We did work on a home that they were managing and they never paid us. they do not even return our voice mails or emails.

This company suck they will charge you 200 more dollars on your rent any time they please.

Thee RV sites are totally misrepresented and way way overpriced... if you cancel a reservation you will NOT get your deposit back.

I lived in one of their communities in woodland,was for almost 1 year. Never late on rent, no problems.Gave a months notice before moving out.they filled out space right away, after our move.Returned mailbox key, cleaned lot.I have spoke to the manager,emailed, called home office, all of these things, several times, to no avail.They owe me over $1000, its been over 2 months, and nothing.Not good business practices, horrible customer service.Fellow rvers beware, unless you like losing money, at each park you stay at, for any extended time.
