The mobile homes that I have seen are not liveable. They do not look safe and someone should do something about it. The people that live there deserve a lot better.

The park manager is completely rude and has the nastiest attitude anyone can see. I would not get a trailer here if my life depended on it. She is never gonna get anybody there if she keeps it up especially if she tries to run people over because they may not be from the park and are just walking jogging or looking for their pets that got out. No trust in this establishment whatsoever. Stay clear of Hillcrest.

I wouldnt even give this place a star but I have to in order to write a review about this place its nasty run down poor management I cant even go in there and visit my brother because they said that I was evicted which how can you evict somebody when you know they were moving out they knew you were moving out in January and takes a complete empty trailer to court to evict them what are they evicting the cabinets or the toilet like come on common Sense people they need somebody that actually knows how to run a trailer park and get the poor management out of the trailer park kinda of sad that supposedly the new owners have to call the old owners to ask questions about people yeah I dont think Deb and Rob sold the place I believe that they put the place in their churches name because churches dont pay taxes and they just have other two people running it saying that they sold it

This park is ok. Would be nice if the driveway roads were repaired so you arent hitting potholes every few feet!

It wasnt a bad little place. Seemed quiet and I dont mind going there.

The electric flickers every time wind blows. The sewer is backing up into my daughters trailer theres water leaks and can go on trust me

Its definitely different to get around the park havent seen one set up like that
