The man who greeted us was pleasant, kind, and very helpful. He explained the things we could do and was concerned about safety for my child. Everything was in working order and very clean. My low review is because the ad shows a picture of a large slide/play structure that drew us into the play place but there is nothing close to it. There are two smaller bounce houses for gross motor and a tree house which is cute but has no imagination toys for creativity. There is a lovely bean box where the children can explore dig, scoop, and pour. Maybe the addition of some other toys such as buckets to fill and dump would be nice. A ramp for the trucks to drive up and down. The zippy pets were fun. My daughter loved driving it through the play place. Im not sure how it would work if the place was full of people. There needs to be more for the children to do. There are several rooms that could be turned into different themes rooms and maybe a slide or climber.

Lots of fun for us! Clean place, friendly and helpful staff, enough to entertain everyone. We had the pizza, which was really yummy, not sure where they get it, but I wonder if they allow take out, its that good! I met the owner, very kind lady, she said her goal will be to add a new attraction every 6 months. They may be new, but theyre off to a good start. I can hardly wait to see how they grow. Well be back for sure.

Very nice place. . Only issue weve come across is adults on the equipment preventing smaller children to participate. But these experiences are few. Wish the adults would act like adults . Highly recommend

My grandson and I had been to Play Zone last year and he had asked to return this summer. It is a 20 mile round trip for us. We went in July after checking the website for hours, but you were closed due to remodeling. My grandson was disappointed but I told him we could come back another time. Today, August 15th about 1:30, we went again. I checked the website, and called. Your hours indicated that you would be open. Guess what. The doors were locked. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO YOUR BUSINESS AGAIN. 40 miles total and we got skunked both times. What a way to run a business.And the only reason you got one star was because of last year and to do a review it was a field that needed to be selected.

Ive never seen a worse run operation than this. Dont believe a word they tell you on the phone.

We went yesterday for the first time and OH MY Goodness, those Zippy Pets are so cool! We will be back.

Was closed when hours online and on door indicated they were open. My little guy was really bummed. Was looking forward to having a place to take him to burn some steam off on these rainy days. Too bad, very disappointed. Owner should just put a big CLOSED sign on the building or change hours on website. I looked inside and there was garbage all over the counter, so I dont know if they are ever open.

I have never met a self hating black person before I came to this wannabe kids place? She had her child working during the day when he should have been at school and she took way too long to heat up a corn dog in the microwave! Very unsettling experience I would never put my children in. Lord please help the black community. Last time I checked my money is green just like white peoples but according to this wannabe business owner, no blacks are allowed, well all blacks except her....smh. and if she tries to get on here and say its a false review...well lol I can always write a letter to the BBB lol. Why would I, where would I get information like that? Some people really make me sick, well excuses for people/business owners I mean.

Really fun place and my brother loves it.
