Im not happy with the situation but I hope the owners of this places reduce their prices honestly for me they are thieves you spend $100 dollars on games kids take the tickets and they give you a 10 cents toys not to mention the pizza prices and those cards ti play that stole lots of time after you put in .also management and staff they never smiles or never been polite it seem all the people works a those place show up to work just because they need the money. Corporations other thing they never answer the phone but now they see God it making justice over those places and Im not a bad guy I buy the $ 5 dollars pizza and I add 2 more for pepperoni so they can survive

Went to this Chuck E. Cheese tonight with my wife and kids to have a good time. I bought a salad bar, when I check the salad it was brown and nasty. So I told the manager and he said that he’ll change it, but he brought another nasty one. I also bought the game card for 18 dollars which allows you to play for 45 minutes. My kids were only able to play for 8 minutes before they turn all the games off. I told the manager about that and he said they were already closing when he had said that they were closing at 10 on the speaker earlier.

Pizza just great, just like we remember it, but they changed their breadsticks!! Not cool! They used to help crispy, made from the crust of their pizza! Now theyre trying to make them like Olive Garden, without success!! They also had a lot of games, but many only paid out 1-3 tickets! Seriously! For a 2 year old! These were the toddler style games! Not the skee ball!

It is what you’d expect. Lots of kids running around playing games. The kids loved the pizza. Unfortunately no gluten free pizza to order even though it was on the menu. Two kids one hour of games cost $44.

First time I see a Chuck E. Cheese doing a sing a long show for the kids. My kids had loads of fun. Very easy to keep an eye on your kids while waiting for the pizza. Parking could be better but inside the location has a good atmosphere.

The food is terrible but the games are fun. I love skeeball probably my favorite. They do have a lot of games and children activitys so cool place to come have some fun with the fam bam.

Decent place good food,VERY LOW TICKETS GIVENIt seems like this one has games that give u a very limited amout of tickets you spend an hour and a half playing you get 300 tickets ........We go to any other one and we get like 4000 to 5000 tickets my wife and i joke that this chuck e cheeses is like vegas they like the money you bring in but try to keep their prizes as well.

Staff is extremely RUDE and dont want to help with absolutely nothing. I waited at the counter for 15 min before my order was taken. I got the buffet for me and my son. The food was old and stale. The lady doing cotton candy who refused to help or get a cashier to help has her boyfriend here and xxx kissing in front of everyone. Gross! Not what your expectation would be coming to a family place. I come here a lot all hours but this is by far the worst experience I ever had at any place of business. Please management get your crew together. I asked for croutons and told the cotton candy girl she denied me them and said she said it dont come with salad. I expressed to her this is such a aggravating experience... She said oh well.

The games are ok the food is ok but the staff is the worst super rude ! Specially the tall skinny man he was very rude left me with a bad taste will no be returning to Chuck E. Cheese at least not this location !!!!!

The location was clean and the staff was friendly. When I asked about coupons and signing up for the rewards program. The associate at the door did not know the details on how to sign up, but told me to just ask the cashier and that I could give them my phone number. The coupon I used was a great deal. I ordered a pizza and two drinks and only paid $16.99. I also paid for one fun card, which got me 45 minutes of unlimited play for $13.99. Highly recommend going on their website and looking at their coupons if youre looking to save some money. There were some new games and there that were actually very fun to play alongside the kids. More than 3/4 of the ticket munchers were out of service, causing a big commotion as the location begin to close. The gentleman at the door who is checking the hand tags to make sure they match the parents appeared to be falling asleep. He had his head down and seemed frustrated. I overheard him ask his supervisor if he would be able to get a 10 minute break before 9:30 p.m. The supervisor told him to hang tight and hell work on getting someone to cover him. We left at about 9:15 and it didnt seem like he was going to get his break. Overall the food was fresh, the service was fair, and the atmosphere was enjoyable. What stood out the most was the new games separating this location from others. The restrooms definitely were the biggest downfall as the faucets in the mens room would barely trickle water. It was really frustrating to not be able to wash my daughters hands in mine thoroughly before eating. I would return to this location in the future.

We had a great time until they closed & we went to get our tickets redeem for a toy for our grandson who was celebrating his birthday. The girl that was at the toy station walked away & ignore us & started closing the salad bar.We waited for her but she never came back. The staff were more concerned about closing then about helping us .They saw us standing & nobody help us for at least 10 to 15 min.They were to busy closing.when my husband yell if someone can help us the same girl that walked away starting arguing with him & being very rude .Another guest was also waiting to be help & also felt like they were ignoring us.We understand that they want to go home but gust should be their first priority.

Service is poor. Staff is not trained properly, mostly young kids who are not professional.

Terrible experience. I am not the type of person to write negative reviews, but I did not appericate how my situation was handled by this staff. Long story short, I had an incident with the Chuck-E-Cheese card machine and needed a refund for one of the cards purchased. I spoke to a manager and she told me that I wouldnt be able to get a refund because I paid with a debit card instead of cash. After pushing her to find a solution to this problem, because I was a customer... she whined up charging me even more for one of the cards purchased so instead of helping me, she screwed me over from saving some money. If I can give this Chuck-E-Cheese 0 Stars I would do it, no hesitation! after this bad experience I will no longer be coming to this specific Chuck-E-Cheese

We took our children to a new Chuck-E-Cheese we really like this particular location, it wasnt over crowded. It was clean and had a good selection of games for the kids. My only complaint was the worker they were more concerned with talking with each other than assisting customers.

Loved this Chuck E Cheeses! Very clean! Staff was super friendly. Wasnt too loud or packed either for a saturday. Oh and their salad bar was delicious, with lots of options, as well as their baked to perfection pizza! I highly recommend this particular location!!

I love chuck e cheese but this location really let me down this time. They are not only short staffed but the manager is rude. She wasnt wearing a chuck e cheese shirt so it was just a regular looking lady in regular pedestrian clothing barking out orders, and making no eye contact.A lot of the games didnt work and the ticket countera were out of order. The restrooms were clean and the prizes were fair though. Overall my family and I will try to only go to the Costa Mesa or Orange locations for now on.

Chuckee Cheese is a great place to take your kida, whatever age the may be, to a place qhere they can eat and play games. Whenever we go we always have so much fun and win alot of tickets. Thus is a great place to go on a birthday or just a weekend when theres not much to do.

The food we ordered took over 40 minutes to get. We only ordered wings, salad bar and mozzarella sticks. Tables were pretty dirty, salad bar was missing several items, womens restroom had no soap..a little disappointed. I know that they get busy but there were several employees and I saw no sense of urgency, no manager or person in charge, no order or direction.

All Great. Manager outstanding with her service. Food so great. The Visit was a successful day.

Place smelled like feet and was very musty, not affordable at all. Has zero stars otherwise that would be my rating. Person that helped was rude.

DO NOT COME HERE, THEY DONT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS. On 1/3/2019 we spent about 5hrs here from 1pm to almost 6pm. Paige was our cashier. She never greeted us nor smiled. While there two different games we had an issue with. We waited more than 10min for an attendant to come fix them so we could get our tickets. They never apologized for the inconvenience. We got the silent treatment as if we were bothering them. The second my 11yr old daughter was the one to ask for help and she was ignored, the attendants were walking past her as if she didnt exist. During my 2nd transaction the line was long and the manager was replacing the register tape on another cash register, I thought yeah hes opening another register but NO he never did. He along with all the employees we encountered during our visit were in bad moods. Nobody smiled, greeted, thanked nor seemed to appreciate our business. Even our food was thrown out while we played, maybe a card like Souplantation has will eliminate any confusion on whether or not the table is ready for clean up. Most of the ticket counter machines were out of service too. This has always been our favorite location but after today I doubt well be back. I would give you negative stars if I could.

Pizza was edible. Prices are reasonable. Bumped from 3/5 to 4/5 only because of the choice of getting unlimited play without an extra charge.

Average Chuck E. Cheese restaurant. Lots of seating for parties and large groups. Food offerings were good. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Changing tables available. Parking is difficult.

Do not pay for minutes to play on games, it runs out sooner than its supposed to and its wasted waiting in lines. Other than that its clean and friendly service.

This place is dirty, tables with food still on it. The workers had no clue what the heck to do. We watched our pizza sit in the window for 20 minutes a worker who was just picking up trash with gloves on goes over to my pizza still with her gloves on it and hand us the pizza and gave us Addittuded and didnt want to get us another pizza.. So now we have to wait another 1hr for pizza and the manager hasnt bothered to even come talk to us. Just gave looks and keeps getting going to the soda machines to get a drink. Dont go here!!! The staff is rude!

The buffet isnt good at all. There was only 1 pizza under the lamp then the so called salad which consisted of either chopped up romaine lettuce or chopped up greens and 3 plain salad dressings. Ive gone to other locations and they put out the shredded cheese, croutons, cut up veggies, and 6 other salad dressings, plus theyll usually have 3different kinds of pizzas, breadsticks, and dessert! That is not a buffet! Also, all the male employees were all in the back and took a long time to come back out and help the customers. I was given my plate for the buffet but no forks so were the other customers. I could tell people were not satisfied with what this location had to offer.

Came in for the bumper cars but they no longer have them. Their restrooms are in horrible condition. Unless you have reserved for a party there are very few tables for you too choose from . It urgently needs some maintenance. The only plus is they deliver your food quickly.

My son loves Chuck E. Cheese so we have been to a lot of them. This one was nice good game selection and clean. I was surprised to see the coins are gone and now you have a card to tap. Chuck E. Cheese never fails with the kids.

This place sucks. Took 1h 30mins to order. I am not going back there. One of the cashier messed up a lot and she didnt want to fix her mistake. She was saying it was the customer mistake not hers.
