You would think for the price of the lot rent they would at least have trash pick up Berkeley oaks does same people own them that would totally stop people burning trash this is a horrible place to live

I have lived here for almost 4 years

The manager is great, place is nice and affordable.

Now on top of loud music, trash being thrown everywhere, illegal Immigrants, Drug Dealing, And Multiple Registered Sex Offenders (Pedo’s) living with Covington Estates now residents are Burning Trash in the early morning hours which covers Covington Estates and Surrounding Neighborhoods in a cloud of very unhealthy smoke. When we have our central air unit running it fills our house up with smoke and we wake up feeling like we have to vomit due to the smell and unhealthy gaseous chemicals within the smoke. I called the Fire Dept. and by the time they got to the Neighborhood the fire was put out. The only thing the owners of this trailer park care about is if rent is paid monthly. They do not care what these tenants do even if it’s illegal just as long as they get that rent . These people have no business owning and running a trailer park and they own multiple.

This doesnt pertain to everyone who lives in Covington Estates. There are tenants who live in Covington Estates who are loud and disrespectful. They play loud bass music through a car system throughout the day and night thats so loud it makes the dishes in my cabinets rattle. It is bothering multiple people in my neighborhood which is next to Covington Estates. There trash also ends up on my lawn as well as my neighbors. If this does not stop we will have to go to the police, the city, and media.

Drugs abound in this MH park. The traffic in/out is xm100x the number of MH in the park. People from the park throw trash in the streets by the mailboxes, plus used syringes, used condoms, alcohol bottles, food containers. Management IS aware but says she is too busy with 2 MH parks. On weekends & holidays I have counted 157 vehicles come/go in a 4 hour time period. We hear gun shots almost daily from in & around the park. People have been found in yards urinating on cars, drunk, hiding the burglary kits under trees. WE ARE WATCHING YOU!! YOU CANNOT RUIN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD!

Good place to live

Terrible Mobile Home park, several residents throw trash and beer bottles all over the ground, play loud music at all hours, and shoot off guns. 2 people live there who are on the sex offender list. The neighborhoods surrounding Covington Estates constantly complain but nothing has been done. If considering living here, BE WARNED!

Full of drugs, sellers of drugs, and the traffic is 24/7. The music is loud and goes on 24/7. You DO NOT want to live here!
