Ive been going there since I was a kid I love it

Love their chairs very comfortable it looks like a whole bunch of movies are coming up that are very good. We had a very awsome time watching the movie. Always like watching the new movies when they come out. Food is good always is clean. And the workers have a smile on their face. And the workers have a smile on their face Next movie is going to be in 2 weeks.

The theater was ok, not very busy so I was not sure why there was so much trash/food on the floor in the lobby. The staff seemed knowledgeable about the concession when I asked. The theater was nice, sound was good, and it was a great movie!

The movie theater is nice, but could use some updates and improvements. Since this visit it was supposedly purchased by someone else and hopefully they invest into updating some things. Seating isnt uncomfortable but is kind of narrow but the arm rests do lift up (love this!) I personally hate being restricted like that, I wanna feel comfy and relaxed, not confined and cramped.

Nice staff. She gave great suggestions on saving money and movie choices. Seats are comfortable but dont recline if thats what you looking for.

Not handicapped friendly. No benches any more for the disabled to sit down. Large open lobby. Benches have been removed. Not good at all if you have trouble breathing and need to rest before walking further.

Best place ever i like it how people say this has to be the place that popcorn is on the floor and stuff i mean year everyone makes mistakes i mean when i was a little kid i trip over and my popcorn spill but the employees were nice enough to give me some new popcorn

Older theater but nicely kept. Staff is always friendly. Prices are a bit high due to no other competition in the area. No matinee deals.

Love this theater, nothing crazy fancy about it. The seats were comfortable and the staff was nice. Ive been going to this theater since I was a kid.

Excellent customer service. I learned today that it is approximately twenty minutes after the show time start, that the movie actually is shown. 2:55, 3:10; I spoke to a manager. Got a refund, did not see the movie; but great customer service.

Fandango sold me a ticket to a theater an hour away, but the fine folks at Regal Franklin Square honored it anyways. Excellent Customer Service!

I mean.. Its okay.Its not the best, but the over pricing and hard but warm pretzel is always consistent.Would much prefer the Atherton mills for the movie we saw.

There were a couple issues with the theater we had. Multiple people, myself included asked them to fix it and it took them a good 20 minutes to acknowledge us and another 10 minutes to fix the issue.If they were busy Id kind of get that, but most of the staff were just hanging out talking with one another.Kind of reminds me why I dont go to movies anymore.

Went to movies this past Sat to see Joker, and came out with bug bites. My neck is bite up and welted. I know it was from the theater because I didnt come in with the bits, not to mention I found the bug in my jacket collar. I havent worn the jacket all summer, so I know it was not there before I got there. My neck is burning. Needl6to say, I contacted the theater once I found and killed the bug about 30min after I left. They said they were going to call an exterminator and offered me movie pass. I dont ever want to return to that there auditorium 7 or any other auditorium. Im feeling horrible and my neck is swollen and itchy. Ive never seen this kind of bug before so I keep it, its dead, I killed it immediately once I show it. I am so nervous now that it makes me mad that all they have to do is clean the theater throughly everyday. I dont want this to happen to anyone else.

Saw Overcomer and it was awesome. Enjoyed time with my daughter and mother and church family.

Great staff.......tasty popcorn! Concession prices too high as usual. No film titles over the auditoriums......so pay attention where youre supposed to be.

Employees were awesome and the place was clean, popcorn was fresh and delicious. Only complaint we had was we could hear the movies in the adjoining theaters and it kinda took you out of the story.

I would give it a 5 but Im a stickler for prices and its gotten high over the years. However they do have a great theater and snack options arent too bad. I definitely recommend enrolling in the Regal rewards to get some freebies, makes it all worth it ️

We went to the movies last night to see Angel has Fallen and it was raining pretty hard..it was an fantastic movie. But we noticed there where five cars taking up two parking spaces. Not sure what is going on, but they should have been ticketed or towed for doing so..very disappoint..do better

Took my granddaughter to see The Lion King last Sunday 11:45 showing. Popcorn was not fresh. Token machines not working. Asked concession person for tokens. Seems no one knew where the token bucket was. Ok, can I get change so my Granddaughter can at least play the duck claw game. Sorry no. You can go outside and ask for change from the ticket window. I looked out there and about 12 people in line for tickets. Really? No customer service skills at all. Granddaughter was disappointed and so was I. Movie was great. Theater not so much.

Clean, good sound, good screens, nice theaters. You can never shake the feeling youre sitting on a seat someone got a handy in the back row on... But thats EVERY theater. Ive been going to this theater for years, since at least the early 2000s, saw The Grudge there, well over a decade ago. Would recommend it.

Place is ok. They now have assigned seats. Which is weird. Movie was good but the rude people watching the movie just made experience not good.

Great facility. Assigning seats seems a bit ridiculous. There were several elderly people with canes who couldnt climb the stairs...especially in the dark.

If you have any other options, it is most likely a better option.

Me and my wife often come here for a movie during the week when our kids are with their other parents. Tonight there was a movie we really wanted to see and we had the girls both 15yrs old. The movie theaters where close so i decided we would go and let them see a different movie close by. The cashier then informed us that if we werent in their actual theatre we couldnt do that. Well maybe thats why your theatre never has a crowd and I refuse to go back i will just pay extra to watching on a streaming service. Or wait on the drive in.

I arrived at 12.45pm to watch Star wars 9Movie starts at 1.10pm one line and the girl running the register was trying her best but needed to call help every customer so line was slow movingI get in with my 3D glasses find my seat and sit downI try on my glasses to find one lense wrong way round so I go change them no problemThere are like now 12 previews get on with the film alreadyChair was a little uncomfortableRocked all the time trying to get comfyNot bad

Popcorn was not fresh. I had to go back and ask for a fresh bag. Then I asked for more butter,he told me butter was at the end of the counter, that was just a joke it was a bunch of oil. Theater needs updating. I wont be attending this location again

Had front closed off nobody working the windows. Had to wait at the pop corn line to buy our tickets where we had to choose on a screen which seats we wanted. It was so hot people were leaving worst experience ever at the movies. If my son wasnt with me I would give this a 1 star.

Its a cool spot,and they have added stuff to it and remodeled as well. I would recommend it to anyone interested in a Saturday hangout of all ages!

Wow, first time visiting and pretty impressed. I set my expectations low because of the location. The quality of viewing and sound were great, the seats were updated and very comfortable, snacks were little high but thats where they make some of their money; so I didnt have any problems paying for popcorn and drink. I chose a viewing in the afternoon on a weekday and it wasnt super busy either. So all-in-all I had a great experience!

The seats are cloth, peoples germs are trapped in it and it made me and my best friend sick. The staff could not control the crowd and they rushed in for the 6:15 showing of Endgame while a movie was still playing. We were given passes, but we will NOT be going there again. As nostalgic as I am, I still dont like being sick and paying $6:00 for a small fountain drink.

I have seen a lot of movies here and will still watch some at this location from time to time. However, I really think this place could use an upgrade to mimic the reclining seating experience others provide.

Nice and clean, but there no Early Matinee for a less price or Discount for Senior Citizens.A bit quite expensive for a movie that starts at 12:45 p.m. price $ 9.30.I believe they should make accommodations for others to come too early matinee and discounts for senior.

Nice and friendly staff. Theater a bit older but well kept and clean.

Have gone here several times and had issues with every movie. From the 3D not working, to having no sound for the first 15 minutes.Some screening areas have been updated but others are very old and worn down. I do not go here anymore if I can help it.

Saw Overcomers. Great Christian movie by the Kendrick Brothers. Have enjoyed all their movies. This also was very good.

I took my grandson to see Lion King. We loved it. Its always clean, and the popcorn is always fresh ( its my favorite)

The date,time was awesome cause it wasnt crowded. The snack pack wasnt enough for the movie time.

Love going to the movies in the middle of the day during the week. Good movie, good service and easy parking.

Always pretty clean. Concession is always pretty ourageous. Typical movie theater. Dont go on weekends unless you want to listen to a bunch of kids talking the entire movie.

Been to this theatre 3 times. Same bad experience every time. First of all their ticketing process is always a pain. Once inside its no better! Then pay $40 to sit and watch 15 minutes of commercials!!! Ill drive to Charlotte from now on to avoid this place.

Enjoyed the movie. Was a little warm until about 15 mins into movie.. Took a little longer to cool down but other than that was good.

We attended a Birthday party. The cinema hostess assigned to the party of several 6 and 7 year olds was great! She was very sweet, well organized and extremely efficient! I was most impressed with the fact that after meeting each child once, she remembered each of their names to give them their popcorn boxes for the movie! Great job!

I love me a good movie however I sincerely think it is time for this theater to have an upgrade the floors are sticky and disgusting I wish they would pull up the rug and add tile throughout the entire building. And replace the seating.

We were a bit surprised that now you purchase your tickets at the concession area in which seats are assigned while also slowing down the process. Thus only 3 stars.

Ehhhhh...its old school now. No recliner seats, no cool foods like AMC and other Regal Cinema locations. Butter machines almost dont work. They give you regular salt to put on popcorn . I think they just need to upgrade this location overall.

The movie was great but i just noticed that the workers only gave me 4 dollars when they were supposed to give me 15 dollars

Standard movie theater, nothing over the top or special about it. Was a little confused in the beginning because the theaters dont have the movie title displayed in front of them.

Must watch this movieUnplanned. Based on a true story. Eyes opening. Very touching heart. I highly recommend it. Hope a lot of people will read this review and go to the movie theater and watch this very well done movie which sadly doesnt have other way to advertise rather than Facebook.

Generally great but wait times for the movies were 2 hours when we got there. We decided not to wait.

Took my 2 year old grandson for the $1 kids movie today. Lots of daycares there for the summer kids movie. It was well worth it. Theater is clean and staff friendly.

We visited on Easter Sunday. The crowd was small and everywhere was fresh and clean. The staff seemed to be waiting to greet us. It was nice.

We enjoyed it. Customer service was excellent. Look forward to coming again.

Well not the nicest theater Ive been to so Im going to say its ok for a quick flick but maybe date night it somewhere else. They were a sad looking group this past Saturday night. Like I almost got depressed before I got my drink. We caught Hobbs and Shaw. Funny movie, while credits were rolling my friend and I were on IMBD just looking up one of the actors when a creepy rent-a-cop came in and stared at us trying to make us leave quicker. Followed us out like we stole something. So it went from creepy to rude.

This is the most amazing and friendly place I have ever been the manager Christie was thankful for my husband taking our 2 year old out of the theatre when he became restless. She handed him 2 tickets for doing so and not letting it ruin the movie for others. Then he proceeded to thank and tell her why he appreciated the gesture seeing as we had a horrible experience just before we came and it was actually the reason we went and she handed him a few more tickets even if I have to drive 30-45 mins I will absolutely go back to this establishment she was amazing and definitely deserves her job.

It’s not that it’s a “bad” theatre. It’s just way behind in terms of upgrades. It’s still outrageously expensive but with old seats, tiny (seriously tiny) screens and poor concessions. It is usually clean, and the projection and sound quality are fine, but for the same price or lower there are other theatres with much better amenities. Every time I’ve gone it’s just been an “ok” experience with nothing to separate from the pack. The concessions are small and the hot food often stale and dry. While other places are offering IMAX screens, larger seats, assigned seating, more food options, bars and better high quality sound systems this remains just being a place to see a movie, and not an event. Save your money and go to Arsley.Brief edit: this is also the warmest theatre I’ve ever been to. The screening rooms in the back are often even humid and sticky. Some people prefer the warmth so I won’t hold it against them but I’ve definitely always felt uncomfortable.

This was a very good experience and I like the theater a lot. The picture and sound was very good and the seats were leather like, extremely comfortable and they recline. The seats are comfortable even for long running movies. I would pick this theater venue over a lot of others.

A great place to see a movie (and really the only place in Gaston County). It is kept relatively clean and the crowd is normal. The concessions are usually good. A good spot!

Popcorn was cold. Icee was warm. Asked for new popcorn as it was cold. We were told itll just be cold again... For the price of the concessions, there should be no excuse. Otherwise, lobby was clean.

This will always be my favorite movie theater. Relaxed atmosphere and brings back a lot of memories. They have a ton of theatres too and are usually showing a lot of movies unlike some of the newer places which may only show 3 to 5 at a time. Definitely a place I will continue supporting and want it to stay in business.

Seats are too small. Heat was cranked to 75-80. With tickets, popcorn, and sodas, it was $20 per person. Way too expensive.

This place may need to be sprayed for pests. But the staff were all friendly and extremely courteous. You guys have a great team on board...keep up the good work

Its definitely time for some upgrades! You can sometimes hear the movie from next theater!

I took my Grandson and his friends here for a birthday and they loved it. I dropped my car keys and the staff were so very nice to find them for me. The place is clean and fun!!
