Love this place, it’s so nice to have somewhere to go to still enjoy skating. Staff is pretty friendly, I just wish there was some more current jams to skate to. My one and only complaint. Still worth all 5 stars

Had a private party and it was worth every penny. Our family and friends had a blast.

Perfect place. I’m be been here 3 times so far. I’m still learning but this place is spacious the floors are nice and the hours are great. Oh the music selection is cool too, I’m old and there’s a mixture of stuff that’s before during and after my time.

The kids love it. It was clean and all the workers we very helpful and kind. Prices were also very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

We did a photo shoot there a few weeks back. The staff was awesome and very helpful! Definitely recommend for photoshoots or to just have fun skating!

Aside from the cold temp. Older kids n adults pushing kids around. And pricey food. Its great for kids to let off steam. My grandchildren made a few friends. Plz consider separating the age groups once or twice a week.

Very fun. Cute environment, lots of lights and a decent sized rink. Only complaint is they play the same 10 songs on loop. Other than that its very fun and I definitely suggest it.

It is a great place for the beginning skater to the more experienced. They even had skate walkers!

A family favorite for over 30 years. The skate floor here is the best in the whole metroplex and the people who work here are the nicest of them all!

Good place for a date night. Fun atmosphere, good music and great staff. I have been skating there for over 2 decades.

Food is horrible and pricey but the kids had fun

A little crowded but it was like walking back into the the late 70s and early 80s. A great atmosphere, good music selections and fun games. The best part was being able to share it with my son and he loved every moment!

Horrible! They dont enforce the mask mandate in the rink. I recently went there and the majority of people did not have masks on the whole time. How disgusting and awful.

Had a bday party for a 5&6 yr old. Everything was GREAT except for the face painting that was included in the price. They need to hire someone else for that but thats the only disappointment. Will go back

Staff was rude. All the skates wheels were loose (which is very hazardous). When I asked to switch my skates they said I had to pay a dollar and 8 cents, but then told me it was a 5 dollar minimum on card. They got angry at my friends for stopping by the wall to look at the wheels on there skates that were about to fly off. You would think a “4.3” rink would be a little nicer to guest and have skates that weren’t a hazard, but I guess not.Want to go to a good skaterink? Go to lewisville. Its a drive. But work it compared to this excuse if a rink.

This place is great to hang out at. Decent food, maintained rink, and cool lighting. Plus its been a family owned hometown staple for like 30 years! (Full disclosure the games are few and randomly placed, but I used to kick it with the owners son so I gave it an extra star)

Staff was rude. All the skates wheels were loose (which is very hazardous). I was with my 11 year old cousins, and saw them get angry at 2 girls for stopping to see what was wrong with their skates.Interskate rink is way better. Super cheap on tuesdays (2 dollars I think). They have adult only nights, party areas, and let you change skate no matter what (without charging you extra). Its a drive from Garland. But worth it compared to this haphazard skate rink.

Had a fun time. Floor was recently re-coated so it was nice and smooth.

Dj don’t care, food is waaayyy overpriced and the building is very unsanitary.

I love this place. Its the place I learned how to skate at and now 20 years later my little girl gets to join the fun as well!!

I enjoyed my time at Texas Skatium. I had my nieces birthday party here, and our host Julian did an amazing job. The only problem is that there wasn’t much space between the parties, but other than that I highly recommend this place.

They need to make every one inside wear their mask

Fun place and great price. I took my youth group and my kids had a lot of fun. We were only there an hour and it was good enough. And they also have the learners triangle that helped one of my boys who needed it. The restrooms were clean and had a good scent :)

Enjoyed it! Very relaxed vibe. Areas are available for support like a wall and half wall, lol! Loved when they played Thriller and added some fog. My kiddos enjoyed it and they do have the walkers or trainers to hold on to for kids.

As far as skate rinks go, it was cleaner and nicer than most. Rink is a little small, so it was packed with people and hard to skate, but we did go on a Saturday night so thats on us.

Enjoyed taking the grandkids here to learn how to skate, brought back memories of when I was a kid. The style of music has definitely changed, but its still basically the same. The organizing wasnt too bad, fairly clean and decent environment, good clean fun for the young people. It was so pleasant to be amongst so many kids laughing and playing and their faces were not planted in a phone! There is yet hope lol.

Wow! Talk about hidden fees. Came for a birthday party and saw roller blades was $4. So I went to pay and they said it was $10.83. So I was already in with the birthday party but had to pay admission $6 + $4 for the rental.

They did a wonderful job with my childs birthday party. Very accommodating and a great price!

Good size. Good price. Kids have fun and you can go fairly fast. Better when it is the fast skate time! Wish they did that more. I asked and he did. Thanks!

Currently here. Very nice atmosphere seem to have people on the floor that actually skate around and help u up if needed . Food was good and greeted at the front window. It was definitely worth my 20 min drive. My kids had a good time as well.Will be back thanks

Very fun place for indoor roller blading or roller skating. There is a mix of young and old, and experienced and non-experienced.Good music and good admission prices.In the future, if i am in the area i will defiantly go again.

We really enjoyed this skating rink. Everyone that worked there were very nice & helpful. We were there for a party & the staff did everything, which was easy! I gave only 4 stars because the food, drinks, ice cream etc were pretty pricey. One Snickers ice cream bar was $5.00.

I love this place so much I’ve been going here since I was little. Snacks are at a reasonable price lots of space awesome music nice people I mean what more could you ask for in a skating rink!!

We had a Roll Bounce birthday for my 5 year old. Everything was on time, there were plenty of cheerful staff facilitating, our hostess was incredible and very professional. All of our guest had a great time. If I must make a suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the pizzas. What I like the most, was the available party options. Great place to have party on any budget.

We do love this place, but the last time we came, there was about 40 teenage kids (who werent there skating) they were loitering, taking up the entire area where tables are for us to sit, they were walking on tables, fighting, sitting at our table, stealing items from our table and acting so crazy and loud. I had a 7 year old with me and 6 teenagers and I didnt feel like it was a safe place for us to be. I told the management about it and maybe half the kids left, but it still didnt remedy the problem. Those kids just came as non paying loitering teenagers and spoiled the fun of a lot if paying customers who wanted to skate. I was very disappointed that they were allowed to behave this way here. It was a Thursday night.

This is one of the best skating rinks around. Ive had many of my kids birthday parties here and everyone always had fun. It has a large skating rink and a nice snack bar area. The owner is super nice and very attentive.

Ive been skating here since I was a kid and it was such an amazing experience to have my daughter celebrate her 8th birthday party here. The staff was friendly and helpful, our helper let the Birthday Girl have whatever balloon animal she wanted and the pizza was fabulous. We always love coming here to enjoy some skating.

Its a lot of fun and a good hang out place for your friends

This is a place full of wonders, if you havent gone there, nows the time to do so. My tradition is to go there every year of my birthday.

Great place for old schoolers! A little crowded earlier in the night, but the DJ Alex was on point! Best DJ of any of the other rinks in the dfw area that I frequent... Just Sayin!

I went skating for the first time in years. Saturday night the place was packed with people of all ages. It wasnt well priced fun.

An ok skating rink. The floors were super slippery. There was no skating ref to make sure the skating flow was followed or even to just monitor the rink. The music was all over...from decades ago to a few songs from today. We ordered a pizza and it was those $2 frozen pizzas you buy from Wal-Mart so nothing to brag about. Overall, my kids had an ok time.

Place is amazing. Even if you dont or cant skate its worth it to hear DJ Alex do his thing!!!

Great throw back skate place

Great experience. My kids loved it and the overall experience was very positive. Its great to see they are keeping this American pastime alive and vibrant. We plan on making several visits here in the near future.

My daughter loves coming here. She has been taking lessons for over a month and has improved immensely.

My 10 yr old went there with Hiss daycare as a fun trip, and said the coin machines took His money, and on top of that , He got yelled at by an old lady worker. I believe fun places like these should keep there employees on check ....

Not too bad for the price, the only issue is it gets pretty crowded and there arent many places to sit down. Other than that, its good! Definitely coming back.

Theres a large place to skate and a bouncy area that is available for birthday parties only. Our kids were kind of sad that we couldnt figure out how to get them a jumping session. They have walkers for people learning to skate of all sizes. They also have special skates for young children just learning. The downside is that their concession stand is very very slow. Its also hard to find a place to park, and they could use more help there. It is always very crowded. The boys at the skate area where you pick up your skates are very nice and helpful.

My daughter just cannot get enough of the place I enjoy the fact that the crowd isnt a bunch of mean people trying to knock down other people. Its actually very innocent kind of entertaining and humorous way. But they have everything that you need all the goodies my daughter said that they could up there roller skates a little bit that their rentals were really crappy but if Im not mistaken I think they have other options to the original regular rentals I could be wrong I know in my day we could get speed skates or regular skates so I dont see why today would be any different all in all its the bees knees

The staff Is nice and helpful. But they are understaffed and take forever to attend you. Prices on food is high.

Decent skates, fun, music loud so may bother some. A little light staffed today on a holiday so had to wait for skates. But overall good first experience. Didnt eat or play games.

OMG havent skated in years! My legs hurt and I love it. Super nice staff. We went when it was slow. Prices are reasonable. Definately gonna be going back.

My friend and I always try to come out on Wednesdays. We were first time skaters and wanted to learn. The staff is always helpful and we appreciate how they let us skate even when they are technology close. I love this place.

Our daughter impromptu asked us to take her skating tonight and we ended up taking one of her friends and our son and had a blast. Brings back memories, the staff was friendly and not to crowded on a Friday night. We actually ran into one of our old neighbors.

I took my daughter here for a birthday party. It was clean, bright, the music was good and they even played music videos on a big screen that can be seen while skating.i saw little ones, prob the age of 4, skating with the help of a walker on wheels made put of pvc pipe! How cute is that! The front desk was helpful. Even when she didnt know the answer she went to ask. Only thing i would say was not so great, was that they charge for every thing. . . Like down to a cup of ice os .75 cents. . . . But i guess thats how they make their money too!!! All in all it was fun for the kids

Cool place to skate. Music is decent. Although I noticed recently they talk over the music with announcements way more than they used to. It feels like every other song there is an announcement, thats why I dont enjoy going to superskate, they are the king of talking over songs.
