Swimming teacher Tera for advanced stroke really good but front desk no polite at all, when asked whom my daughter was going to have her make up class with, the lady said I don’t know in a rude way then another Lady checked but I asked her if my daughter was able to be with the same coach she has and she said that the current class is too hard for my daughter, I’m sorry but there are better ways to reply like saying Oh that’s a different level, that would have been a better answer, it is all a business this place no good customer service

So happy to be back at Evo. They are taking great measure to keep their staff, students and families safe.

Depends on instructor - we have been going here for the last year or so and only two or three instructors have been wonderful - many of the other teachers yell at the little kids. I mean, if they want to teach little kids as young as 3 or 4, then they should understand that yelling at them won’t get kids to cooperate with them, it will make the whole experience of learning to swim very unpleasant for the kid and the parent.We missed a couple of classes with our favorite instructor, and had to schedule makeups with some others and both the times, I saw the instructors yelling at my kid (one time, I could even hear it from outside) - and these were two different instructors too, not the same person. My kid said today that her instructor was being nice to the other kids and not to her and I could see through the window that it was the case and when I went to talk to the instructor, he was rude with me too. So how do they expect little kids to “learn” in such a stressful environment?I am glad that this was our last day today - for little kids, learning should be fun and I am willing to pay for a good teacher who understands this.

Love the school, been taking our kids for a long time. Seating however... is horrible. They should have a designated cell phone sitting area, so the parents who have their cell phones glued to their faces checking Facebook dont feel obligated to grab every other seat by the window blocking other parents who are interested in their kids progress. All kidding aside, everything else about this school is great. Staff is excellent, Ive seen the managers get in the water with kids and new teachers. Equipment is well taken care of, place is clean and friendly.

Its a great school for kids to learn to swim. Their instructors are top notch and kids flourish in their ability and confidence to swim. The frontf staff is always friendly and very helpful. We love this place!!

Our visit to Evo, started with a phone call, online, and in person. Every step of the way was made easy. Our sons swim instructor was patient and kind. He had a blast the facility was clean and had ample viewing area. While we sites for class to begin kids were happily entertained watching movies or other kids swimming. Would recommend.

This is one of the only swimming schools where they get the childs face in the water right away. They are all about teaching the child to survive if he or she would fall into a pool. My son is 2 and loves it. Although he is not independent in water, he is comfortable in and around water. We went to a water park in Ohio while visiting family and my son was a little fish. People were commenting and watching us because he was diving face first into the waves and wanting to go down the kiddy slides head first. He cried when we had to leave the water. I know it would have been less fun without his Evo classes.

My daughter has been swimming here for about 8 months and she loves it. She excelled to seal within a few months and has been in seal since. Tyler is great and has a ton of patients. The facility is always kept well and the front desk is always helpful.

Great well-kept facility with both indoor and outdoor pools and many friendly instructors. My kiddo is 8 months and hes been going to classes for about a month-and-a-half and the instructors are very good at taking their time giving personalized and modified instructions to ease my kid into the best swimming experience.

Great place for kids to learn swimming! One less star because of the location. I have to make a U turn and unsafe right turn into the parking lot.

My kids started swimming lessons in Texas and we really enjoyed the structure and level of skill they developed. When we moved to AZ we were hopeful we could find something similar. We are very pleased with the staff and training our boys get at EVO. This program is perfect for the competitive swimmer or for those who just need confidence and competence around water.

Great instructors. They are caring and know how to handle a child that is hesitant in going in the water. Time management is their forte. Classes start on time and end on time. They also have a large tv in the waiting area always playing a cartoon or animated movie of some sort.

My daughter was going here for awhile. She started indoors then moved up and was outside. This place is usually very busy but not over crowded. The only drawback is that inside the facility the chairs for the parents, the area is usually not very comfortable to sit due to hardly any air movement and can become a little stifling. They need ceiling fans in the seating area in my opinion. The staff is very good with kids of all ages. Parking is always tight. They have an overflow dirt lot, which should be turned into an actual lot. Other than that, I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking to have their child learn to swim properly!

My son has been going to this school for two months and we love it. For the past three years we had him in ISR, but decided to move him to this school since he is getting older. No regrets. We love it!

I am constantly impressed by how well run this location is. They take every step to make sure my daughter is comfortable amd happy in her class.When our normal teacher was scheduled to be out; they sent me an email a week in advance so I could prepare my 3 year old for a different face in class-- SOOOO helpful when my kiddo doesnt like strangers and looks forward to seeing Emily.

The Coaches yelling at the swimmers all the time. Coaches and team are not USA swimming certified. Dont waste your time with this team!

Very clean pool and friendly staff, although some coaches are bias, and yell way too much to the extent that you feel like just wanting to get out of the pool and just storm out.

Instructors are amazing with the kids, and the front staff is very helpful with the parents. Progress might seem slow at times, but thats due to building strong fundamentals.
