Played in a golf tournament at this club and met the nicest people. Friendliest staff ever and the atmosphere was very nice. A well run tournament with amenities that were spot on! There was water and ice where and when we needed it and the food and snacks were good. The course is about as much as you can put into the space and pretty challenging. Practice your putting if you plan on playing here!

Challenging 90-year-old golf course in a beautiful rustic natural setting. Members enjoy ongoing friendships and family activities.

They served a prime rib buffet for our group of 50. The meat and sides were great.

Private Country Club with pool, tennis, and golf. The clubhouse is well appointed and the selection is nice. Must be a member to enjoy this wonderful summer resort style destination.

Awesome course, great food, and beer is cold what else do you want. This is a very maintained and challenging course! Idk what these 1 star rating sare for they must be PGA players.

This is the best deal in Georgetown. Course is on Prime real estate. Club is non-profit. Great food! Great golf! Great people!

The food has take a real upward swing. I have had 3 different meals off the new menu and all 3 have been excellent. The Sevice in the bar area is also excellent.

Under new management, my family & I love what Patrick is doing! Great changes taking place. Staff goes above & beyond.Love the golf course, it is challenging and well kept, a very beautiful course. The new Jr. PGA program Patrick started is a wonderful way for kids to get involved in golf. I encourage families to check out Georgetown Country Club and consider joining. It isnt your grandpas country club, its your kids, yours and ours!My kiddos love the pool, the food is very good: try the shrimp & grits, or the weekly buffets.GCC is a family friendly club/social spot and with Patrick the new GM there, its only getting better & better!

Didnt try food. Bar staff were great. Golf tourney was underway and it was full of fun folks.

The staff are still very friendly and helpful But It has become very expensive in the last year not sure why they have up the prices.

Had the 12oz Ribeye and it was good! Id eat there again.....

We went here for a 50th year class reunion. Had great food plenty of room clean well organized at a bar and plenty of parking

Service is mediocre as cashier was playing on phone. The course is more a bad muni in much need of TLC and money spending. The trees need trimming badly. Greens were like concrete and much fungus on them. Hardly worth trying to putt it was so bumpy. The fairways were no different or tee boxes. I couldnt hardly even stick a tee in the ground on many of tee boxes. I would not return

Racism is very prevalent in many of the members/board members. They need to probably retire from the community already!!!! Everyone in the younger generations are tired of the old, white elite racists running politics in Georgetown.

Fun, short course, but greens are in terrible shape (May 2018).
