It is a small quaint park. Most trailers are privately owned. The trailers are close to each other. The trailer park is just off of Ridge Road on the edge of Griffith located in Calumet township. However my understanding is that the lots are now on a month to month lease.

Was a nice park for retired people. Used to be well kept but starting to turn trashy as the elderly residents are moving on.

FAIRLY well kept.roads need improvements..Mostly quiet inviornment.

Very clean mobile home community. Residents keep their property and lawns well kept

Laura, tif you follow rules and do what is expected of the tentants, the manager doesnt bother with people. You are not above the rules set in this park.

A very clean, small and quiet community with the beauty of the woods.

I live here,its a nice place.

The park is fine, rent is reasonable but the park manager is horrible.
