I would not recommend this place, they have horrible workers. They were waving my money in my face, treating me like I was 5 years old or something. They need more nicer workers, and find workers that are willing to work and give nice customer service. I was at there drive in recently, and my mom had got into an accident. I was trying to leave and they would not let me leave, and saying “I was being mean” They were asking if i was gonna be mean to them or not. I told them I was in a hurry to leave because I had a family emergency and they would not let me out at all. so I had to let myself out. They were passing my money around asking the other workers “should we be nice and let them in” I just left they were being so disrespectful. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had.

It was my familys first time back to the movies in months and we loved the drive-in experience!! And of course we went when.The Exorcist was showing.

Watched 2 movies and was asked to check my purse. I refused for my personal reasons. The employee did NOT ask the female before me which I think was unfair. Should be more consistent?!?!?!?!

Some employees are above customer satisfaction and most are not. Popcorn is fresh first thing in the morning (first shows) then its made and mixed with old popcorn ALL day! I know this first hand watching 3 movies in one day (exhausted to the max). The only refillable purchase is old popcorn, unfortunately. Theatres are kept decently clean in most cases, but when sitting in the reclined chairs it is not recommended wearing shorts, the chairs are not wiped at least not thoroughly or daily, maybe monthly? Like most theatres in big cities where its frequented by many patrons daily and higher standards are required. I guess it is as best as Gallup can get?

I dont recommend this place. My car was broken into. They dont have any security or any type of surveillance. From sharing my story with others I found out that break ins are are weekly thing. And they still have not done anything to help prevent this. The lighting seemed adequate but unfortunately it wasnt enough.

The venue improves every year. Employees are improving a lot. Next, bathrm renovations. Cant complain much because we enjoy a family outing there being the only theater in town.

It was really nice taking my kids here. I could not believe how much its changed and improve or rather up graded. The chairs are better more comfortable with leg rest. Reserved seating. This was a great experience and much it was clean.

So far Ive not had any negativity with this theater. I like the early shows best, because sometimes you are the only one or ones in the theater. If I was the only one, I would not buy snacks, but weve all come to expect the cost...so not complaints, even though you cringe everything you buy.

I lost my phone in the theater but didnt realize til I got home. Went back to theater and all employees were so nice & helpful trying to help me find my phone. Excellent customer service!

Me and my wife take our 4 kids to the movies when ever we can afford to so we expect great service and experience. They never let us down. Very clean theatres and bathrooms. Definatley worth the price. Thank you for the great service. We will definatley keep coming back..

The only theatre Ive ever been to where they have matinees year round every day. I love the fact of going to a newly released movie and there only being a few other people in the theatre besides me.

Even with the upgraded seats the restrooms need maintenance. Many stalls were left with poop stains on the toilet or locks not working. It really downgraded once Allen theater closed. With the prices they should update the whole theater.

The theatres have nice chairs and designated seating but ushers are not up to par on times and locations of the movies went for a 700 pm show had to return at 930 due to mix up. Employees have no idea what customer service is all about.

Watched The Nun When we got in the volume of the speakers were good, but 2 minutes before the movie started the volume got higher The high volume of the sound has been my reason for not going to the theater for awhile.The place needs a better ventilation.The whole place smells popcorn

I take my kids to see movies and i just love it because the popcorn is awesome and the theaters are always clean. We love the new chairs i can sit with my 3 year old on my lap with enough room when she falls asleep she can lay on my lap. Service is good everyone is aleays nice and over all the experiance is worth the price. We will continue to watch movies here

Bathrooms are horrible . . Price on snacks is ridicules for cleanliness of facility. The employee got all our tickets wrong and had to go back and get corrected.

Seats are comfortable, real nice spacing with reclining chairs. they seem to be understaffed, busy nights real long lines. only 1 employee working the booth. but really great environment.

The new seats are great, but I really dont think they are a great idea because they take up a lot of space. I think they should have used nice seats like the the El Morro Theater which were very comfortable, but didnt take up a lot of space.

Morning popcorn there is stale. Sometimes nacho chips is stale also not enough jalapenos and they charge for extra jalapenos. Also restrooms have a lingering smell of pissing.

I remember when this place was built and it was really nice and looked great! As of today the building is starting to show its age. Regular maintenance doesnt seem to take place and the parking lot is always full of trash. They need to clean up the mess and take some pride in this town!All in all it does the job if all you want is to see a movie in a dirty theater with sticky floors.

Went to the 1230 guy selling the tickets kept saying for the 220. No for the 1 showing now. He all for the 220.

Literally 90% of the seats were empty, yet we were only allowed to choose from the very back row or the very front row !!??So instead of being spread out, everyone is crammed next to each other, in the worst seats in the theater.Snacks were also limited to candy and popcorn, since the workers had not prepped anything else.

Sometimes, I go just to buy popcorn from here. No movie watching, just the popcorn. But the business is great, well maintained. My only gripe is the view of the big screen. Its dark around the corners. Like a flashlight type of view. Circular light on a rectangular wall.

Very slow service... doors open late.. missed 15 mins. of show.. the ticket box does not sell tickets. have to go concession stand to purchase tickets. There is only one person behind the concession. poorly organized way to conduct business... dont go there... place does not deserve a star..

Very disappointed in this theater and their policy on 5 year olds not allowed after 6pm. It was movie night and our five year old was not allowed. We are his parents, I dont see what the big issue is. Ruined our night and I do not recommend this place.

Concession items well stocked, staff friendly. Theater stuffy with inadequate air conditioning but could still enjoy the movie. Also seats should be renovated to be as soft and comfortable as newer theaters in same building. Also warning about recording devices really nauseating to the eyes, especially with 3D glasses, with bright green and yellow colors.

Went there to watch the new Godzilla 2019 movie.. watch 5 preview..then screen went blank for 10 mins.. then same preview starts again we watch about 3 more ... after that SCREEN WENT BLANK again for 5 mins it was terrible then people were saying stuff so the manager went to fix it again we had to watch 2 more previews at the same time the screen the screen goes on n off so we watch previews for 1 hour till the manager finally did something about it.. we all had to get rain checks.. I guess all Im saying is Aztec 5 may have old but at least movies played on time.. they should have left it open... but I will give red rock 10.. 2 stars for there recliner chairs...

It was nice the food there is great and the seats are really comfortable.

Over the last year this theatre has improved quite a bit. The increase in number of registers that tickets can be purchased at, cleaner bathrooms, and the new recliner seating has made this a really great place to see a show.

Its okay nice seats but the picture seemed a little dark and the lights stayed on throughout the movie....

Needs fixing. Almost trip in the lobby! popcorn is amazing and drinks are refreshing!^-^ as for maintenance.. it need alittle more of it. Stepping on popcorn walking to my seat and accidentally spilt someones drink. I guess someone left it there when their movie was over. but overall I like this place. Great service and amazing staff. Definitely coming here again.

After seeing dozens of movies here it’s not bad. The theatre is pretty good, but the audience is mostly what makes me cringe.Wide variety of concessions, clean bathrooms (the cleanest compared to any theatre within 100 miles).

Staff need to be friendlier!!!! Theres needs to be MORE than one person selling tickets especially when the line goes out the door down the sidewalk! Serve your concession items with quality - fill up the popcorn, fill up the soda - not just three quarters of the way. The commons area needs some TLC....its looking run down :(

In theater 5. It smelled awful. Like mole.. it needs to be aired out n properly cleaned... we pay good money to watch a movie. Not to sit thur out the entire movie and smelling something foul... I would suggest that both theaters here in Gallup be cleaned and sanitized.. and have new seats installed. Im sure they have the financial funds to do so. The theaters need to be updated ASAP

6 theaters in 1 complex. Well kept. Comfortable. Good entertainment experience. Not quite a big city theater complex, but an asset to Gallup.

They recently got some upgraded seats when I watched Captain Marvel with my family. It was a much needed improvement for them, we enjoyed our movie very much

Terrible movie theater you got to be very desperate to watch a movie here. Rude staff the whole place is very dated and filthy not to mention all the people who bring their crying babies..Go into the restroom your asking for a STD.

Cars that were not marked handicapped were parked in the handicapped spaces. I complained to the manager but all she did was apologize. Do something about it, dont just apologize.

My nephew wanted to watch a movie so we chose this theatre, it was among the top 2 of worst movie experiences Ive had. The screen was very dark like the brightness was turned down, Im sure its poorly maintained projectors and such but we had to strain our eyes to see the characters in certain scenes. My other complaint is the sound, it wasnt loud enough like your regular theatres, it was muffled almost. The reason I stayed throughout the movie was because my nephew decided to stay to watch. Hopefully the problems the theatre has will be fixed one day. They did have good popcorn.

So, I take my kids to see Planet of the Apes from 6:20 - 9 pm. It was the worst experience! First a woman, 2 rows in front of me lifts her phone and texts her friend. Then her phone loudly rings, and she slowly gets up to meet her friend in front of audience. Second a woman a row in front of me has a full on conversation on her cell phone (after it loudly rings) all about being in the movie. Finally, a 1 or 2 year old talks, whines, and cries. More than one person complains, and an usher comes in, stands there for a minute, then leaves. Nothing is done about it. There should be rules against toddlers, and children under age 6 being in any theater, other than rated G films. It is not 5 stars!! Only 1!!
