The kids had a blast swimming here! Lots of lifeguards to keep an eye on everyone, nice shallow area for the little ones and big water slides for the bigger kids!

We have lived in Snohomish county WA for 35 years. We spent 15 months in Gillette in 2013 and 2014. We have lived in Utah, Indianappolis, Atlanta, Houston, Hartford, Corpus Christi, Spartanburg, and others. We have never seen a rec center to compare with this one. It stands head and shoulders above even the 2nd best. As seniors, we could walk in and play indoor tennis for free. We had to leave a $1 deposit if we need a racquet or balls. Same for racquet ball. I think they have 8 basketball courts, 3 large swimming pools including an amazing year-round water park with a lazy river and a great 4-story slide. A great climbing wall! They have saunas and a huge hot tub. Two large weight lifting rooms, an indoor track for walking and running. Everything required for high-school track and field meets including pole vaulting and everything. They take care of your children. I dont know if that is free or not. If you are a senior and are going through Gillette. stop in. They will treat you like a local resident and make everything available to you for free. You will have to pay for non-seniors but it is very reasonable for non members. I think the senior age is 62. Family memberships are a bit expensive but how could you live there without it?

Glad to see this place reopened after the COVID-19 shutdown. Aside from a few precautions, its in business and all the familiar faces are back. Social distancing is in effect without too much compromise. Happy to be back

Best indoor water park in much more that we have seen. We loved it as much as the kids. Very family friendly.

This was a really nice place to go. My family and I had a blast in the indoor water park. The prices are very affordable I believe we only paid $13 for a family of 4. Military discount provided. Very clean well handled business.

Great place to bring the family. Lots of stuff to do. My kids love the pool and even we’re able to try the climbing wall. We just signed them up for soccer so we will see how their programs do. My only criticism is the swimming lessons seem a little unorganized. They gave my daughter a report card at the end of it but only filled half of it out and didn’t inform us if she was ready for the next level or not.

Everytime we visit, we go here with our granddaughter. Very very clean, and the pool areas are amazing fun!

Love working out here, but if you ever plan on soaking in the hot tub avoid this place. It’s down half the year. That’s the main reason my family goes there. Super disappointing. They never know when it will be up either.

All around place to be both during winter and summer hours. Clean and friendly environment. You can go from a nice run, to a good pump on the weights, to the sauna and then a great shower all within the same building.

Fun for the kiddos and just a day pass is a few bucks. It looks like the annual membership is pretty high. It has basketball, pool, gym, and is overall nice.

Its an amazing facility. Plenty to do, clean, great staff, well managed. Very inexpensive day pass and yearly pass has been worth it for our family.

What can I say about this place? Its just awesome. We went here to watch my grandson play basketball.

The community is so lucky to have such a great facility. It is clean, friendly and a pleasure to visit. Not too expensive and a great place to be active out of the cold.

Great facilities for exercise and fun. From basketball and handball courts, to a wading pool complete with slides, and a climbing wall to top it off, this rec center is tops in the area.

Awesome facility and the staff are the friendliest! Prices are reasonable, I travel often so I get the 20 visits for like $85, well worth the price. I just got my Belay Certification so looking forward to getting some practice in, but overall this is an awesome place to relax or get a great workout!

Locker rooms were nice and clean, the pool was not too crowded, there are many activities to do here. The price for a family is excellent. The price for an individual is high.

Amazing facility, extremely well kept, Rball courts were super clean, bathrooms were clean, I have to say, one of the best places I’ve been in a while!

Staff is very nice. Lots of stuff to do. I knocked off 1 star because the treadmills are squeaky. I think they need to be oiled.

Such a great place to take the kids, and the price is perfect!. A whole days fun and you spend less than $20 (depending on the size of your family and what activities you want to do.) Also, great for Birthday parties!

If they could keep the maintenance up it would be a great place to go too.The hot tub is always broke down they drag there feet on fixing it takes them months to fix it . Its like they dont care but they will still charge us full price to get in not right

Love this place. Sucks that the prices keep getting higher and higher every year but the selection of activities is awesome and youre never short of fun things to do. Could spend an entire day here and never get bored! Water walking in the early AM is super fun. Kids swimming is great. Swimming classes, basketball, track, tanning... all great things!

We were in town for several days and took advantage of the weight room, climbing wall, and pool a couple times. The staff was great! Id really like to acknowledge the encouraging climbing wall staff. They worked well with my 12 year old. The facility was also very clean and well kept.

Excellent facility. Waterpark pools & slide, fun for the whole family. The yoga classes are great, the exercise & fitness equipment are 1st rate, well spread out, no crowding waiting, plenty of equipment. Friendly staff, very clean facilities, showers & locker area also clean. Ill return again for pleasure & workout when visiting family here. Thanks

An absolute delightful addition to the beautiful town of Gillette! I can say from a former employee as well as a workout enthusiast, the Rec Center is cared for very well and is an excellent family friendly facility

A place where you can exercise lift weights swim play basketball racquetball. You can also crime the Rockwall. Walking track. Theres a big trap track where there is pole vault long jump tennis courts you can play volleyball there they got a bunch of different sports that you can do there they have coaches that show up for games

If you dont use CCPRD you are making a poor choice. It really is that simple, even if you are a private facility member dedicated to fitness this place is just such an amazing facility at such a great value. The staff is great and the MAINTENANCE staff take great care of this building. I am quite sure they are not recognized well enough for the work they do when the rest of us are sleeping

Ah... my home away from home. 6 lane 25 yd pool is clean and well maintained, as is the rest of the facility. The activity pool is awesome. Good free weight area downstairs and lifting machines upstairs. Treadmills and stationary bikes. 4 Basketball courts, 4 racquetball courts, and indoor track area and field house with tennis courts and 1/8 mi. Indoor track. Fitness classes throughout the day. This place has it all. The morning staff is great... however... the later in the day you get... the grouchier the front desk people become. And you have to pay admission to watch your kid play in the pool or do some sort of 3rd party organized activity. Really? You should not have to pay to chapparone your child. Front desk staff makes a huge difference on first impressions and at times are clueless as to what is going on in the very facility they are letting people in to use. At times, they have been downright rude. Everything beyond the front desk is top notch and is very well managed.

Beautiful facility and I cant think of any exercise or court game they dont have. I especially like the Lazy River walk. Everything is well organized and arranged, lots of room to breathe!

Huge pool! Family area has a great lazy river with several different paths. Two slides, one for inner tubes and one without. Hot tub is restricted to over 16, so not crowded. Large separate lap pool and a tall high dive. Im so glad our hotel didnt have a pool so we came here!

Its like wyomings version of the ymca.

This is the best family facility in town. It has many different areas where kids and parents can enjoy a good day of fun. Howeever, it maybe overly crowded with kids most weekends. Plus its hours are very limited, especially when they hold their activities or High school events.

This is a massive facility, with so many different activities and services available! They also have a lot of different membership options available, from day passes to student memberships. They also have a significant veteran discount.

I personally enjoy the Gillette Rec Center for excercising and sports. My one complaint is the cost. It is now $6 per adult per day. If you want to go more than once in a while, make sure you buy a membership and save yourself a lot of money in the long run.

I wish I lived in Gillette to utilize this facility. It has everything you need to exercise! The rec center is well maintained and clean.

Perhaps the best county recreation center Ive ever been to. With the exception of a few undisciplined teens running around like wild hyenas (I blame the parents, NOT the rec center...), the staff and facilities far exceeded my expectations. If you could teach parental lessons on how to control your children, this place would be perfect! Thank you!

Awesome facilities!! Lots of people tho I think they need to stretch their hours out a little so the shift workers can take better advantage and the weekend hours are pretty bad !

I love the rec center and all the parks throughout the town, upkeep and maintenance is very good. Recommend to everyone.

Great facility. Family oriented. Dislike that lifeguards wont do their job and stop people from pushing and pulling on others or spraying and splashing little babies in the face deliberately.
