Great gun at a great price. Added bonus that the company is all ex military, ex LE, and all American. Shoots just fine. Great trigger. Love the sights, although if you wanted to replace they use same as a g43. No concern about shield fan boys hating on its safety, as I have no intention of putting my gun in a vise and beating it with a hammer. Would buy again in a second, and I work in the firearms sales industry.

Three days after purchasing my my fire arm. I mistakingly jammed my slide which forced me to go to the Honor Defense facility. I didnt have an appointment, yet I was hoping for the best. Not knowing what to expect or having the worries that Id be treated like an idiot that I already felt I was. I called Honor Defense and explained the situation. I was told to come on in and she would see if the gun Smith had a moment to work on my fire arm. When I arrived the woman who I spoke with welcomed me in. After some friendly conversation she introduced me to the gun smith. He had been working on the assembly of another fire arm and stopped his operation to work on mine. Unbeknownst to me, he had fixed the fire arm and replaced parts that had been compromised. He also upgraded parts and ensured the fire arm was in top shape. I was not charged for the replacement part(s) and was given the free upgrade. I was never treated in the manner I feared Id be treated. I had great conversation about Honor Defense and their history. Their professionalism is beyond what I expected. I am happy with my purchase and dont regret mistakingly finding crossing paths with Honor Defense. Opposite of what the haters wrote. I have yet to have the experiences with the company as a whole or my fire arm.

I took my pitol apart and bent a spring. Called the up and talked with Gary. Very helpful and said to send it in and they would replace the spring and put it back together with the recall done at the same time.i was very surprised how well they treated me. Im not use to be able to actually talk to someone. Its great.

What a great pistol and Co. I bought a compact 9mm about 1 month ago. I have put a thousand rounds through it already. Had one issue with my sights being loose. Called them and spoke with Gary. He/they are shippng out a new set of sights with an updated locking set screw. I have also oreders a colored lower receiver, cant wait to get that as well. Being a Veteran myself, it feels great to give back to guys and a co. that is run by Vets. Just cant say enough about the pistol and the customer service, Great!!!!

Your firearm, the honor guard, isnt drop safe, you knew this, and yet have ignored it for months. Absolutely no regard for good business practice, or even human life if you havent even attempted to fix the issue.

Horrible people. Doubt they are vets, too much hate for freedom. Horrible company, treats dealers like garbage. Horrible products, just a knock off of a S&W. Dont waste your time - they will be out of business because their product isnt selling and everyone dumping them. Shame as they could have been good, but management decided to bite they hand that feeds them.
