I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve always enjoyed the ambience and environment. Jenna, Presley and Nikki have always taken good care of me. This time around I would like to recognize one of your newest members Olivia. She’s provided great service and went above and beyond. She made the experience personal yet professional and made sure we were taken care of. I will continue to come here because of people like her. Someone like her can be a great asset. Thanks Olivia ️

I come here to get good food and to have fun!! But after seeing this guy eatting where my food is being made I dont think I well be back anytime soon. That was me just walking by thinking all safety and Health Department guidelines are being followed they were not. So just end up going to O.H.S.O right next door!!!

Food is good, but menu is limited it seems. No doubt a covid thing. On our visit, no one there really, maybe two customers when we arrived for lunch. Three servers. We were 6 people on lunch break. Long time to get drinks. Long time to have order taken. One member of the group never got his food at all, and another had a dish that was undercooked. With a limited time frame for lunch, this probably is not a good option, sad to say.

The mgr Nick rectified the situation immediately. I’m a frequent flyer to DB & will continue to visit as Nick’s customer service is phenomenal. He treated me like a person/ professionalism was 5 ️

We went for the brunch. Was pretty great. seems like people really enjoyed the mimosa $25 plus $0.01 a drink. Our food was yummy. And our server was very sweet. My friend said our server filled out her yoga pants very nicely.

The food that we ordered was not fresh and it was not very tasty. When it came time to pay the waiter messed up our receipt three different times. First time it said that we had to pay much more than we actually ordered which is very unprofessional as some people might not notice and pay much more than they actually ordered. Just be careful and make sure you look at the receipt before paying. My visit there was unsatisfactory.

Classic, really large, southern country bar... chicken and waffles were amazing! Music was good. Place became crowded really quickly, but great air flow (entire front facing wall is open). Dancing happened immediately, with most being couples towards the beginning. Fun night.

Should have purchased a hat for him but didn’t!There’s some cool merchandise available.

Night out with visiting family, good times, great atmosphere, service and drinks were great!

The social distancing bar scene is still working out the bugs. Whiskey Row is doing their best to encourage proper distancing, but that is in direct conflict from how a country dance bar usually functions. You are discouraged from wandering around from where you were seated by the hostess. Also, of the normally 50 draft beers, only maybe 10 total beers were tapped as options. Even on the normally busy Memorial Weekend, the total number was limited significantly on this very large bar. We still enjoyed ourselves, but look forward to when the restaurant/bar can go back to being a bar at night again.

I was visiting friends in Arizona (from Maryland) back in October and apparently Whiskey Row is a must! And I couldnt agree more. Their bartenders are friendly, helpful, and are quick and pay attention. They have live music and dancing and it looked like games and stuff? But I was mainly at the bar. Also I happened to leave my brand new Note 9 on a table or the bar lol and thank goodness the lovely staff there had it the next day!

Live music, tv screens every where, adult size Jenga, Corn hole, Connect Four, so much fun! Lemon drops are fabulous & Creole Fettuccine was tasty. Had a great time and went back the next night with more friends. First time to Gilbert Arizona and had a blast!

Without elaboration, pure rudeness from bartender service to the bus boy. He was obsessed with throwing out ice cold, 3/4 drinks while we went to get a water. Not to worry, when we danced, the food we had packaged to go (and drinks) were trashed. We asked him not to throw out our items, especially given the countless tables with empty litter. The manager, Nick, seemed shocked. I assure you no one... whatever. Don’t go here. They want one kind of people. Have at it.

This place is amazing! I went for the first time on a Wednesday night - so it was not very packed. I have seen photos from weekends where the place is standing room only. The service was extremely quick and the food delicious. The music was a little loud for conversation, but overall, I loved it. Will definitely be back and I highly recommend you check it out.

Good food, great drinks, awesome atmosphere!! Get here earlier in the day if you want to avoid the line cause it does tend to get pretty crowded most of the time for the night life! However Ive been to this location half a dozen times spread throughout the year and have had the same issue an bad experiences on multiple visits such as poor customer service with the bartenders ignoring you, to having bad attitudes! Suggestions to management please speak to staff about customer service. If it werent for the multiple bad experiences would have given a 4 or 5 star rating!

This place was a big miss for me. The atmosphere is pretty awesome but the food is not great. At least not when I was there with my family. My food came out semi warm and my family members steak was like leather. The soft drinks were flat and didnt taste right. There was supposed to be live music the night we went according to signage but there was never any performance.

This place was very interesting I must say. I really felt comfortable in this establishment as well. The live music is enjoyable. There are games that you can play so its definitely kid friendly. The food is also really good here as well.

Gilbert location is the spot to go! Our experience has been amazing thanks to 1) The sweetest server on this planet, Aubrey! and 2) Butt kicking chef in the back who made us one of the best burgers ever! This was my second time at this location and I sure will continue coming back to this location because of Aubrey, the chef and the overall atmosphere. Our server was super attentive, patient and just amazing overall. Our burgers were so juicy and tasty. This chef definitely knows how to cook. We asked for medium burgers and thats what we got! The price is very reasonable and well worth it. Burgers and sandwiches comes with a choice of side and the garlic fries are amazing and so is the broccolini. Although I did not order anything off of the happy hour menu this time, I do wish it wasnt so limited. Oh and Ive had southern fries before and its perfect for sharing.

We had a good time. The service was totally fine. Food was a little bland for me, just so so. Drinks are expensive and the atmosphere was buzzing. We got in around 7pm and waited 25 min for a table. Obviously this place is for drinking and dancing. For that sports fans, I must go there at 10pm. Probably get 5 stars for that.

Went here with friends while on vacation. I had the chicken and cornbread waffles. It was very good with the jalapeno bacon honey sauce. The rest of our group got sliders and burgers and they were happy with their choices. The food is a bit pricey for what you get. It was a lively crowd and very noisy. Hard to have a conversation. There was a country band playing and Im not even a country music fan, but they were enjoyable.

Decided to try this place out mainly because its the only bar open past midnight in the area. Just went in for drinks and ended up waiting 15 minutes before anyone behind the bar even acknowledged me and my girlfriend. Waited on one side of the bar while one bartender passed by us at least 3 times before we moved to the opposite side and continued to wait some more before we were finally greeted. (No, they werent that busy) The bartender who helped us wasnt too much better. She seemed to have a generally bad attitude. We ordered 2 drinks from the special cocktails section of the menu and they werent all that special. The lack of service left a really bad taste in my mouth about this place. I wouldnt visit again.

One star goes to the nice server, a second star for decent live music. No stars for the food taste, quality and poor selection. No stars for overpriced drinks and poor selection of wine. And finally no star for being highly disappointed in our overall experience. We were seated in the very back with no view of the band and the place wasn’t even full yet. We had much higher expectations for this place.

They are located to the left/north of Topo and Joes BBQ. They are right across the street from Positinos.Atmosphere: Live band and live music. Today they had 4 people up on the stage playing country like Jonny Cash. The live music we guitar players and one singer. They were actually really good and created a great vibe for the place. It was really busy but no long waits in line.Service: Excellent service! Our waitress was diligent and we never had to wait on her. She was constantly coming around to check on our table but not in an annoying way.Food: I ordered the Chicken and waffles which Ive never tried before in my entire life. I was not disappointed. It had lots of different taste and Im glad I ordered it here.Oh, they have this really awesome area right in front where you can eat, drink, and play games. This is an excellent place to bring kids, eat great food, and really enjoy a different and popular fun atmosphere!We will be back again!

The food was good. Our server was training someone but service was not great. We never received the waters we asked for when we first sat down. My husband ordered a long island iced tea and it tasted like only lemonade. If you want a sit down, food place then this is not for you. The music was loud at 7:30pm. So loud we couldnt talk at our table without yelling. I understand it was a Friday night but the restaurant was filled with loud music. Im guessing its a great place for happy hour and late night dancing only.

The food was bad and so was the service, the band was great!... I booked a reservation for a party of 6 for Sept 18th we showed up with a party of 8, the place was empty, we waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledge our presence, then they told us they could not find the hostess, and apologized. The band was amazing, fun vibe... Anyhow, It took 10 minutes, for anyone to take our drink order and we waiting over 30 minutes for someone to take our food order, and when they did they did, they only took half the tables order. When we finally got our food, it was not of the quality and presentation it has been in the past, it was awful, I attached a picture of the spinach salad, barely any chicken, and very very hard candied pecans, actually there were no pecans, just hard candy, the berries were mushy. I asked all my guest how their meals were, and no one had anything good to say., a few comments on the food - the steak was raw, the grilled cheese was marginal and the sampler plate was too spicy to eat, I tried one of the chicken wings, and they had an old/leathery consistency. So, my story. I had been here before and the food was good, services was on time and accommodating. THIS time, the hostess was no where to be found, they did not have the table set up, which was fine, but I had a reserved a table a week in advance, very disappointing, not sure what has changed, the atmosphere felt as if they were short staffed and the food did not appear fresh.

I think I am getting old. The food was okay. Like most of the new restaurants out there, there is no attempt at noise abatement so I could not hear the others at my table (I am surprised that restaurant workers do not turn in their employers to OSHA because of noise levels as I am certain they exceed published safe levels at many establishments).The bar staff was good as I did have 4 different ones ask to help me during peak hours on a Saturday before it turned into a night club. Wait staff I cannot fairly evaluate as I was at a big table which always slows things down.Young people will love this place, people with hearing issues will hate the place as the baseline noise level is high.

Amazing time at Whiskey Row this week. Will be making this our weekly work dinner choice. Band was a lot of fun and I like the large layout. I feel like I’m at a new place every time I’m in. Glad to see such a great spot in the Neighborhood

The place is OK at best. The staff works hard and does a good job but the place is always so packed its hard to get to the bar and get a drink. Ive only been on busy weekend nights so maybe its better on slower nights.

Food was good and timely. The drinks were fine. However, the bartender appeared to have a bad attitude and was not very attentive. She did not introduce herself and made no attempt to take our food orders, we had to flag her down. I could understand if it was a busy bar but for a bar that size it wasn’t overwhelmed. My friend had to ask for the bartender to take his order 3 times before she heard him or wanted to hear him. I have worked in the service industry and I understand that weekend day shifts are not nearly as lucrative as the night shift. However, it is not professional to take that frustration out on a guest. Again, the food and drinks were fine but the attitude of the bartender was very stand offish.

Dirks Bentley is amazing. Easy location with plenty of parking. Extremely clean and fun environment. Something for everyone to do! Play some games, watch sports, eat dinner or just have a drink. PS the cheese dip is phenomenal.

Live bands, Country and mainstream music. Most stand on the dance floor and watch the bands, some try and dance but very hard due to crowd. Fun to hang out early...Once it gets late its all bets off...

Awesome food, great atmosphere!

I got the Bavarian pretzel and a sour(the only one) from the menu, we went to see a friend play in his band. The scene was awesome if a decibel or 3 too loud. 30 min wait? Nah, the place is packed but rotating, check in with the hostess to get a text when your spot is ready.

Im sure most people will love this place. It is an open floor plan and nicely decorated. It was too loud for this senior having lunch with a girlfriend. (Part of aging.)There is A/C but with the expanse of this restaurant it is hard to feel it. Winter time dining will be great.

Not sure what this place is going for. Is it a country bar? A high end night club? We reserved a table but there isnt any table service. We had to go to the bar and wait over 15 minutes to order drinks. But for those who ordered bottle service, or maybe tubs of beer, there was a waitress on a guys shoulders paraded through the bar with lights and fan fare. Truly laughable. There was a live band that did country, pop and 80s music. I was expecting more country music, especially with the Gilbert Days Rodeo crowd coming here but the only real country music was playing outside the bar (Chris LeDoux). Highly disappointing.

First off, it turns out that it isnt (just?) A country type bar. Was out with friends on a bar night and we ended up there. The music was fun, being spun live and Im pretty sure the drinks were good. To be honest Id had more than a few before I got there. Crowd was a good mix and people seemed intent on having a good time.We were, and we did.

This bar is large and hosts a myriad of performances. They have a variety of genres ranging from old soul country to 70s hairbands and all the way to club music. It makes it versatile in its accomodations but unreliable if you wanted a certain setting for the night out. The staff are competent with their jobs and know how to handle everything well which is the greatest factor in all bars. This bar is a nice stop in downtown Gilbert.

Second year we have had to wait FOR OVER AN HOUR TO BE SEATED WITH TABLES AND BOOTHS EMPTY! WHY?! If it werent for one of my family members desire to come here once a year Id never step foot in this place. Food is ok, beers are expensive, scenery is good... hence the ONE star.

Neat place inside but service was awful and food was mediocre and small portions for the price. We were a party of 6 for lunch on a Wednesday. Took an hour to get our food and there were only about 3 tables filled at the time. Numerous mistakes in the orders. No refills offered on water or other beverages. Quite disappointing to say the least!

A really fun place to take friends for a night out! We were there for a friends birthday. There were about 30 of us. The service was fantastic and the food absolutely delicious! We went during cooler weather so the windows were open to the street. On busy nights parking can be tricky.

There are numerous open tables and we have waited for over 30 minutes to sit. The staff here treats you as though your lucky to be here.

Great place to listen to live music in the evening and dance. I dont know if its every night but it seemed the two times Ive been there its been the house country band till midnight and then a DJ from Midnight to 2 a.m..

Let me be clear on the 2 stars. I was expecting a COUNTRY bar. It was basically a club with 1 out of every 10 songs being country to dance to. They had a guest DJ who in any other bar would have been an amazing experience. I am from Texas and honestly just disappointed that this is considered a country bar in Arizona. Now I will say this they had a live band go on before the DJ and the band was amazing it definitely almost felt like a concert.

Line gets super long because there isnt much else to do in DT Gilbert. A lot of space inside though and very laid back during earlier business hours.

Overall the place is very fun and a must try. However be very cautious using a tab. Since they have opened I have had 5 occurrences of being over charged.
