors and ceilings) are still intact. Many of the furnishings are also antiques and so fascinating. On the other side of the coin, the private bathroom we had was outfitted with modern fixtures, and the mattresses are of course new and comfy. For a trip into history, with modern comfort, this B&B was perfect.

Spent three wonderful nights here. It was our first time staying at a B & B and we were a little worried that it would be really weird, but it a very pleasant and relaxing experience. Cherie took great care of us and made us feel right at home. The house is really interesting and full of antiques, but has all the modern conveniences you could want for your stay. Homemade breakfasts and a lovely porch to relax on were just the icing on the cake for us. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was awesome! We booked it on a last minute spur of the moment trip. From the time we arrived and the housekeeper was prepared for us, to the cleanliness of the room which was great (better than 8-9 out of 10 I would say). She recommended us to some local restaurants which was great, and the room was well appointed. Hot water was plentiful. We did not have the opportunity to stay for breakfast but Im sure it would have been phenomenal. All in all would most definitely stay again. Only thing I would say is, we did not have in room climate control, we utilized windows and an available fan because it was only about 60-65 degrees outside, but I would say the room stayed a little on the warm side until about midnight.

We are halfway through our stay and have already decided to come back to this wonderful place again next year! The rooms are darling with amazing bathrooms, HUGE tubs!! The breakfasts are delightful and engaging too! However everything pales in comparison to the amazing treatment you get as a guest by our host, she takes the time to get to know you and genuinely wants you to enjoy every second of your stay. 100/10

Great stay. Friendly host. Amazing room, we were in the Dickens room. Very old, yet it had nice convenience. The breakfast was nice. Eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy. It was nice to sit out on the porch and make some new friends. We will keep this place in mind if we are ever back in Glasgow.

This bed & breakfast gets five stars from me! I chose to stay here because it was close to tourist activities, but also because I needed to RELAX. My job is fairly stressful so I needed a calm, relaxing couple of days. This place was awesome. I stayed in the Greer Room and it was large enough for me (and another guest, if I had brought one). Beautifully decorated - even small, little touches were thought of. The bed was comfortable and homey. The towels in the bathroom smelled fresh, the soap was even great (eucalyptus I think). The best part was the breakfast in the morning. Made fresh and graciously served by the hosts/inn keepers. They made sure I had everything I needed. Loved this place!
