The ride was fun but for the double feature it was $12 a piece I was cool with this when I thought both shows were 8 mins but it was both shows were 4 mins and it was basically like any 4d ride with the real feel weather. So i just feel the price was a bit high for my taste. Though i do understand upkeep the best part was the shark outside to my kids.

Please, PLEASE dont waste your time and money.... this would be such a cool experience if the equipment wasnt from the 90s.... the screens and graphics are severely outdated....

WARNING.... if you come down here on vacation, the hours of operation is only Fri-Sunday. Their website it is very hard to find that. We bought our tickets on Sunday via website and was planning to go to the pier Monday night. Closed. We called, no answer and their mailbox is full and you cant leave a message. Then we looked at their website again and finally figured out how to find the hours of operation. Its not like normal people do and list it. You have to go to the calender and pick the date you want to go, then far to the right of the page you see it. There are NO refunds. Even if you planning on going to the peir Sat and the power goes out they close the park, no refunds even though it was their fault. If you bought your tickets a head of time you have 30 days to use it. If you buy on a date 27th then you have 3 days to use. So to get the 30 days you have to buy on the 1st of the month. Very Shady and a terrible way to treat their buying customers, so we lost 100$.

Keep expectations very low and youll enjoy it. I dont say that to be funny, just dont expect a Disney type ride or anything. Smaller kids, maybe 3-8 will enjoy it. If you pay $5-$8 youll have gotten what you paid for. Dont pay more than that. Workers were not rude, more so just very unfriendly. This ride does not deserve to have a billboard hyping it up to be something it is not.Shark: We went into the first room, standing only, no seats. The feature was maybe 5 minutes long and only exciting for my 8 year old. My older ones, 12 and 17, literally said, thats it? Then you move to another room with seats. The feature there is an arcade style, moving seats ride, in a mine cart. Maybe 5 -10 minutes. Actually the moving seat ride at Main Event is waaay more fun.Manage your expectations and your very small kids will enjoy themselves.

The wait in line was super short and the staff was nice. If I had it to do over, I would skip the shark show and do the minecart ride twice instead. Just trust me on this one. We loved the minecart effects and it kept us guessing. I wanted to pay the $7/person and go do that one over again! The shark show was predictable and the effects were annoying enough we couldnt wait for it to be over.Both shows combined only take about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!

The biggest waste of money I’ve ever seen. $7 per person to stand in a room and watch (at best) a bad movie they claimed to be in 3D. The floor shook a couple of times and at the end there was a little spray of water.Law should require them to give your money back for waisting your time.

Honestly, I feel like every one who gave a negative review doesnt know how to have to enjoy themselves. This was a great experience and amazing deal for the prices

Ok. The beginning of the show is ok, but the ending was great. My kids really enjoyed it. I got a kick out of it. Cheap and fun

It is a horrible tourist trap that tricks you into thinking its a ride with the height signs outside and the dramatic buildup. Its not even a ride, and it is severely underwhelming and a waste of time.

Im only giving one star because I have to! Not only are the attendants rude but the film is HORRIBLE! WASTE OF TIME!!!

Fun for little kids expensive its $7 a person standing this darkroom the floor shakes you get missed it with water while youre in front of them screen with 3D glasses on 3D wasnt that good and you listen to some guy talk and it was really short film.

Shark Attack was okay but Mysterious Underground made it worth it.
