The place is spacious, welcoming, and easy to navigate. Instruction is clear, helpful, and complete. The supplies are in excellent condition, especially the brushes. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a very good experience with a paint along project.

The Chilled Palette hosted our Paint Your Pet client appreciation event last weekend, and I could not have been more happy with our experience from start to finish! Miriam was phenomenal coordinating the event, the artist that sketched the pet photos did a fantastic job and really brought the photos to life, and the team that walked our clients through painting their adorable fur babies were absolutely wonderful! We ended up having 45+ people in attendance and they were prepared every step of the way. I cannot recommend this business highly enough for your next event!

I recently hosted a private party at the Chilled Palette with a group of 10 people, and it was an amazing experience! Our party started a little late due to an art fair in Geneva that caused traffic and a lack of parking, but we had plenty of time to paint and did not feel rushed at all. The staff were so friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fun, and it was a great time overall! I have no complaints, and we will definitely be back soon to enjoy another great night out.

Very fun!! I took my 5 year old grandsons and they were so kind and patient with him. He thought is was the most din we have ever had. He was also planning a family night. So cute
