Happy 62nd Birthday Michael Jackson..continue to rest in peace
Not sure it is open to the public. Only monuments to the Prince of Pop are behind the gate in the sidewalk. The neighborhood around the house is very rough, as well as the school. The house itself is immaculate. Definitely worth a quick stop if in the area, but not a full fledge trip on its own.
Amazing to see the home of all the Jacksons .
We visited on Saturday and they were in the process of celebrating Michael Jacksons birthday. This probably is a weekend event for August 2020.
Its where Mike was born and raised. Ive always wanted to see it. They took his statue down because it kept getting vandalized. Its hated and I took some pictures but everything on the outside of the house has a dedication message. Nothing was left that wasnt written on. Even the street signs
When I arrive the cousin was keeping the yard cutting the grass. The house its on the corner. There are plaques in the cement on the side of the house you dont want to miss those. You cannot go in it is not a museum is simply a house on a corner.
Nice house city streets are rough!!
This year I enjoyed the hell out of it ,all the dancers was spot on ! the weather perfect ,and Ive loved it every year, havent missed one yet!!
You can just feel the artistic musical history.
I expected so much more. I really wish they would upgrade the area.
Ok for the nostalgia. Just a house on the corner of Michael Jackson & Jackson Family streets. Well kept and a board visitors can sign.
It was a nice little stop. Very brief but got see a small piece of history.
I am a you tuber from Michigan called The Traveling Buddy i was so glad to ad this historical place to my page.
Anticlimactic. I thought there would be more.
Even though you cant go into the home, it is still a must see. It is not a destination type of place...but definitely stop if you happen to be in the area!
Good vibes. The kids were so excited.
Pretty cool to be able to see this
Humble house that housed 11 people, the neighborhood wasnt great back when they lived here & is more rundown now, but greatness grew here.
I dont want to speak ill on the king of pop house where he grew up. I just feel like the surroundings should have looked better
Just really cool to see where the king of pop was raised!
I loved being There!!
Well maintained but needs something identifying it as Michael Jackson residence
Of course its closed (pandemic), but well worth the trip! Long live Mike!
