Jessica was very helpful. She answered questions if she knew the answers, asked a coworker if she didnt! The whole staff was courteous and attentive. But Jessica went out of her way to make sure I found what I needed. Much appreciated lady! You are an asset to your company!!!!

I have to say with have 2 small children and being married I love to shop at this Adam and Eve store. I didnt want to leave the kids at home for about 30 mins to an hour and I understand every one must be at least 18 years of age. Not complaining on that Im going give 5 stars because Im not like everyone else who has issued when they have kids. My husband works late and I still need to feel sexy. I know TMI. But hay Im 30 today Aug 3 and I was a little nervous about back door sex.

Had a last-minute need; very accommodating and understanding staff. Welcoming and kind and that atmosphere puts me at ease to ask questions! More than willing to help me out and offer purchase advice every time I come in, and they haven’t been wrong yet. (Thank you for helping me ALL the time)

Love them.I can it think of the lady name that helped me today but she was the best. I needed a last minute corset and she was in the fitting room with me helping me lace up the corset. I had no idea they was so complicated but she made it the perfect fit that I didnt want to take it off. I really appreciate all her help.

Everytime I come in, the place is clean and organized and staff is super friendly. I was having a really hard time deciding on my purchase this evening and changed it last minute, AFTER, they closed. I work in customer service so I was one those people and they were absolutely fabulous throughout. Highly recommend stopping in for your bedroom needs.

Never thought Id be judged going into a sex store. Walked in, in full makeup, so it was very clear how I identified, but because the staff decided I looked too much like a guy I was told that in the future I could not try on clothing. That it was for ladies onlyI will never spend money at an Adam and Eve location again because of the transphobic experience I had here. And I assume there Policy is the same at any branch. Not only am I embarrassed, Im quite sad that I had to pass on the top I was really hoping to get. Its a shame .

I used to shop here every week today I went in to purchase and was followed around and treated like I was a thief since the time I walked in . The older ladies that used to work here showed respect and treated every customer the same . I also only bought an item today just because I don’t like my character questioned but this black women will no longer shop here new management needed !

I bought a wand and OMG WOW WOW WOW

Was generally ignored until randomly greeted half way through my visit. The store is clean and has a decent selection but the staff were not helpful when I finally asked where I might find the type of toy I was looking for. I showed them a picture off the website and she said they didnt have it. I asked if another store would and she said probably not. I called a store near Trenton while downriver the next day and they knew what I was looking for by me describing it OVER THE PHONE. That store was way more comfortble and the two sales women were insanely helpful. I wonder if that store is owned by someone else.

Worst customer service Ive ever received. Was Judged immediately when asking for help looking for something specific. Upon opening a toy that me and a parter spent $100 we discover that the toy was already opened. The manager nor no other staff would let us return it and yet it isnt posted anywhere that it would even be a possibility of buying an open, possibly used toy that I cant feel comfortable using.
