So happy to see Jimmys reopened after the fire. Jimmys has now become a restaurant with a bar instead of a bar that serves food. They have done an excellent job redoing the building they are now in. The service was excellent, as our waitress checked on us frequently but not as to be pesky. We came for Jimmys pizza and it was delicious. With the expanded menu- well be back for more. We did try the Portabella mushroom sticks and they were very good. The only downside has to be the parking as its very limited.

Have been here a handful of time for lunch, and everytime the pizza was delicious! I have also been here for dinner a time or two with my wife where we tried the pulled pork nachos and the pretzels. Overall, everytime I have been here, I have left satisfied. I just wish the pizza crust was a bit crisper.

AMAZING food, so much to choose from and everything is so good! The staff is so hard working and friendly, including the owners. Always a great experience. The ambiance is great, so nostalgic and creative- the pizza/appetizer menu is on old records! menu items named after old Hollywood legends, 50s/60s pop culture nostalgia decorating the walls, its just a very neat and fun environment. This place is one of a kind!

Weve gone to Jimmys for 35 years when they were in Wataga. This was our first time now that they are in Galesburg. Pizza is still fabulous! Bacon cheeseburger with mustard and pickle - just try it! Taco is great, but eat it all tonight. Leftovers can be soggy. Sandwiches were great! My grandson gave it two thumbs up and asked to go every night. The family owners are so kind and delightful. So glad to have Jimmys pizza back.

Very good food and customer service outstanding as always, prices are very reasonable. Pizza is delicious as well as their Onion Rings (cooked to perfection) and a variety of other delicious food.

I liked the pizza, the atmosphere seemed nice. Just did carry out and had 1 drink. Ill be back again.

Our pizza was very good and I cant wait to go back for the burgers. The menu says onion rings but theyre actually Haystack onions in the description. We didnt notice that until after we ordered... Definately next time.

You have to take the good with the bad. No delivery service so we called in an order. 35-40 minutes for pick up. When I got there, definitely not enough parking in the area! Just opened so a long waiting line to be seated. No signage on where to get a pick up. After a 10 minute wait I was told to go to the bar for a pickup. Waited another 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me. Once acknowledged, it didnt take long to get the order and plates to go. The pizza was DELICIOUS. Love their crust!!! I will go back. Hopefully the little kinks get sorted out soon. Still LOVE Jimmys Pizza!

Love the catfish. There salad is really good also. Now cant wait to try my other favorite. Ribeye steak. And there Pizza. Had their Pizza last night totally awesome. Now next to try is their STEAKS. so as of now I would rate this place 10 stars

So. They staff was friendly and the place looked nice. We was there for a huge birthday party. And the food was just subpar. Pizza was very doughy and not cooked very well, and we had 4 pizzas total for the party,and they was all that way. The onion strings was great and salad was fresh. But overall the general party didnt care for the pizza. So being the place is Jimmys Pizza the best should be pizza.

Had my daughters first birthday there and the set up was perfect the service was spot on and the food was awesome!

My friend and I had the buffet lunch and were very pleased with the food, service, decor and cost. You get a choice of 5 different pizzas, side salad and drink, all for $10.50. I highly recommend you give it a try.

My husband and I had our first date at Jimmys in Wataga. We ate there frequently and was saddened by the loss of our favorite pizza place. Were thrilled you reopened and tonight had our first supreme pizza from the new location. I called the order in. It was ready before 30 minutes, the staff was all smiles and the pizza was heavenly! I know where we will be on Friday nights!PERFECTION!!

Food was excellent. Dining area was small and slightly crowded, similar to this restaurants previous location. Staff was great, but you could tell they were struggling to keep up with their tables. Pizza was excellant as always. Will be back.

A great brand new place in downtown Galesburg! Once an icon in Wataga before destroyed by a fire, Jimmys is quickly making its place in the Burg with delicious pizza. They offer a nice pizza buffet with salad and drink for $10 lunch and have food specials throughout the week. We went with three other couples on a Sunday night with buckets of beer specials and $3 off a large pizza and had a great time! Friendly owners that stop by your table to visit about your experience is always a nice thing, and Jim and Deb do that!

Pizza is delish. The service was strange., could hear servers speaking about private life conversations because they just were in front of us and using colorful language, while prepping for closing. We had a teenager with us, under 16, that prefers kinder words, so do I. I will come back for the food. Seems strange they close at 10pm?

First time here and it was good ..got $3 off large pizza and only $2 for bottle beer...but I did see the owner eating a Carolina style double burger no bun..so everyone might think about that for a choice if she is going to eat it.

Pizza was good. I had heard very good things, so my expectations may have been too high going in. I ordered the Portabelo Strips and a Small Pepperoni and Jalepeño Pizza.The Portabelo Strips were amazing!!The pizza was ok. Sauce tasted more like marinara sauce than pizza sauce and the cheese was very rubbery. I suspect they use straight mozzarella instead of an Italian mix which causes this...I dont know (Im not a cheese expert).Eating environment was great...I like what theyve done with the atmosphere

Jimmys is our old favorite in a new location. So glad to have the familiar restaurant back in business after fire gutted the old Wataga location.
