We are members at another location and we had a reciprocal reservation at the Galveston location. The staff and the boat we used were top notch and it was an overall great experience. The General Manager and Owner even introduced themselves to us when we returned the boat. This location has a great variety of boats and they are adding more. If you have owned a boat before you know the time and expenses involved in maintaining a boat. It is a great feeling to walk away from a boat at the end of the day and know that when you take the next boat out it will be clean, well maintained and have a full tank of gas.

We love the ability to use different types of boats for what we want to do on the water from offshore, bay fishing , or pleasure boats. Very simple and easy for the boater. They also have trained captains to help you operate the different boats.

We were members at another Freedom Boat Club location and must say this location is far and away the best service we have ever experienced; even when compared to other locations we have visited. The dock staff is always friendly, they often meet us in the parking lot and help bring our stuff down to the boat. They ask if we want the live well stocked or ice in the cooler if going fishing. The boats are always clean and well maintained. When we get back they have frozen pops for our young kids to distract them while we unload, and then help us put our stuff back in the truck. The whole family has a great time every time. They really go out of there way to make sure we have a good time.We owned a boat previous to this and I must say, Freedom Galveston has me converted. Can’t say enough good things.

We are members at the Austin location and we made a reciprocal reservation at the Galveston location.Nick, Carlos, Josh were all great and the boat we used was super clean and in perfect condition. We had a wonderful experience. The General Manager and Owner, Dave came out to make sure we were happy customers when we returned the boat. The check-in process was super easy and fast.The one thing I can say is that compared to our Austin FBC, the Galveston location blows it away. Customer Service is everything and if you don’t take the time to answer or listen to questions you won’t have happy customers. Galveston FBC went above and beyond the call before and after we arrived.This location is also great because there’s a amazing restaurant and bar. This should not be missed!
