Won’t be coming back. No one else is charging $10/kid for only 30 minutes and restricting what structures the kids can go on. Otherwise nice facility.

Loved it! Great new look of the place. The new rides are awesome. My children had a blast. Would definitely recommend friends and family to check it out. The place is super clean and staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love bringing my grandkids to this place it is a warm and friendly place to bring your children. The staff is wonderful especially Abroo and Stella are wonderful to us and give a friendly environment for your children to come to and care about the safety of your children. We are doing there Birthday parties here as well. Fun for your kids and great safe place toCome give them 10 stars!!!!!

Had a ball with my grandson at Zbouce! Loads of fun and lots of laughs. He couldnt stop smiling! Abroo works there and she is amazing!! Cant wait to go back!

This space is mostly bouncy houses and videogames/rides. There is also a small trampoline and a slide, but they are best for toddlers. If your child is skiddish around loud noises like the air dryer in a bathroom, then this probably isnt the place for you. The pricing is also a little high, in my personal opinion. $10 will get you 30 minutes of bouncy house ONLY play, your child will not be allowed to go on the slide or trampoline unless you pay $20 for a full hour of play. There are other packages meant to sell tokens for the rides and games, but there are only two rides and two games. I appreciated that the lady at the counter was willing to negotiate with me, but my child and I will probably not be returning.

Z bounce at the lakeforest mall is a fun and exciting place to bring the kids to have fun, abroo is such a helpful staff.

The kids had a good time bouncing but the lady at the counter had horrible customer service and seemed to have an issue with us. She charged for sock without telling us beforehand, then she followed my family around like we were going to break something. Then the kids were sitting on the token operated equipment after five kids played with them for 20min without using the token. She then asked us to get off the equipment that the kids could not play with them without paying the token. Her behavior with us seemed quite different from that with other customers...

DANGER WARNING dangerous place I found an exposed electrical outlet that was power a blow. The location of this outlet was easily accessible to my 3 year old son. If a child got ahold of that it could easily kill the child. I am a qualified electrical worker and this is unacceptable. Plus the customer service is some the worst I have ever seen. They charge the parents to go in the bouncer that’s unheard of at places like this. They put tones of candy in the front to bait your kids. Save your money go to a safer place where the people actually care about there customers.

This people are opportunist, at lake forest mall they they open a second lactation my bad supriced was when they starting charging 12 dollars per 30 minutes when last week was 12 per one full hour, Im just assuming they want to take advantage of people charging more to be able to pay for they new place, I will never take my kids again to this ridiculously expensive place , not only that they charge more with the same old unstable bouncy castles , its a shame this people are nothing but thieves who try to make people pay for this new place and so Im sure many of the customers we were willing to pay 12 per hour will never return to that place again .theres many other places better and cheaper than ZBounce .Damn opportunist thieves this place should be closed by the general attorney office for being opportunist will probable submitt a formal investigation against them

Went in to ride the motorized animals. The sign said 5$ for 8 minutes (of riding the animals). We rented three animals. After two minutes two of our animals stopped working. We went to the manager and asked to fix them. He took away one and said you rode all 8 minutes Ill give you extra time then he took away one so two of us rode cuz he was able to restart one. Then both stopped working again within two minutes. We went back asked for refund. He said no we dont do that. There was no no refunds sign and we asked mall security and mall customer service they said we should get our refund because we rode for four minutes for two of us ( not full time ) the guy was terrible he scammed us
