We visited this pool on 7/4/18 with my 12 year old and 17 year old and myself being 40. This was a great place to spend a hot 94 degree day. They have plenty of places to tan, chairs and lawn space. This is not a place to take kids that want to swim in deep water because the deepest part of the pool is less then 4 feet. I spent most of my day in the lazy river part.
This is a great family fun day we all enjoyed it.
Had a blast. Just one little advise for people that are challenged with sitting so low on the lounge chairs, please provide a higher chair of comfort for those people as well. Great environment for small kids to have fun.
We absolutely love this place. There is something to do for every age group!They also have great areas for kids birthday parties.

This place is for small children, not teenagers. The pool is small and the deepest part is 3ft6in. We drove an hour and a half for the lazy river and it was closed when we arrived. They should have that info posted on their website. So call first if you’re planning on the lazy river. On a positive note, it’s very clean and would be awesome for young kids.
We had a lot of fun and loved the lazy river and slide. Our 2 year old loved playing in the splash zone. Just wish it was cheaper but at least our son was free to enter.
Just need a little more development
Thought this would be a good option for my kids in the summer. However, after buying the membership, we realized there is no swimming pool. The lazy river has been out of service all summer. This is a great place if your kids are little bit after about age 8, they are bored.
I’ve raised three kids at this pool. On my way raising the 4th and while it’s always clean, lifeguards are always helpful, and the concessions are great...I wish we could upgrade a little. Add a slide for the smaller kids, use some of the grass land for a deep pool with diving boards,etc. It is very convenient to go to the pool but that’s the only reason we go. For the convenience of not driving or for a quick pool day. If we’re going for a whole day then we drive to Frankfort or Richmond. Exact same amount of money to get in. Wayyyyy more things for the kids to do. Just a thought from a long time Georgetown resident.
I would give it no stars, if it was an option. The lazy river is closed , which should be posted. You cant exit the park for a picnic lunch. No where to even swim. Only good for small children, and really overpriced!!! A big waste of time and gas. I will never be back here again.
For having only a 2 yo it was cool, she swims like a fish so the shallow pools & water features were fun for us! The lazy river is NOT running so only $5 admittance

Good place to take your family. They do not , however have a pool to actually swim if that is what you want to do.
The folks running the place keep it clean and safe for customers. For kids its a decent spot. Cant blame the business for the ill mannered garbage customers they receive though. 4 star place in a 2 star town. Thats the way she goes.
We took two of our grandkids earlier today. $25 to walk in and be told we cant get in water or slides due to storms. It wasnt storming or even sprinkling at the time, just beginning to get a little overcast. Didnt even get our feet wet. No rain checks.... Okay.... No refund either. This is poor customer service. Lifeguards need to alert the people at the gate that they are closing due to weather and stop taking money As there were still people lined up to enter the park as we were leaving and they were still letting them in! Hope you enjoy that $25. We wont be back.

When the lazy river is open its awesome
We didnt pay full price because of a Groupon. It was the only reason we visited, we wont be back. Their regular price is way over priced for the size pool they have. Older kids get bored very easily. Seems to be the hang out for high school kids, who seemed to take over the lazy river. The no re-entry really set me off, as we have always went to pools and went back to our car for a picnic. So your being forced to buy concession stand food. Was told they would take a break every hour, which we were fine with all pools do this, they only decided to take one break at 3pm after swimming all day. Allowed my son to go down the slide several times with goggles on, the last time he went up they told him he wasnt allowed to wear them. The life guards seem to pick and choose which rules they want to follow. Told one life guard A child near me in the lazy river was having trouble staying afloat, and she smiled and said just make sure his head stays above the float never helped at all. We will not be back.
This is ridiculous that you would have to pay so much for such a small water park. The lifeguards need to grow up and maintain any problems such as a DROWNING KID! They could care less than to tell someone to help that kid with no aggression at all. My 6 year old son had came down the waterside and went under water and could have drowned. I saved him while the lifeguard sat on his post and did nothing at all!!!! Im not going back to this place ever again! I read some comments on this place and customers are not satisfied. All the owner does is say Im sorry that your visit was a less than positive experience. does not give a hoot about their customer reviews. Also needs more watersides and a wave pool. Maybe your costumer reviews would go up because all I see is 1 star rating on your park.
Had a great time there the last 2 weekends in a row! Seems like some extra chairs are needed though. We were able to get a couple chairs the 1st time and last weekend even though we arrived early in the day for a birthday party we werent allowed into the actual park until 1pm because the 1st hour was in the party area so we got stuck on the grass. I like the fact that the pools arent very deep. It eases concern for little ones. Overall it seems like a great place!
Even for a quick afternoon stop parent dressed in button up shirt, blue Jeans and shoes had to pay full price just.to stand and watch daughter. Many play items were not working.
Needs a lap pool or anything that is remotely like a pool. The admission is too high (even for residents) for not having a full sized pool. There are splash toys and a kiddie pool and the lazy river. The only thing for adults to do is the lazy river. Pretty sad.

I dont understand why its so difficult to keep this water park operational with all the attractions working for visitors. When the park is working its great- not a lot for adults to do other than the lazy river (which does play great music). Needs more umbrellas, but again it does have the potential to be a great recreational resource for our community. I do agree with other comments that its ridiculous to not allow families to have lunch in their cars for their kids. Many families are unable to afford lunch for the family at the snack bar, and this can be barrier in allowing them to bring their family for a day of fun. Policies that come from a middle class standard are not inclusive for our entire community. City/County leadership need to commit funding to support the attraction.
My family loves to come here. We love the slide and the lazy river. We always have a great time with every visit and with the season pass we go all the time!

Horribly managed. The director of this facility could greatly benefit from visiting other places to learn how to manage this type of park.So where should I start. The life guards walk around like they were paying attention but you could see they really were not. The life guard would not allow our daughter to use her own tube in the lazy river. They only have one size and the tube are simply too large for kids who are petite. Instead they would rather force you to use a tube that doesnt fit. Whats the big deal. Its apparently safer to be a tube thats too large. Poor management insight.Next, there was a slight rumble of thunder in distance. So they called 30 minute break to keep eye on weather. No big deal right. But getting out of the pool isnt enough. They force 100 people into this very small breazeway. What is the purpose? Safety, one would think. Cant be! There was small children tired of standing lying in the floor. My guess is if the weather really got ugly and any bit of panic took place you would have a lot of children getting stepped on.So the park is a little small but nice overall. The park management just doesnt seem to know what there doing.The kids fountain play area didnt work half the time. They would call a 15 minute break and it would shut off. When the break ended it was like they would forget to turn it back on. I hope they read this and do some self examination. The Manger either needs replaced or trained. Something!

We had fun, but I have to agree with others, the regular price is a bit expensive for what is being offered. Other than the price the 8 of us had a ball. The girls really liked the grilled hot dogs.

Over priced and we were there maybe and hour when it began to storm with lightning so we sit in the car until it was over and try to go back in aboit 30-40 mins and they try to charge me again for myself and a 4 yr old. When they made us leave the pool. What a joke.

Pools way too small ! Geeat for small kids but they will be trampled by everyone playing football on the pool and ended up spending 18 dollars for 3 people. Unlike the pavillion you have to pay even if your not swimming, ran by teenagers that sit and talk about everyone and customers who they go to school with.

This place is a kiddie pool compared to what we used to have! They should have repaired the old Suffoletta pool near Southern Elementary but I guess Mayor Varney decided that the cemetery would need that land to expand in the future. And I was also told by a city official that this place has never made enough money to sustain itself so our tax money has to pay the difference, guess that is why the admission fee has went up so much. They should have never built this place .....smh

I took my two young kids here today. Everything except the lazy river was closed due to problems with the water. I wouldnt have gone in except my kids were so excited to go in the first place. They charged us full price to get in which is so ridiculous considering only 1/4 of the aquatic center was open. Because the only way to get into the water was to be in the lazy river we were allowed to sit on the edge at the opening of the river. Everybody, including young kids there were doing a good job but the life guard was very frustrated telling the patrons If I have to tell you guys one more time then youre out of the pool. The management of this place could have handled today much better. Well be going to Versailles or Lexington next time.
$DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY$ Took my family here and will NEVER go back what a horrible experience. Very poorly managed!!! The no-entry is ridiculous how do you bring your family to swim all day and cant go to the car and feed them lunch being you cant bring anything into the park..? Once you enter there is no refunds. So if you enter and in 20 minutes it starts raining and you have to leave because they pull you out of the water you dont get refunded money no rain check nothing not even an apology. I went down the slide before my seven-year-old son so that I could catch him at the bottom BUT they wouldnt allow me TO told me to go across the rope. I did and in doing so my son almost drowned coming down the slide and a young heavy set white male that sat in that chair didnt do a DAMN thing TO SAVE MY DROWNING SON. Nothing could change my mind I will never go back. Ill be telling my family and friends and their family and friends NEVER to visit this place!!!!!

Used a Groupon gift card, came in from out of state, my family 2 adults and 5 kids which were under the age of 12 enjoyed it for the part except that food was lil over price but we will return for fam weekend trip
Its a good place to relax but needs more umbrellas.
As long as you have the family passes, youre okay. I wouldnt recommend this place if youre paying for a one time visit. They ran out of drinks and only had Gatorade. The pool is great for the kids. But not for the adults. When we arrived, there was a long line and one cashier. It would be better if they set up a self-scanning tool for pass holders like the Pavillion has. I prefer the Pavillion because you can bring in coolers. This place doesnt alow outside drinks or food. If they had a hand stamp machine to allow visitors to return, that would be ideal. Something, even a wrist band. At least the Pavillion allows re-entry. If you dont want people to bring outside drinks or food, at least allow them re-entry. Not all of us have the same dietary needs. And they dont provide enough food & drinks. Save yourself money, and purchase combo family passes. This pool is fun, but it only goes up to 3.8 ft. Like I said, great for the little ones, not for the adults.

Price is a little outrageous for the amount of activities. You cant enjoy the lazy river for the all the playing, and there is no where for an adult to really swim or lounge. I also dont think they looked at the population while building this park. Not nearly enough seating on the deck or in the concession area. Hopefully they put a little more in to it soon.
