You will enter the casino at level 2. ID check, covid-19 check. The machines are spread apart, 6ft are more . The woman that was working on the floor with spraying and wiping down machines. Restrooms looked good they smelled good and clean. went to relax a little bit , was there for about 3 hours, got the monkey off my back. Had fun and was out. Have fun and enjoy.

Its a casino. This particular evening was Halloween night. I had $145 in freeplay available on my Majestic card. I spent most of it across three or four machines that all paid very well. By the time the $145 was gone, I had $860 in its place. Not a bad Exchange! As the night progressed, the wins declined slowly, so I left to go over to Ameristar. I cannot believe that the hotel is not in service at this property! I think thats probably a loss of revenue for them. The grounds coming in could use a good manicure! They have replaced the road, but I definitely dislike the roundabout installation. It is nice to be on a smooth road, but would be better if you did not have to look at overgrown weeds the entire way!

I really like Majestic but with this pandemic you cant eat or drink on the floor. It would be nice for me to have my coke while I play. Overall I like to play Majestic.

This is my favorite spot in the world. Best casino ever everyone is so cordial so nice and theyre super clean and they give you free masks and stuff and they have like antibacterial soap all over the place that you can get or better said antibacterial gel all of the security guards are awesome and the people that go there are really great and fun time if you want to be safe and have a good time at any casino this is the place its my spot every Friday and date night me and my man go and its really fun I recommend this place to anybody who wants to have a good time and be safe as well.

Well I must say Majestic dont owe me anything. Clean place, machines were social distanced and ventilation was cold and perfect! I would return here.

You come in and get a temperature check ID check then go down to the casino. I have a hard time walking so I use a wheelchair to walk. In the casino you cant smoke by slot machines it have ANYTHING to drink!! The security is constantly walking around to make sure your mask is up! I only stayed a half an hour! NOT giving up my money to be treated like this! If they dont reinstate the drinking and smoking they have lost me as a customer! The place was like a ghost town! They just need to close down NOW!

I needed to relax from the Pandemic and I was able to go here and do so. I felt safe and precautions were put in place. Did I go home with any winnings? No! But I did go home feeling relaxed...

Good luck trying to win in this place. Blackjack is supposed to be a 5% house advantage but its a 90% house advantage here. For every one person that wins, 9 lose. Dont waste your money or time here.And now the owner of majestic says to private message them. How are we supposed to do that since we cant do that on here

The best people. Employees are kind. I like the choices they offer on slots. Better payouts more frequently win.

The good is no smoking anymore and excellent COVID precautions. The bad is no bars or soda fountains are open on any of the floors. You have to leave the casino to get any type of drink and then cannot take it back in. The soda fountains...yeah I understand, but closing the bars??? Not sure how that is any type of COVID protection. They have to be taking a major loss in revenue. With that said...dont expect to win.

It was a change of scenery without we know money payout but I enjoyed it I ate anyone home happy

This casino has major perks; great customer service, safe and energetic environment & plenty of machines. There are two of my favorites ( fiery wheel - hot stuff and pink seven) It is quite a distance from Chicago however, my wife and I have been very lucky with our winning streaks there. We have yet to try the restaurant cuisine that they offer. Nonetheless we will be lifetime patrons

I decided to visit Majestic Casino today. My initial impression was that it looked run down. The parking lot and promises was filthy but I was already here so I thought why not give it a shot.. I parked my car and walked through a big double door that had ENTRANCE RIGHT ABOVE IT. My wife and I proceeded up the escalator, up a flight of stairs and down a long narrow hallway to an open area where there was security and another entrance to the right where others were entering. The security guard turned and told us, we need to turn around, go back down the stairs, back down the escalator out to the parking lot, make a left enter through the other entrance, climb back up the stairs and come through the door that was 5 feet from where we were already standing. I understand there is security but there wasnt any signs pointing Customers to the right entrance. Advice for Management, based on the condition of the outside of your casino, the last thing you need is a poorly trained security guard. Treating your potential customers so poorly that they never even step foot inside your facility. This happened today at 1:45 PM. I decided to drive Four Winds Casino. Take a drive over there and see how top notch customer service works. You guys have a lot of catching up to do.

I rate this Casino a 3 out of 5 because of the Fact that a few of your Staff is not consistently courteous with the players! Being Polite does not cost Anything! My encounter with a Slot Technician was fine! Very friendly person! I did not win today, but everyone that plays Slots knows that this is a part of the game!

10/26/20 - Horrible Experience. I have been coming here for years and I have never seen it like this. I was in the high limit slot area, playing a few games. I went to one and it did not cash out. I pressed several service buttons on different machines, and no attendants came. My fiancé went to find help, she finally did, and they attended to the wrong person. Mind you this was a slow Sunday, there was hardly anyone there. When they finally arrived they cracked jokes the whole time. Im one to give fairness to anyone, but standing there dealing with all this was unacceptable. We wont be back again, and this was a long time customer.

This is one of the worst Casino Ive been to. No prom for signing up as new member.The first 3 games I sat at did not work properly, when I told someone they acted like they didnt believe me.All the workers just looked like they did not even want to be here.And the food places that were open looked very over priced. I will not be back. P.s. I did win some, but did not break even.As to be expected.

Machines are antiquated! Very dark and gloomy. And who wants to lose their money in a place thats as dark as a cave? Cash machines stay broken. Staff is limited! Hopefully when they move, things will look better. It would be nice to see where my money went!!

I go to casinos quite often and eventually at all of them Ive won something. Ive been going to majestic for longer than every other casino, Ive never won. I go there simply because its close to where I live and I get tired of Horseshoe and Ameristar. Like alright inside, staff is great, but gambling there is absolutely horrible!

Although a great deal of money was obviously spent on the roads to get here, the Majestic Star Casino leaves much to be desired! Dirty, unwelcoming, TIGHT slots, Horrible exhaust system..the list goes on and what a shame! This used to be my most absolute favorite casino. This is one place that I wont spend another 45 minutes to return to!

Took the shuttle from Chicago on my birthday...They didnt let me into the casino because my ID was expired. Even though I had other forms of ID and it was my birthday.Asked to speak to management and they sent out a custodial worked pretending to be management to tell me no.I really feel that I was biased because of the color of my skin.Had to wait two hours for the bus to come back.I will never go back to this casino ever again.Worst experience ever.Now they telling me to message them privately...Man up for your mistakes... Worst casino in America...

Update: Went back a week ago after a 7 month lay-off due to COVID-19...I must say the set-up was good...Social distancing, temperature check, and ID check...I went in the morning and I observed everyone with a mask, bathroom was very clean and cleaning teams were on point keeping machines sprayed and clean....the only two complaints I have is they need to change that carpet and invest in a better filtration system...I dont care if you smoke I just dont want to smell it and come home smelling like smoke...so for me the best time is in the AM and Im gone before 4pm because the smoke is horrible after then...the day I went the slots were loose and I did pretty good!

Majestic Casino has some of the tightest slots this side of heaven. I visit on occasion but I rarely observe any winners. Majority of the patrons are seniors and African Americans. I would strongly suggest Rivers Casino. I will not be visiting anytime soon. I am sad and my pockets needs to be refreshed.

It was the first time that I went there and I didnt like it..There wasnt alot of machines to play and the casino bathroom was dirty. Stuff all on the floor and no toilet paper or paper towels. The escalators was broke down too.

Whew!!! I will be a forever customer of this here establishment!! The customer service is amazing and the food is even better. I ate myself in a small crab leg heaven!! But all the food was good. From the ribs, the fried chicken, the seafood boil, and that oatmeal fried cat fish!!! Its worth every penny and ill be there every 2 weeks!!

Friday and Saturday nights are all you can eat Crab legs for a descent price... Oh and Prime rib too. Food isnt bad at all my Spouse loves it!

Crab legs were pretty good.. this is not a place to go if you want to eat healthy. Mostly fried foods not many veggies. Salad bar was decent. Ribs were pretty good too.

We loved this place. Kind of confusing to find the slots. But the rewards center girls were nice. They gave us $30 for being new there and signing up with an email. We had a blast in the 3 hours we stayed there.

So much love had a great time food was delicious.

Boat casinos in the middle of an industrial wasteland. The boats themselves are certainly boats from the outside, but they are permanently attached to the dock to skirt gambling laws. The larger one even had a nice two story room with themed chandeliers. Interesting, but definitely a step down from other more permanent casinos within an hours drive.

Horrible security staff. They allow people to hold machines for hours at a time with the chair turned even though it states they must be actively playing. Casino is not good. Filled with smoke and brings in just rude clientele. They need to get better at not allowing people to hold machines while not playing. It takes away from there buisness and makes it an uncomfortable environment. Will take my money to horseshoe instead! Stay clear you have been warned!

Its fun, lively, great machines. The buffet needs work. Foods not that good. Too salty, same old foods. Be nice to see grilled steaks and chops again. Be nice to see more servers come around offering beverages also. You cant walk away from your machine because someone will take it or take your money. Pretty much like that at all casinos but most have servers. Majestic rarely does. Be nice to win something now and then. Havent won a jackpot in over 3 years.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER ENCOUNTERED!We Never Made It To The Casino Itself. Stanley The Security Card Refused My Girlfriend Entry. He Asked For The Address On Her ID! She Gave It! He Asked For The Birthday! She Gave It! He Asked For The Birthday Again! She Gave It Again! He Then Stated “You Ain’t Gotta Say It With No Attitude, Do she know I Can Turn Her The Other Way?” Then He Asked Again for the Birthday! And She Told Him “I Just Told You Twice, Now I Have An Attitude ” So She was rightfully irritated and asked for Her ID Back and We Left! I Will Never Go to An establishment Like This. I will never return. The hospitality was not pleasing. I am disgusted and highly disappointed with his behavior. He was comfortable Antagonizing a patron and the behavior is simply unacceptable! If you don’t want bad customer service don’t come here. You get it at the entrance. 3.6 stars is for a reason. We came here to blow off steam before a funeral tomorrow morning. Bad idea.

I go there about once a week. Truthfully, the casinos nearby are nicer but this one has some loyal customers and thats a good thing!
