Great place for my family! My children enjoy it and the staff are all helpful. With ATP being back open it really is nice during these difficult times for families to escape for some fun!

Great place for kids to play and burn off energy. Indoor and out of the elements. They also have a sky rail. Also have party rooms for birthday parties.

Nice. New place. Everywhere, including the bathrooms were clean. Staff was nice but still working out the kinks oh how to ring people up etc.Their Socks are mandatory but only cost $2.It’s a pricey place (like all trampoline parks) but the toddler time is reasonable and awesome. Parents can jump with their toddlers as well which make it a bit more fun for families. There is awesome no worry about a big kid hurting them since it’s like 5or 6 and under.My four year old wanted to be carried to the car after! Definitely will do again

Great idea but poor execution. I’m sure when everything is open, working properly and staffed correctly is amazing. First off there was 1 “referee” for the entire facility. No one was running the dodge ball arena which was a nightmare with 20-30 people. Secondly the wipeout area was broken and “had been broken for quite some time” according to the referee. Thirdly, the entire rock wall/climbing section was closed due to not enough staff. If you advertise an amenity and are charged for said amenity it should be staffed and open. Extremely disappointed with this trampoline arena. Would highly recommend going elsewhere.

The kids LOVED it! Rules are important so they stay in control while having fun. With clear communication and bouncy things, they are guaranteed to have an excellent time. I think Ill go during the day when its quiet.

I Had a Good time

Great place to take the kids for a couple hours just to have some fun and be active. Staff is beyond friendly and attentive to whats going on on the trampolines. Its a fun time for the whole family!

We went for a friends birthday party. We were not impressed with the operations, they definitely have opportunity for improvement. We went on a saturday night and it was insanely busy (as I would expect). The birthday parties gather at the top of the stairs (great to have them separate from the general crowd). However, each guest had to go down and stand in (hopefully) the right line (apparently the food line) to get the wrist bands and socks. This ate into a lot of the party time. Im not sure why they didnt have a dedicated party planner handling all of that, upstairs, for all the parties. Additionally, there were multiple announcements of lost kids and to report to customer service. There were hundreds of people there and not once did that use a name for the announcements. My suggestion would be to use at least the parents name to get their attention...announcing just that there was a lost child seems ineffective... thankfully it wasnt any of the kids in our party! The kids enjoyed themselves. The facilities were nice but only complaints are operational.

Took the kids during toddler time and it was a blast for them and for me. Wasnt to busy at the beginning but it did pick up some. Kids had a blast the whole time. Even I was able to bounce around and have fun with them. We finished it off with an Icee which made it perfect. Staff was very friendly the whole time. We will definitely be coming back again soon!

It was okay but kinda small for so many people

Ive been wanting to take my son since this place opened but its always been slammed. We decided to go this afternoon we were promptly greeted. Asked if we had been before the directed to where we needed to go. Everything was clearly explained and the staff was really sweet. The place seemed very clean and the staff on the floor was very attentive. We love the idea of the parents perk and perch room although we just went up long enough to check it out. Reasonable prices as well but would definitely recommend a weeknight if youre wanting to avoid the crowds.

Had a blasty with my son and nephews! Fairly cheap and not too overcrowded. The guy watching the kids slide could probably take a chill pill tho.... If I want to bounce on the same trampoline as my 2 year old nephew, a 16 year old kid isnt going to tell me any different lol

Came Here for a birthday party and my kids enjoyed themselves. There was so much to do besides just jumping and it wasnt crowded surprisingly!

The park has a great obstacle course and is a pretty good size really not that band of a park at all with the exception of their wall trampolines the worst I have ever been on. Obviously that part of the park was not built by anybody who uses trampolines this part was probly built by somebody who just wants to make money but doesnt understand or even has ever used a trampoline. It is actually the most dangerous wall trampoline I have ever been on

I attended my nephews birthday party here and actually had a lot of fun. There are several activities to participate in at this location dodge ball, foam pit, zip line/obstacle course and normal trampolines. They serve pizza from Marios if you decide to let Altitude host your party.

A lot of fun, can get a little expensive for what it is, but they started offering an unlimited pass which is pretty cheap. Definitely better when it isnt slammed, the rule of only 1 person per trampoline sort of makes you feel like you cant freely jump around at times, but safety first. They added a type of dogeball that is probably too painful for an unregulated area, I saw older kids jumping the line and hurling dogeballs in the faces of much younger children only to run away while the injured kid is left crying on the ground. The whole trampoline park business just seems like such a huge liability with all the misbehaving adults and children bouncing around, maybe it would be sufficient to just reduce the number of people allowed in the park at one time.

Went to a birthday party here yesterday. The facility is amazing! Bright colors, tons of activities. Ropes course, zip line, rock climbing, wall jump, ball pits, dodge ball, well worth your visit. Has great toddler area for little kids Too. Everything was very clean too! Excited to go Back. Nicest trampoline park I have ever visited.

This place is great for all ages! Plenty of space and the area for little ones isnt closed off like some other parks so if you have multiple age ranges you can keep an eye on all. Plenty of staff to watch each area.

Great experience! I brought my children to a birthday party. They are 6yo, 4yo & twin 2yo. Everything was clean. Staff was so kind. Plenty for everyone to do. We personally cant afford to go there as a family but it was a wonderful experience and we wish we could!

Just for a few mm, make feel my 7 yrs old boy so sad and crying. It was his Birthday and he choose altitude for the They Circle that rotates, but they dont let him go, just for a few mm Really disappoint itI understand the rules but just for few mm not a good reason! to feel so bad and sad a kid

Layout is good and the price is not bad. It was 25 for 2 kids for 1 hour. Only negative thing I can say is there is no food. The kids usually get hungry jumping around and there is only chips and candy.

On two occasions the manager Ma’Shiyah made sure that we had a safe and amazing time. The first time, a group of rowdy teens pushed my toddler over (she put them out). The second time she made sure the kids had a safe time. The facility is nice and the service is excellent.

I went on a week day without the regular crowds and it was perfect. The staff are polite and helpful, prices are reasonable ($18.00 for an hour, including socks which are required), and plenty to do for all ages!

It was amazing!! This was my first time there and I love it a lot, it was hot in there. But other than that I had a good first time there and Im planning to come back and bring friends or family next time.

I think its cool how they got a place for the parents to set up there in their own room and drink coffee while the kids are safe playing down at the bottom. But I dont sit up there . because I love watching my son have fun. And seeing the happiness on his face ..when he is having fun.. all of our kids are the future and theyre the only ones that matter

Had a birthday party this past weekend and EVERYONE enjoyed it. The staff was amazing and the building was very clean and lots to do for every age that cam to the birthday party. We will defiantly coming back.

Its an amazing place and is very sanitary. The people there are great. I suggest that if you go to teen night go 20 minutes early its packed. It doesnt take but about 15 minutes to sign a wavier and pay. I love it I go every week.

Fun for kids of all ages. They have Toddler Time on weekday mornings, which is a good value. A lot of teens come on Friday and Saturday nights. There are several trampoline areas with different themes and a couple of foam pit areas. There are climbing walls AND a ropes course, and it is all included! Admission is by the hour. You can do 60, 90, or 120 min. The place is well staffed for safety. It is the nicest trampoline place I have seen.

I have been to sky zone and defy gravity but I love this one the most because of the performance trampolines

Way too hot, and too rushed for the price. We just had a birthday party, it was hot outside and even hotter inside. We asked for the air to be turned on when we got there but they didnt turn it on until right before we left which almost 2 hours later! The kids enjoyed it though.

Lots of fun. Many things to do. Our youth group went and had a blast.

I was excited to check out something new for the kids right here in our town but I was extremely disappointed with Altitude. Actually, shocked and outraged is a better way to describe it. The supervision here was lax in places and non existent in others. There was a ninja course, similar to the American Ninja Warrior show except no one was working that area to allow one child on at a time so kids were going both directions and rushed getting hurt. Also, people were letting their small babies (under the age of one) play in the foam under the course. My son went through the course one time, and I saw an adult man lose his grip on part of the course and almost crush a baby, and then a toddler grab a swinging platform and almost hit a kid in the head. In another area, they have a ropes course up high but no one to direct kids which direction to go. I saw one boy get his lead tangled in the ropes and get stuck and another tiny girl go back and forth across one part preventing anyone else from going. In all areas where kids could jump off of things into the foam pits, no one seemed to be monitoring when kids jumped, so my other son was jumped on and hurt his leg. Trust me, just take the trip into Charlotte and go to Defy Gravity. Its larger, better managed and supervised, and cheaper!

Great place...lots of physical activities for kids of all ages

The kids had a great time, didnt want to leave. I just wish they had more choices of concessions, food and drink.

Had a double birthday party for 2 of my sons here. Was our first time going as well. Nothing was explained. Was told 3 times pizza would be soon and it never showed up!Had to request 3 times for them to call for the party to come back to the room for cake since pizza hadnt come. :/ not worth the price we paid! They allowed other children, whom werent invited nor on the list of children that were coming to take open spots.

The statement yall gave about the self clip is bs. That was a child and your workers should have double checked to make sure he was properly clipped. That goes for anybody. Why remove the attraction just tightened up on your safety measures.

This is such a fun place! Kids can bounce for hours, adults can get a good workout... or rest and watch. A variety of play things and obstacles. We really enjoyed and we will be back

We usually come at toddler time and I have to say the staff always plays with my granddaughter!! Been a great experience every time weve been You just have to watch your kids!!!

I love this place, the variety of trampolines and things you can do here Is alot. For it being such a big space, you have the freedom to jump everywhere. Had plenty of fun hanging out with my friends.

Great staff! We came for a birthday party, all the kids had a blast. My 8 year old got scared on the Sky Rail and one of the staff went up and helped him walk all the way through the obstacles. After that one time, he went back at least half of a dozen times on his own. I highly recommend this establishment.

I have been there several times although I dont jump myself my child loves it and Im so glad to have a place like this close to home. I also feel like its a safe place to leave my child to play for a few hours while I run errands or eat with the wife.

Went 6/20/19 This place was different from all other top trampoline parks I been 2 with the double jump wall type thing, American Ninja Warrior course & a activity straight from Wipeout TV show where u bounce over a spinning arm trying not 2 get smacked which was another reason We decided 2 choose this spot. The music was definitely on point(Black People Music)by it being a weekday which I was surprised because I expected 2 hear some country North Kakkalaky old town road BS like I hear out here in a lot of places out here that dont know how 2 switch it up. The wall climbing was close due 2 a young boy falling off & dying sadly because I saw the police checking the scene(RIP) Oh bring a change of shoes 4 the zip line thing because they wouldnt let me get on because I showed up n flip flops & mainly bounce your insides until your sore like I am

My son and his friends love this place! Its a wonderful place for them to go where the parents dont have to worry and they have a great time with their friends

Had a blast and the prices arent bad.

I can honestly see how a child lost their life and how is that stupid wall still up after the accident.The staff is nothing but teenagers who are to busy flirting with one another to pay the slightest amount of attention at their post...A kid jumped on my son in the foam pit and landed on his face left a bruise. I get it kids will be kids and are impatient but thats why they have people posted up all around the damn place. The boy that was standing there was flirting and had his back turned the whole time. He wouldve been doing his job it wouldve never happened theyre suppose wait until the others are out of the way. Wont be back any more

Awesome. My kids (and husband) had an teriffic time. The staff (or parents) should be more aware of toddlers that wander into the big kid play areas. A partition to block off the toddler zone would be beneficial. My seven year old kept being called out by the staff because he was trying to jump from tramp to tramp on the main floor, but the little ones kept walking across while he was mid-jump. Total buzz kill.

Was visiting family they took us here and it is so amazing, so much fun

Loved this place. It’s nice to have one closer instead of driving to Sky zone. Prices are reasonable. I have small kids so it was nice to see a dedicated areas for them to play and jump safely.

I would give zero stars if I could, we were there and the teenage workers paid no attention to the children and then a couple of months later a child dies!!! A child should not be responsible for making sure their harness is attached right!!! That is negligence and my grandchildren will never go back!!!!!

This is an amazing place and our kids had a blast. We could easily spend several hours here, and would be a great place for a party! The only issue, and it was a bit of a downer, was the incredibly long and slow line to gain access. We ordered early and online and chose 2pm as our entrance time. We didnt enter until 245, standing in line the entire time. We were given the lost 45 minutes, but it did throw off our evening plans a bit. If you go on the weekends, put this as a possible expectation.

I took my kids on Saturday around 5pm and I was so amazed at how much there was to do they had everything you could think of. We all had a great time and will be going back it was of course packed but it didnt bother us at all it was great!

I take my toddler for toddler time during the week and he gets to have free run of the entire place it’s just a bunch of toddlers there anyways plus it was only 6$ for him and my husband to jump together. Great place to take your your get child for them to have fun without the worry of them getting pushed down buy the bigger kids

Went in on a Sunday at 1. Seems like a good time as the lines were long when we left at 2. Kids (3 & 10) enjoyed themselves.

Ignore the negative reviews about the wait and line. Those folks were there during the opening week. Im not sure why they would have expected anything else during that time.Weve taken our toddler twice and he had a great time. They actually have a dedicated toddler time M-F upon opening. Remember, you cant please everyone and some expect a red carpet wherever they go.

This was my first trip to a trampoline park, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the safety measures in place. The trampolines are built into the floor, with lots of foam padding. The children in our party, ages 2 - 13, all had a great time. The downsides - it is extremely loud, and there arent many places for adults to sit.

Its very frustrating. I live in another city Ive been calling for three days trying to ask questions about booking a birthday party and nobody answers the answering machine to leave a call back is full. I tried to book birthday party online but it wont let me get past register an account.I just changed my rating to a five star thanks to lady named alesha who works there she was super nice and very polite....thank you we hada blast

This place is so much fun! They offer a lot more than other trampoline parks we have been to. I only wish they offered memberships. It can get expensive to visit as often as Id like.

The line was very long which was to be expected on opening weekend. After waiting over 30 mins to pay to jump we went to the children’s area which is 6 and under. The poor girl that was working that area was trying her best to kick the big kids out the entire time we were there. There is no gate or net around the children’s area. The entire time your toddler is jumping you have to grab them because the big kids cut through the toddler area as fast as they can. I talked to the manager and told him about that and he said that’s just how it is and not much they can do. I do not recommend this place for children under 5. Way too many people jumping, not many people working and absolute chaos. Sad because it’s such a nice facility but no organization.

Easy to keep track of your child(ren). Loved how they helped with the birthday party we were there for.

First off, I was at the park when Matthew Lu fell from the Clip n Climb and I am still traumatized over the situation. It is a very fun place to go but pretty much all teenagers or early 20s people work there. Rather than monitoring, they usually join in the activities and one employee was JUULING INSIDE THE PARK!!!!!! I was hit in the face several times by dodgeballs and nothing was done about it. AND, if you are injured, you cant file a lawsuit against them because you signed a waiver!! I will not be going back ever!!!!

We had my sons 9th birthday here. Kids loved it. It was super crowded but i felt safe enough to them go and play without be right with them. Only had 2 hours to play, and have cake and open presents. Birthday parties need have 2 hours of play time then have 30 mins reserved for cake and stuff.

How can this unsafe place still have children playing? It is NOT a good place for kids to play at all. This world has lost Mathew Lu because of this fun place!

Great place... as long as you don’t have to deal with the very childish employee(s).I’ve personally encountered the same employee twice on two separate occasions... she was very rude, and disrespectful. I even nicely told the manager, an clearly nothing was done.

Need to improve their security at the door. Regarding making sure kids that are leaving are leaving with who theyre supposed to be leaving with. Too easy to walk in and out unnoticed.

My son and his friend had a great time! At 6 years old, he wasnt quite tall enough to do everything they had to offed. But he had a blast and wore himself out!

This was our first time coming here very fun clean and the staff was so friendly will be coming here again.

Im so excited to have this here in Gastonia!Nice vibe, theyve got a cool ropes course where you can zip line over the crowd, snacks and drinks are reasonably priced, a course for the smaller kids, dodgeball, etc. Cant wait to go back, when the newness wears out and the crowd dies down.

To begin with Id take that star off because of the service alone, they were all very rude & I do mean all, on top of that you have to take out a loan just to jump with 1 kid & 2 adults, if I were to know this, I would have just bought a trampaline & jumped in my back yard, which is a judge free environment considered to this place, personally I would go to putt putt & paid way less & this is coming from a young couple with a 1 & a / year old, stear clear from this place, fend for yourself there, but still the point is your kid should be able to have fun,

I recently attended a relatives birthday party this weekend. I understand it is a new establishment but it is not organized. The lines were long and there was very little instruction or no one at entrance to tell where we go. The room where the party was held was bland. Nothing personalized to show a birthday party. No table cloths, no birthday decorations at all. The workers were walking in and out the room because the storage closet was in the room where the party was held. The tv was on sports center .we had to ask for plates, the bottles water were cold. There was no host. I think this is a good addition to the city but there needs to be more organization and I think its understaffed for the large volumn of customers .

I booked a party online Thursday night they called my Friday night about my Saturday party I booked and said sorry they didn’t have room and I still haven’t got refunded my money!!! They need to get it together! Need more staff and a website update obviously
