Going to Michaels after not stepping in one in almost ten years was great. Im definitely gonna become a regular. The lady who was closing and rang me up was awesome. She was probably a manager and was very pleasant. I told her it was nice to not feel like I wasnt bothering someone unlike most places lately. I only wish I had more time when I stopped in 20 minutes before closing.

Great selection of items. I did have difficulty finding one thing which the staff assisted me for. Prices are always great when you download their coupons, there is nearly always a 50% off coupon available for a regular priced item making crafting affordable! I love shopping their clearance items too, fantastic bargains.

They had what I was looking for the lady led me to everything I needed there is no line so check out with quick all in all it was pretty much a perfect experience

Friendly service, but couldnt find crates that matched what we had bought a few months ago (the ones they had were twice as much as well), and couldnt find wire hangers for chimes/ornaments.

I love this store! They have fake flowers, different colors and shapes of paper, albums, crafting told, origami,etc. Whenever I make something, I always go to Michaels and get whatever I need. Prices are not bad either, I recommend this place to anyone who likes crafting.

Some of the staff are not very kind and not always available so just be prepared to go in, get what you need and get out or prepare to wait if you ordered online for a curbside pick up.

I went in looking for a special paper. I needed vellum paper for picture boxes we made for a birthday party. They did not have it out on the floor. I went to the cash register and asked someone, I want to say her name is Shelly, she came out to help me. They went to the attic to find the paper I needed. So great of them! Thank you guys!!

I do a lot of cross stitching that isn’t in the kits so I usually come to buy the thread and fabric. The last few times I’ve come they’ve been out of half of the threaded colors I need so I have to run over to hobby lobby (luckily it’s across the street). I usually like coming here to buy the thread, fabrics and frames because of the discounts but it bites when I come to pick up colors for the thread and they are out of what I need. I was there a few days ago and only need one thread if black and all 4 spots that would have black thread were empty. It was either buy a 10-pack if black thread or go to hobby lobby. I went today to start in a new one and again colors were out.The waiting in line is hit and miss. There’s been days where I can check out quickly (5 less min) and then days that I’m standing in line for 15+ min because they only have one cashier and 10 people in line. Very rarely do I see an employee on the floor to ask for help if I need it which stinks.Otherwise I can usually get in and out and find the things I need easily.

This is a great Michaels and is staffed with really friendly folks! I stopped in really close to the holidays and the cashier who helped me still had a smile left and was in a great mood-appreciated.I also like that when you look online for something, the inventory count at the actual.store is accurate. (Sometimes you really want to grab something in person, love this feature!)

Michaels is primarily an arts-and-crafts store but also includes hobbies, picture framing, jewelry making, fabrics, floral and wedding supplies, cards and party ware, baskets, wearable art, home accents and holiday merchandise.

Their prices and variety for all things crafts are so nice. Their labeling satisfies my need for organization. Even their isles often label their painting products depending on whether its a beginner product or for more advanced artists.

Its Michaels... that says enough right there! But really, I like this location because the store is clean and organized. They always have a good selection of anything Ive been looking for there. They always have good coupons that make many of their items less expensive than going to Wal-Mart or ordering from Amazon. The employees have always been helpful and pleasant. Sometimes they will even scan extra coupons for me from their ads if I dont have it show up in my app just so I can get the extra savings. I will definitely continue to shop here.

Went here to pick up a lighted wooden Halloween box since it wasnt available at a store closer to me. Item was available and cashier was very friendly.

Best craft supplies around. Prices are normally on the high side but sales and coupons are plentiful and can at least bring the prices to online equivalents. Sometimes even better than online. When we finally found someone to answer questions for us she was very nice and helpful. We didnt let her go until we got all of our questions answered just incase we couldnt find someone again. Good service at the register too. Just need more people on the floor.

This place has everything! From scrapbooking to baking, from floral to birthday decorations. The staff could be more friendly and aware of the way the store is laid out, but all in all its a pretty cool store, could spend hours in this place

I went to Michaels for supplies I couldnt find at other stores I had previously stopped at, it was my first time there, and there was SO MUCH stuff to look at I had no idea where I would find what I needed. I asked the lady at the front counter, Vivian, and she directed to me the correct isle, she also rang me up and she was so polite to everyone in line a head of me, and showed interest in my Anniversary project, told me about some good deals coming up, and wished me a good day! If it wasnt for Vivian I would have been lost, frustrated, and impatient. Thank you for giving me a great experience. I will be back!

Sorry Michelles, I just saw 1917 and Ive never been more dissapointed with a department store in my life. No mixture of emotions here just an oversaturation of happiness and love. Another Crafters paradise

I visited this particular Michaels while in Arizona on holiday. The size of the store was astounding. Everything was organized in a manner of which made things easier to find. The pricing was great, staff were helpful and I cant wait to return from New York City to take advantage of the Arizona Bargains. I highly recommend if youre in the area.

Decent crafts place. Lots of stuff to look,at from picture frames to all the resources to paint your own paintings. Also endless materials for making your own whatever enters your mind.

This is a nice, mid-sized Michaels location. Decent selection of crafting supplies, interspersed with some fun and games for the kidlets. It was clean, well-lit and nicely organized. The cashier was personable. My only complaint is the lighting in the parking lot was almost nonexistent.

I really love going to Michaels. They have every craft idea that I am looking for and their sales are great! You want to save money get their app and you will receive coupons and sales!!!

The store was well organized considering I visited during their 70% off all Christmas items sale. It was clean and well laid out. The employees were friendly and attentive. For the amount of customers swarming the sale aisles I was impressed with the store associates speedy check out and customer service. Ill definitely come back and shop at this location. I love craft stores so its no surprise I enjoyed my short sweet visit.

This is a really great Michaels. They always seem to keep things well stocked and they keep updating their items. Although, I went in looking for Lion brand Color Made Easy and they dont have it yet. So I will be keeping a look out for this Great discounts and friendly staff.

Lots of craft, decorative and frame supplies to choose from. Everything you could want to frame your pictures, records, jerseys/sports items, etc. Great place to get the boards needed for elementary/junior high science projects, along with the items needed to decorate it. Silk flowers, wedding preparation, scrapbooking, holiday prep/decorating, clay, sketching, t-shirt designing and so, so much more.

Always the spot to get creative..christmas pre Halloween is a bit much

I love the atmosphere and variety of books but being a member, Id expect more coupons.

This place was okay because it was not very organized. A good thing is the objects are easy to find but finding the prices were very hard. There was not many price checks that you could see. Although if you want to spend time with family and have fun looking around thats the place to go.

I went to get an embroidery artwork framed. The prices they quoted for framing the piece where I already had the frame, mat and mounted piece if art was $100 - $169! I will be looking to other avenues for framing.

Craft heaven! Go in a month before any holiday and they have decorating made simple projects. If you need a floral arrangement with silk flowers that YOU like and maybe your own container, they will put it together right there! Im kind of a fanatic about arts and crafts. This was a great Michaels because it had more of the markers, pens, inks that I use in my work than some of the other Michaels Ive been to. Their layout can be a little confusing, but they had what I needed!

Came here for some Christmas projects. Was making home made Christmas ornaments for Christmas presents. We bought the 60% christmas ornaments ones that were partially clear and we used our own paints but you can certainly buy your own paints here. But we used isopropyl and the paints and put it in the ornaments and it made an awesome effect with the ornaments and made some awesome looking ornaments that looked professionally made. Was quite pleased with how the results turned out.
