An awesome wave pool. Its 8 bucks to get in for the whole day and on the Saturday we went there was hardly anyone. Had a great time that Id recommend to anyone. Bring a cooler with drinks and food and youre good for the whole day.

I went for a first look at surf and swim before it opens memorial weekend, looks amazing! It has a spray area for the toddlers, two big green areas with chairs and picnic tables (first come first serve) another covered area by the restrooms with more picnic tables (first come first serve) lockers (u rent them) and also an area over looking the pool for party rentals.

It is the best, the waves make it seem like your at the beach and a little kids pool for my little sister ,so fun if you are looking for the best wave pool in Texas surf and swim is the one.

Course was well maintained but be sure to take a picture of the map so you dont get lost. Also be sure to watch out for snakes

The pool is not open. No explanation, no information on the internet or website. Drove my kids here all the way from Denton, since it said it was open, and nothing else is open in Denton County or Collin County yet.

Its a nice place but the waves that are there get annoying and dont let you relax as much and it gets pretty boring

Decent place. Good toddler area. However, the guests are less than admirable. We went one time last season and there were three different fist fights....that involved adults. The park closed an hour early after the last fight without compensation. Will not return.

Awesome swim area for my 3 year old & 7 year old grandsons. They both enjoy the waves and the little one really likes the infant area water equipment.

Is a good place to enjoy with the family and friends.

Garlands best pool. Great wave pool, kids splash pad, and picnic areas where you can bring your own food and drinks. The waves go for a few minutes alternated with calm water. The walk- in pool entry feels like a beach when the waves are going. They provide free clear inner tubes, and life jackets for anyone in need. You can bring your own life jackets too, which I recommend for small kids as the waves are quite big, but no floaties or pool toys.

THE KIDS HAVE AN AWESOME TIME!!! WE USUALLY STAY IN THE KIDDY AREA. ITS SPACIOUS AND KID FRIENDLY

We were not allowed in early to set up for a private party. Not even a few minutes early. No one was going to swim, we just wanted to set up. They did not open the gates till EXACTLY 6:30!We were told that we had the place from 6:30 to 8:30. Every one was told to get out of the pool at 8:15 so they could clean up. The worst $700.00 we ever spent! Never again!

This wave pool is amazing! You can bring food and drinks in a cooler. They sale it as well. They have life jackets available and if you get there on a non busy day you can get a tube to float in. They have nice places to sit and some of the area is shady. Parking is decent. They have lockers you can pay for to put your things in as well as a changing/ restroom.

We went there, which we do frequently and mom lost a large 14k gold hoop earring there. She called to see if they had found it. They had not they took a message and 4 days later they called and said they found it! So if there are good ppl in this world still, a lot of them work here! Always fun. Staff is always friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this place!!

Worst experience today. Went to friends Birthday at surf n swim and wasnt allowed in because they said they full to capacity. Even though people were leaving and they were letting other people in. Not the way you run your business.

Wave pool is super fun. My kiddo loved the toddler area, though we did notice a lot of bees around the trash cans. We only stayed about an hour but loved it!

Perfect place to spend a family day and have lots of fun! Its a safe and clean environment! I love how there are life savers everywhere watching and making sure everyone is safe, the kids area its amazingly fun for the kids. The waves on the big pool are so much fun, I love how there are free life savers, floating wheels, and chairs available. Also a great space with grass and trees, youll never regret coming to this place! And the price is very good!!

It was Okay. Personally I do not like recreational water based centers because Im really not interested in waterborne diseases. I was convinced to come here with coworkers. Nevertheless, I think this place is alright for those looking for a little fun in this hot weather. Customer service experience was quite decent. The customers themselves are well behaved. There are life guards, staying vigilant, which is great! Music is played, but not originals from the artist, more like voice overs, I guess for copyright reasons. Overall quality time.

Its not bad for a swimming pool but it needs a renovation on their restroom and shower. They also need to fix their soap dispenser it couldnt dispense any soap at all on any soap dispenser. They also need to get rid of the flies and bees they always fly around the trash can.

Dont go kicking into the deep end*... advanced swimmers only! ☆

This is a really fun wave pool that all can enjoy. They do have a shortage on tubes so I feel that they need to get some more since there are so many people. The Dippin Dots are great there.

Good place. clean water, shady places to sit. only thing that could be better is the grass area, the chill spot. too many bugs,etc. in my opinion, i think if the grass was kept with pesticides then the experience would be even better. especially when you bring food.

Fun I love the kid splash zone. The life guards could be more friendly but I always have fun with my kids and we usually stay all day. Bring back movie night and lower your price. The rest of the garland pools are 2 or 3 $

Family Fun. Memories made. Bring the ice chest, plants of drinks and food. We brought chairs but there was plenty of tables and beach chairs available.

This place really suck. I called they say there open amd when we get here they say they cant take no more ppl. At least let people know that your full capacity and dont let people come to your location thinking they are going to have a fun time with their kids and just turn them away...

We drove all the way from stockyards Fort Worth and they reached capacity and while people leaving the park. They still will not allow people to enter, but we had pre-purchased our tickets and they didnt redeem them. The rules state when you leave out gate you can ask for stamp to return. There was people were entering gate by and staff waving them off to enter, without checking stamp. I guess if I appeared to be wet I could enter but I believe its just favoritism letting their family member while pool area was at capacity. Would not recommend this place unless you want to waste your time and money driving here to be let down. And their staff were rude and racist people.

The Groupon deal is hardly one at all. Kids love this place but I couldnt get the urine smell near the spray park out of my nose. Think it may have burned some of my nose hairs off. Its good that the center provides life jackets and tubes at no cost. This ensures that folks will just leave the jackets floating in the pool once they are done and I saw one mom holding on to 4 tubes while the kids played in the pool? Who doesnt love free stuff, I guess.

It is a very fun place to go to if your looking to spend time with your family. And is very kid friendly

Huge wave pool ! Cannot bring in any of your pool toys inside, but they provide tubes and life jackets. Snack stand is a rip off, so bring your own cooler & snacks.

A great place to go with kids,$8 to swim and you can rent inside of the recreation center for family reunion, birthday etc....

Absolutely my favorite place admission for adult is 8 and below 48 is 6 kids under 2yrs old free food is a bit on the pricey side but it taste okay they have waves and a kiddie play area..their is around 50 tables and plenty chairs..

Pool was dirty, very off putting for a large public pool like this. After removing leaves and hair out of my way the pool did not have that chlorine smell.There were a total of 60 people on pool during my visit. The lifeguards are joke. Most of the time they were chatting with each other not watching the pool. When they were paying attention they were rude to patrons over and over again. Be it cooler violations,shorts,running, felt more like a quick swim in a prison pool than surf n swim. Needless to say I will never go back, sad as I spent a lot of childhood around it. If your planning a family trip,,,spend the extra 25 bucks and just go to hurricane harbor. Its cleaner ,nicer, and not run by 14 year olds.

I love this place but they kept stopping the waves for any dumb reason today which is opening weekend this summer. Maybe the life gaurds were new..

I had a wonderful time despite an asthmatic emergency that required Sydni (sorry if I spelled it wrong) rescue me. The staff were all helpful and concerned. My children and grandchild loved their time, and we hope to visit again. Thank you to all the staff

Worst customer service experience ever. The young girl at the counter is extremely rude. Her and another employee were laughing as I was trying to tell her how many kids I had with me. I will never go back or recommend this place to any one.Attended Monday 9/5 @ 2:30- Paid $45 to swim for 2 hrs. smh

Clean swimming facility with a splash park. There are waves that turn on every 15-20 minutes. Nice to spend with family.

Love this place one big pool have its own mechanical wave every 10 minutes, youre able to bring your cooleryou can bring snacks if not they have a food court . No alcohol its a nice family place

It was fine when me and my friend first got here but after about 30 minutes we got kicked out the pool and had to wait more then an hour and still waiting to get in... Idk if Ill come back or not
